The yeast essence is rich in micromolecular active ingredients decomposed by yeast genetic material ribonucleic acid, can effectively enhance the metabolism of fiber cells and improve the cell activity, and is a good skin cell activation agent. The filtrate of the fermentation product of the tectorial membrane yeast is rich in a plurality of beneficial components such as protein, vitamin, mineral substances, intracellular enzyme and the like, and has the functions of quickly activating cells, enhancing the respiratory level of the cells, promoting the metabolism of the cells and the like.
Further, the plant composite fermentation filtrate is prepared by mixing purple sweet potato fermentation filtrate, aloe fermentation filtrate, sticky rice fermentation filtrate and tremella fermentation filtrate.
The purple sweet potato, the aloe, the sticky rice and the tremella are rich in natural plant active ingredients beneficial to the skin, such as polypeptide, flavone, amino acid, organic acid and the like through microbial fermentation and metabolism, and provide a good barrier effect for the skin.

(1) respectively cleaning fresh raw materials, adding water according to the material-liquid ratio of 1 (3-5), and soaking at normal temperature for 8-12 h;
(2) crushing the mixture into slurry, performing compound microorganism fermentation according to 3-5% of the mass of the slurry for 10-20 days at the temperature of 20-26 ℃ and the humidity of 80-90% in a closed fermentation tank to obtain primary fermentation liquid;
(3) and (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the primary fermentation liquid for 10-15 min at 40-60 KHz, carrying out centrifugal separation, collecting supernatant, and filtering to obtain fermentation product filtrate.
Further, the complex microorganism comprises at least 3 of saccharomyces cerevisiae, bifidobacterium, bacillus pumilus, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rotkii, lactobacillus brevis, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus casei and lactobacillus bulgaricus.
A method of making a liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care comprising the steps of:
step 1: taking water accounting for 80% of the total amount of the preparation, sequentially and slowly adding sodium hyaluronate and ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate according to a proportion, stirring at a speed of 60-90 r/min for 5-16 min, standing for 1-2 h to enable the mixture to be fully soaked, absorbed and swelled to obtain a premixed solution;
step 2: weighing carboxymethyl glucan and yeast essence according to a ratio, sequentially adding the carboxymethyl glucan and the yeast essence into the premix at a stirring speed of 30-45 r/min, fully stirring for 10-15 min at a constant temperature of 20-23 ℃, adding glycerol and pentanediol, continuously stirring for 20-40 min, adding triethanolamine to adjust the pH value, and uniformly stirring to obtain dressing mixed liquid;
and step 3: adding the plant composite fermentation filtrate into the dressing mixed solution, adding water to the total amount of the solution, and continuously stirring for 15-25 min at the speed of 15-20 r/min to obtain the liquid dressing with uniform texture.
Further, in the step (3), triethanolamine is added to adjust the pH value to 5-8.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the yeast essence, the carboxymethyl glucan and the sodium hyaluronate are compounded for the first time, the composite yeast essence and the carboxymethyl glucan are applied to a medical appliance product, namely a wound nursing dressing, and meanwhile, the good barrier effect of the plant composite fermentation liquor is combined, so that a more stable repairing and blocking environment is provided for a wound, the repairing time of the wound is shortened, the recovery of skin tissues is promoted, the repair of damaged cells is obviously accelerated, the skin barrier function is recovered, the wound pain is relieved, the pain and itching time is reduced, and the composite yeast essence has good wound healing promoting effects.

In order to better understand the technical content of the invention, specific examples are provided below to further illustrate the invention.
The experimental methods used in the examples of the present invention are all conventional methods unless otherwise specified.
The materials, reagents and the like used in the examples of the present invention can be obtained commercially without specific description.
Example 1-a liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care comprising per 1000g of liquid dressing: 25g of pentanediol, 15g of glycerol, 15g of carboxymethyl glucan, 1g of sodium hyaluronate, 15g of yeast essence, 6g of plant composite fermentation filtrate and 0.5g of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate.
Example 2-a liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care comprising per 1000g of liquid dressing: 38g of pentanediol, 25g of glycerol, 25g of carboxymethyl glucan, 8g of sodium hyaluronate, 25g of yeast essence, 10g of plant composite fermentation filtrate and 2g of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate;
wherein, the yeast essence comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25% saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall extract, 56% saccharomyces cerevisiae lysate, 17.5% zinc-rich yeast extract, 1% yeast essence, and 0.5% tectorial yeast fermentation product filtrate;
the plant composite fermentation filtrate is prepared by mixing purple sweet potato fermentation filtrate, aloe fermentation filtrate, sticky rice fermentation filtrate and tremella fermentation filtrate; the volume ratio of the purple sweet potato fermentation filtrate to the aloe fermentation filtrate to the sticky rice fermentation filtrate to the tremella fermentation filtrate is 5:3:1: 1.
Example 3-a liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care comprising per 1000g of liquid dressing: 30g of pentanediol, 20g of glycerol, 20g of carboxymethyl glucan, 4g of sodium hyaluronate, 20g of yeast essence, 8g of plant composite fermentation filtrate and 1g of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate;
wherein, the yeast essence comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 38% saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall extract, 43% saccharomyces cerevisiae lysate, 15.2% zinc-rich yeast extract, 3% yeast essence, and 0.8% tectorial yeast fermentation product filtrate;

the purple sweet potato fermentation filtrate, the aloe fermentation filtrate, the sticky rice fermentation filtrate and the tremella fermentation filtrate are respectively subjected to heat preservation fermentation at 20 ℃, are subjected to ultrasonic treatment, are subjected to centrifugal separation, and are filtered to obtain fermentation product filtrate, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively cleaning fresh raw materials, adding water according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:3, and soaking at normal temperature for 8 h;
(2) pulverizing into slurry, performing compound microorganism according to 3% of slurry mass, and performing heat preservation and compound fermentation at 20 deg.C for 10d under the humidity of 80% in a closed fermentation tank to obtain primary fermentation solution; the compound microorganism comprises Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Bacillus bifidus, Bacillus pumilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus reuteri and Lactobacillus brevis;
(3) performing ultrasonic treatment on the primary fermentation liquid for 10min at 40KHz, performing centrifugal separation, collecting supernatant, and filtering to obtain fermentation product filtrate.
Example 4-a method of making a liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care comprising the steps of:
1. preparation and preparation of raw materials:
preparing yeast essence: according to the mass percentage, the method comprises the following steps: 38% saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall extract, 43% saccharomyces cerevisiae lysate, 15.2% zinc-rich yeast extract, 3% yeast essence, and 0.8% tectorial yeast fermentation product filtrate;

(2) crushing the mixture into slurry, performing compound microorganism according to 4% of the mass of the slurry, and performing heat preservation and compound fermentation for 15d at the temperature of 26 ℃ and the humidity of 90% in a closed fermentation tank to obtain a primary fermentation solution; the compound microorganism comprises Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus bulgaricus;
(3) performing ultrasonic treatment of the primary fermentation liquid at 60KHz for 15min, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, and filtering to obtain fermentation product filtrate;
(4) mixing the prepared purple sweet potato fermentation filtrate, aloe fermentation filtrate, sticky rice fermentation filtrate and tremella fermentation filtrate in a volume ratio of 15:10:2:2 to obtain plant composite fermentation filtrate;
per 1000g of liquid dressing comprising: selecting raw materials according to the proportion of 32g of pentanediol, 22g of glycerol, 22g of carboxymethyl glucan, 5g of sodium hyaluronate, 22g of yeast essence, 8g of plant composite fermentation filtrate and 1.5g of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate for later use;
2. preparation of liquid dressing:
step 1: taking water accounting for 80% of the total amount of the preparation, sequentially and slowly adding sodium hyaluronate and ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate according to a proportion, stirring at a speed of 60r/min for 5min, standing for 1h to enable the mixture to be fully soaked, absorbed and swelled to obtain a premixed solution;
step 2: weighing carboxymethyl glucan and yeast essence according to a proportion, sequentially adding the carboxymethyl glucan and the yeast essence into the premix at a stirring speed of 30r/min, fully stirring for 10min at a constant temperature of 20 ℃, adding glycerol and pentanediol, continuously stirring for 20min, adding triethanolamine to adjust the pH value to 5, and uniformly stirring to obtain dressing mixed liquid;
and step 3: adding the plant composite fermentation filtrate into the dressing mixed solution, adding water to the total amount of the solution, and continuously stirring at the speed of 15r/min for 15min to obtain the liquid dressing with uniform texture.
Example 5-a method of making a liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care comprising the steps of:
1. according to the preparation and preparation method of the raw materials in the embodiment 4, every 1000g of liquid dressing is obtained, and the raw materials are mixed according to the mixture ratio of 32g of pentanediol, 22g of glycerin, 22g of carboxymethyl glucan, 5g of sodium hyaluronate, 22g of yeast essence, 8g of plant composite fermentation filtrate and 1.5g of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate and are used for later use;
2. preparation of liquid dressing:
step 1: taking water accounting for 80% of the total amount of the preparation, sequentially and slowly adding sodium hyaluronate and ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate according to a proportion, stirring at a speed of 90r/min for 16min, standing for 2h to enable the mixture to be fully soaked, absorbed and swelled to obtain a premixed solution;
step 2: weighing carboxymethyl glucan and yeast essence according to a proportion, sequentially adding the carboxymethyl glucan and the yeast essence into the premix at a stirring speed of 45r/min, fully stirring for 15min at a constant temperature of 23 ℃, adding glycerol and pentanediol, continuously stirring for 40min, adding triethanolamine to adjust the pH value to 8, and uniformly stirring to obtain a dressing mixed solution;
and step 3: adding the plant composite fermentation filtrate into the dressing mixed solution, adding water to the total amount of the solution, and continuously stirring at the speed of 20r/min for 25min to obtain the liquid dressing with uniform texture.
Comparative example 1-a method of preparing a liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care as in example 4, with the difference that: every 1000g of the liquid dressing, 32g of pentanediol, 22g of glycerol, 22g of carboxymethyl glucan, 5g of sodium hyaluronate, 8g of plant composite fermentation filtrate and 1.5g of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate are the same as in example 4.
Comparative example 2-a method of preparing a liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care as in example 4, with the difference that: every 1000g of the liquid dressing contains 32g of pentanediol, 22g of glycerin, 22g of carboxymethyl glucan, 5g of sodium hyaluronate, 22g of yeast essence and 1.5g of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, and the rest is the same as in example 4.
Comparative example 3-a method of preparing a liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care as in example 4, with the difference that: the yeast concentrate is a single s.cerevisiae lysate, all the others being the same as in example 4.
The liquid dressing for skin barrier wound care prepared according to the embodiments 4-5 and the comparative examples 1-3 is used for carrying out safety experiments, bacteriostatic experiments and wound repair experiments.
First, safety experiment
The liquid dressings in examples 4-5 and comparative examples 1-3 were subjected to an animal skin irritation test, a skin sensitization test, and an in vitro cytotoxicity test, respectively, and the results showed that the liquid dressings were safe and non-toxic.
Second, bacteriostatic experiment
The antibacterial effectiveness is determined according to the antibacterial effectiveness inspection method of Chinese pharmacopoeia (2015 edition), the colony number surviving 24 hours in the Sabouraud grape liquid culture medium of the test solution is determined, and the test bacteria are as follows: the bacteriostasis rates of pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans in the examples 4-5 and the comparative examples 1-3 are as follows:
as can be seen from the table above, the liquid dressing for skin barrier repair and nursing prepared by the invention has the inhibition rate of more than 99.9% on pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans; and compared with the comparative examples 1 and 2, the yeast essence or the plant composite fermentation filtrate is not added, so that the barrier effect is obviously reduced, and the repair effect is influenced.
Third, wound repair experiment
Selecting 150 cases with wound surface area of less than 5cm such as cut wound, lacerated wound, abrasion, burn, scald, and sutured wound2The volunteers with superficial skin injury in (1) were randomly divided into 5 experimental groups, 30 of which were used in each experimental group, and the liquid dressings of examples 4 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were evaluated for effectiveness in treating superficial skin injury, and for the presence or absence of adverse reaction, pain disappearance days, pain and itch disappearance days of wounds, and wound healing time, and the results were as follows:
the liquid dressing for nursing the skin barrier wound, which is prepared by the invention, has good effect of promoting wound healing, stronger effect of promoting wound healing, obviously shortened wound healing time and no adverse reactions such as skin irritation, allergy and the like. Comparing the example 4 with the comparative example 1, the yeast essence-carboxymethyl glucan is combined and compounded with the sodium hyaluronate, so that the immunity of a skin system and the skin barrier repair function can be better induced, the cell proliferation is promoted, and the repair of damaged cells is accelerated; from the example 4 and the comparative example 2, under the good barrier effect of the plant composite fermentation broth, the healing time of the wound surface wound is favorably shortened, the recovery of skin tissues is promoted, the stable release of the repair factors is ensured, the cell proliferation is promoted, and the healing time of the wound surface wound is effectively shortened; by the embodiment 4 and the comparative example 3, the saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall extract, the saccharomyces cerevisiae lysate, the zinc-rich yeast extract, the yeast essence and the membrane-covered yeast fermentation product filtrate are effectively compounded to play a good barrier effect on skin, and the composition with carboxymethyl glucan and compound sodium hyaluronate can obviously enhance the repair function of skin barrier, relieve wound pain and reduce pain and itch time, so that the wound can heal faster and has better recovery effect.

Claims (6)
1. A liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care characterized by: every 1000g of liquid dressing comprises: 25-38 g of pentanediol, 15-25 g of glycerol, 15-25 g of carboxymethyl glucan, 1-8 g of sodium hyaluronate, 15-25 g of yeast essence, 6-10 g of plant composite fermentation filtrate and 0.5-2 g of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate; the plant composite fermentation filtrate is prepared by mixing purple sweet potato fermentation filtrate, aloe fermentation filtrate, sticky rice fermentation filtrate and tremella fermentation filtrate in a volume ratio of (5-15) to (3-10) to (1-2);
the yeast essence comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25-38% of saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall extract, 43-56% of saccharomyces cerevisiae lysate, 12-24% of zinc-rich yeast extract, 1-3% of yeast essence and 0.5-0.8% of tectorial membrane yeast fermentation product filtrate.
2. A liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care according to claim 1, wherein: the purple sweet potato fermentation filtrate, the aloe fermentation filtrate, the sticky rice fermentation filtrate and the tremella fermentation filtrate of the plant composite fermentation filtrate are respectively subjected to heat preservation fermentation at the temperature of 20-26 ℃, subjected to ultrasonic treatment, subjected to centrifugal separation and filtered to obtain fermentation product filtrate.
3. A liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care according to claim 2, wherein: the preparation steps of the purple sweet potato fermentation filtrate, the aloe fermentation filtrate, the sticky rice fermentation filtrate and the tremella fermentation filtrate are as follows:

(2) crushing the mixture into slurry, adding compound microorganisms according to 3-5% of the mass of the slurry, and performing heat preservation compound fermentation for 10-20 days in a closed fermentation tank at the humidity of 80-90% and the temperature of 20-26 ℃ to obtain a primary fermentation liquid;
(3) and (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the primary fermentation liquid for 10-15 min at 40-60 KHz, carrying out centrifugal separation, collecting supernatant, and filtering to obtain fermentation product filtrate.

A liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care according to claim 3, wherein: the compound microorganism comprises at least 3 of saccharomyces cerevisiae, bifidobacterium, bacillus pumilus, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rotkiensis, lactobacillus brevis, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus casei and lactobacillus bulgaricus.
5. A method of preparing a liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
step 1: taking water accounting for 80% of the total amount of the preparation, sequentially and slowly adding sodium hyaluronate and ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate according to a proportion, stirring at a speed of 60-90 r/min for 5-16 min, standing for 1-2 h to enable the mixture to be fully soaked, absorbed and swelled to obtain a premixed solution;
step 2: weighing carboxymethyl glucan and yeast essence according to a ratio, sequentially adding the carboxymethyl glucan and the yeast essence into the premix at a stirring speed of 30-45 r/min, fully stirring for 10-15 min at a constant temperature of 20-23 ℃, adding glycerol and pentanediol, continuously stirring for 20-40 min, adding triethanolamine to adjust the pH value, and uniformly stirring to obtain dressing mixed liquid;
and step 3: adding the plant composite fermentation filtrate into the dressing mixed solution, adding water to the total amount of the solution, and continuously stirring for 15-25 min at the speed of 15-20 r/min to obtain the liquid dressing with uniform texture.
6. The method for preparing a liquid dressing for skin barrier repair care according to claim 5, wherein triethanolamine is added to adjust the pH value to 5-8 in the step (3).
