Many infectious diseases of human beings are transmitted by microorganisms (viruses, bacteria and fungi) through air or aerosol, the currently widely adopted chemical reagent disinfection method has great harm to human bodies, environment and ecology and fatal danger to respiratory patients, and most of chemical disinfectants can remain in the environment and have irreversible influence on environmental ecology.
Uv disinfection is a broad spectrum of non-chemical disinfection techniques used for microbial inactivation in commercial, industrial and medical environments. When the microorganism is exposed to ultraviolet sterilization wavelength, the DNA or RNA of the microorganism absorbs ultraviolet rays, and the nucleic acid of the DNA or RNA is destroyed, so that the DNA or RNA cannot be split and propagated, loses activity and is no longer infectious. Ultraviolet rays can rapidly inactivate microorganisms including coronavirus, and SARS virus treatment in 2003 and subsequent domestic and foreign experiments are verified.
The current ultraviolet germicidal lamp, namely the medical ultraviolet lamp widely used at present, complies with the technical standards of disinfection of medical institutions (WS/T367-2012), the ultraviolet germicidal lamp (GB 19258-2012) and the technical standards of disinfection (2002). A low pressure mercury lamp was used. The existing ultraviolet disinfection equipment is required to be operated by professional personnel under an unmanned condition, the disinfection personnel need to wear protective clothes and glasses, and the room needs to be sufficiently ventilated after disinfection, so that the generated harmful gas (such as ozone) is emitted.
The problem of the prior art is that in practice, a large number of places with dense personnel, high mobility and great virus and bacteria propagation risk, such as high-speed railways, subways, airplanes, schools, libraries and the like, cannot be evacuated, are not suitable for fixedly placing an ultraviolet light source and are not suitable for adopting a chemical disinfection mode. Although ultraviolet disinfection or chemical disinfection is widely used in reality, the disinfection causes great harm to human bodies, environment and ecology, and the harm is still continuous.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a movable single-wavelength deep ultraviolet device which is a means for sterilizing public environment. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the ultraviolet light source device which is harmless to human bodies is adopted, and the ultraviolet light source device is characterized in that deep ultraviolet light with single wavelength (hereinafter referred to as single-wavelength UVC) is used, and the wavelength of emitted ultraviolet light is 200 nm-230 nm. the movable convenient sterilization and disinfection device structurally comprises a base, universal wheels, a main shaft, a box body, an adjustable support, an automatic control table and a power line. The single-wavelength UVC light source is fixed at the tail end of the multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm, and the ultraviolet radiation irradiation angle and distance are adjusted through rotation of the mechanical arm, so that a better antivirus effect is achieved. The base is provided with wheels, wherein the wheels comprise 2 universal wheels and are used for steering in the movement of the device. The main shaft is fixed in the center of the base, and the full-automatic control system is connected to the front and the rear of the main shaft. The mechanical arm 5 adjusts the distance and angle between the light source and the part to be disinfected under the control of the mechanical arm controller 2, so as to realize the optimal disinfection effect.
The movable single-wavelength UVC sterilization and disinfection device can be applied to places such as trains, subways, airplanes, schools, libraries and the like, does not need people to evacuate, and has no harm to human bodies, environment and ecology.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a single wavelength UVC germicidal portable device for public use, comprising: the device comprises a shell 1, a battery 2, an optical filter 3, a single-wavelength UVC light source 4 and a UVC controller 5.
The UVC controller 5, the battery 2 and the single-wavelength UVC light source 4 are all installed in the shell 1, and the optical filter 3 is installed at the front end of the UVC light source 4; the battery 2 is connected with the UVC controller 5 through an electric wire, and the UVC controller 5 is connected with the single-wavelength UVC light source 4 through an electric wire; a battery 2 provides electrical power to a UVC controller 5 and a single wavelength UVC light source 4.
