As shown in FIG. 1, the clean bench using the extreme ultraviolet lamp includes an air filtering assembly (1), a sterilizing lighting assembly (2), and a console assembly (3). The air filtering component comprises a variable air volume air blower unit (7), a prefilter (8), a high-efficiency filter (9) and a pressure equalizing plate (10). The operating platform assembly comprises a glass sliding window (11), side glass (12), a stainless steel platform surface (13), a main power switch (14), a standby socket (15), an operating panel (16), universal casters (17) and a shell (18). The disinfecting lighting assembly comprises a lighting lamp (19) and a far ultraviolet lamp (4).
The far ultraviolet lamp (4) adopts a long lamp tube structure and comprises a built-in light source (5) and a band-pass filter (6). The built-in light source is in a long lamp tube shape, the band-pass filter is arranged between the built-in light source and the stainless steel table surface, is wrapped on the built-in light source (5) in a semi-cylinder shape and is fixed above the inner part of the shell (18), so that light rays emitted by the far ultraviolet lamp (4) and irradiated to the glass moving window (11), the side glass (12), the stainless steel table surface (13) and the back of the shell (18) are light rays between 200 and 222 nm.
The far ultraviolet lamp (4) is turned on and off, and the wavelengths of light that can pass through the band-pass filter (6) are operated by an operation panel (16).
Claims (5)
1. A clean bench using far ultraviolet lamps comprises an air filtering component (1), a disinfecting and illuminating component (2) and an operating platform component (3), and is characterized in that: the disinfection illumination component (2) is internally provided with a far ultraviolet lamp (4).
2. The extreme ultraviolet radiation lamp defined in claim 1, wherein: a built-in light source (5) capable of emitting light having a wavelength of 200-222nm is used.

The extreme ultraviolet radiation lamp defined in claim 1, wherein: use of a band-pass filter (6) between the built-in light source (5) as claimed in claim 2 and the space outside the extreme ultraviolet lamp, such that the light emitted by the extreme ultraviolet lamp (4) impinging on the space outside the extreme ultraviolet lamp is between 200 and 222 nm.
4. The bandpass filter (6) as claimed in claim 3, both comprising a bandpass filter for filtering light of a single wavelength and a bandpass filter for filtering light of a range of wavelengths between 200-222 nm.
5. The bandpass filter (6) as claimed in claim 3, both comprising a bandpass filter with a fixed filtered wavelength and a bandpass filter with an adjustable filtered wavelength.
