Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cooking equipment, in particular to a control method of steaming and baking equipment with an external humidity detection device.
Background
In the related art, an absolute humidity sensor is an electronic device that detects the water vapor content in a single volume in air, and is generally a sensor of a double NTC type or an oxygen detection type. Conditions for correct use of such sensors:
1. placing the sensor in flowing air;
2. and the sensor body is prevented from generating condensed water.
If such a sensor is used to detect the humidity in the steaming device, it is suitable to place the sensor at the outer air outlet of the steaming device. However, absolute humidity is greatly affected by temperature, and the higher the temperature is, the greater the amount of water vapor saturated that can be contained per unit volume of air is, and the lower the temperature is, the smaller the amount of water vapor saturated that can be contained per unit volume of air is. The placement of the sensor at the outer air outlet of the steaming device has the following problems:
1. initial time delay: when the sensor at the outer air outlet detects the humidity value, compared with the humidity value in the steaming and baking equipment, the humidity value is different due to time delay, and the sensor is always in a lower external environment temperature at this stage;
2. temperature rise and time delay: when the exhaust port begins to discharge water vapor, the sensor is still influenced by low external environment temperature, and the sensor can be heated by the water vapor for a period of time.
In the 2 time delay stages, because the ambient temperature is lower than the temperature in the steaming and baking device, although the absolute humidity in the steaming and baking device is very high, the maximum value of the absolute humidity which can be detected by the sensor is lower, so the absolute humidity in the steaming and baking device cannot be correctly reflected by the sensor, and the absolute humidity value can be correctly detected only after the ambient environment of the sensor is heated to the temperature of the water vapor after long time delay.

Modifications to the embodiments of the invention or equivalent substitutions of parts of technical features without departing from the spirit of the invention are intended to be covered by the scope of the claims of the invention.
The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, this embodiment provides a control method of a steaming and baking apparatus with an external humidity detection device, the steaming and baking apparatus includes an inner cavity 1, an inner cavity heater 2, an outer cavity heater 3, a fan 4 and a humidity detection device 5 with a temperature detection function, wherein the inner cavity heater 3 is disposed inside the inner cavity 1, an exhaust port 10 is disposed at the top of the inner cavity 1, the exhaust port 10 is an outlet for discharging water vapor outside the inner cavity 1, the humidity detection device 5 is disposed on the exhaust port 10, the outer cavity heater 3 is disposed near the humidity detection device 5 and is communicated with the inner cavity 1 for providing steam to the inner cavity 1, in this embodiment, the outer cavity heater 3 is a module for heating water to boiling water vapor, in addition, the distance between the outer cavity heater 3 and the humidity detection device 5 should be designed to be relatively tight, in order to enable heat radiation to be transmitted to the surrounding environment of the humidity detection device 5 while the outer cavity heater 3 is heating, fan 4 sets up in inner chamber 1 bottom, and is preferred, and fan 4 adopts axial fan and is located gas vent 10 under to this does benefit to and blows to gas vent 10 and discharge outward through gas vent 10 through fan 4 with the steam in the inner chamber 1, and control method includes following step:
starting the steaming and baking equipment to enter a preheating stage, controlling the opening of the in-cavity heater 2, the out-cavity heater 3 and the fan 4, specifically, starting the preheating stage to quickly heat the humidity detection device 5, and simultaneously opening the in-cavity heater 2, the out-cavity heater 3 and the fan 4 to generate electric heating radiation, wherein the electric heating radiation comprises short-distance heat radiation of the out-cavity heater 3 to the exhaust port 10 and heat radiation of the in-cavity heater 2, and is directly blown to an exhaust pipeline together with high-temperature steam through the axial flow fan 4 to play a role in quickly raising the temperature of the exhaust port 10;
when the humidity detection device 5 detects that the ambient temperature reaches a first preset temperature, the external cavity heater 3 is controlled to be turned off, specifically, the first preset temperature is 95-105 ℃, preferably, the first preset temperature is the water vapor temperature, which is about 100 ℃, the humidity detection device 5 located at the exhaust port 10 has a temperature detection function, and when the ambient temperature around the humidity detection device 5 reaches the water vapor temperature (about 100 ℃), the external cavity heater 3 is turned off to stop generating steam, and the humidity detection device 5 is dried. At the moment, the heater 2 and the fan 4 in the cavity still work in a working state, so that the hot air drying effect is realized on the exhaust port 10, and meanwhile, the residual water vapor in the cavity 1 is exhausted out of the cavity 1;
when the temperature of the inner cavity reaches the second preset temperature, the preheating stage is finished, the cooking stage is started, and absolute humidity is detected through the humidity detection device 5.

As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 shows the saturated moisture content law in air at different temperatures: the higher the temperature, the greater the amount of water vapor saturation that can be contained per unit volume of air, and the lower the temperature, the less the amount of water vapor saturation that can be contained per unit volume of air.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps after entering the cooking stage:
according to different cooking modes selected by the steaming and baking equipment, the heater 2 in the cavity, the heater 3 outside the cavity and the fan 4 are controlled to be turned on or turned off. Its reasonable in design, ingenious can make the whole ambient temperature who ensures around the humidity detection device of culinary art stage from this not descend, eliminates because the influence that external environment low temperature detected absolute humidity saturation to humidity detection device, realizes the whole humidity detection of culinary art. Furthermore, the steaming and baking equipment has control time sequences of loads in the steaming mode and the baking mode, the steaming and baking equipment and the loads adopt the same preheating stage for control, the preheating stage starts to heat the surrounding environment of the humidity detection device to a target temperature at first, and the humidity detection device can correctly detect absolute humidity after entering the cooking stage.
Following further, according to the different cooking modes selected by the steaming and baking device, the step of controlling the opening or closing of the inner cavity heater 2, the outer cavity heater 3 and the fan 4 is specifically as follows:
when the steaming and baking equipment selects the baking mode, the heater 3 outside the cavity and the fan 4 are controlled to be closed, and the heater 2 in the cavity is controlled to be opened; specifically, in the cooking stage of the bake mode, as shown in fig. 5, the external cavity heater 3 and the fan 4 are turned off, only the internal cavity heater 2 is turned on, at this time, the heat source of the environment around the humidity detection device 5 is the heat discharged by the internal cavity heater 2, and the temperature of the environment around the humidity detection device 5 is maintained to be lower than that in the steam mode by the heat source, that is, the saturated amount of water vapor that can be contained in the unit volume of air is smaller than that in the steam mode, but, because the absolute humidity value detected in the bake mode should be smaller theoretically, the temperature around the humidity detection device 5 is slightly lower than 60 ℃ at this time, which is enough to make the measurement range larger than the detection value, so as to ensure the accuracy of humidity detection, and at the same time, no extra electric heating device is needed to work to reduce energy consumption;
when the steaming and baking equipment selects a steaming mode, the heater 2 and the fan 4 in the cavity are controlled to be closed, and the heater 3 outside the cavity is controlled to be opened; specifically, in the cooking stage of the steaming mode, as shown in fig. 6, the intra-cavity heater 2 and the fan 4 are turned off, and only the extra-cavity heater 3 is turned on, and at this time, the heat source of the environment around the humidity detection device 5 is the short-distance heat radiation of the extra-cavity heater 3 and the high-temperature steam of the exhaust port 10. Because the absolute humidity value that detects under the mode of evaporating should be great in theory, 2 above-mentioned heat sources can play the effect of maintaining humidity detection device 5 surrounding environment at higher temperature for the water vapor saturation that unit volume air can hold is great, and the measuring range is greater than the detected value promptly, ensures humidity and detects the accuracy.
The control method of the steaming and baking device with the external humidity detection device of the embodiment at least has the following advantages:
1. reducing the initial time delay, namely shortening the time from the start of the steaming and baking equipment to the start of discharging the water vapor from the air outlet;
2. the time delay of temperature rise is shortened, namely the time from the beginning of the cooking stage to the temperature rise of the humidity detection device to the target high temperature is shortened, the steaming and baking equipment is divided into a preheating stage and a cooking stage, the surrounding environment of the humidity detection device is heated to the target temperature in the preheating stage, and the humidity detection device can correctly detect the absolute humidity after entering the cooking stage.
What has been described above are merely some embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept thereof, and these changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
