Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of insect sex attractants, in particular to a sex attractant and a lure for a small-angle bark beetle.
Background
The small linear angle bark beetle Streltzoviella insularris (Staudinger) belongs to Lepidoptera (Lepidotera) bark beetle family (Cossidae), is an important stem borer in China, mainly uses larvae to damage white wax, gingko, Sophora japonica, elm, paper mulberry and the like, the number of single plant insect mouths can reach hundreds, and the single plant insect mouths occur in large areas in succession in multiple provinces and cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Hunan, Shanghai and the like.
Many insects develop and mature to emit chemical substances to attract and mate with foreign insects, and the chemical substances which communicate during the mating process of insects are called insect sex pheromones or sex pheromones. The trapping method of attracting insects with artificially synthesized sex pheromone or the like is a good method for efficiently and pollution-free pest control and pest occurrence monitoring.
The use of insect sex pheromones for pest control is a hot spot of comprehensive pest control measures in chemical ecology. According to researches, female pheromones of lepidoptera insects generally belong to aliphatic compounds, the chemical structural characteristics of the female pheromones of different insects are shown as different in carbon chain length, double bond number and position, terminal functional properties and the like, and the small difference of the characteristics can determine the specificity of insect species. For studying insect sex pheromone components including cis-3-tetradecenol acetate, trans-3-tetradecenol acetate, cis-3-trans-5-tetradecenol acetate, cis-5-dodecenyl acetate, cis-7-tetradecenol acetate, cis-9-tetradecenol acetate, trans-3-tetradecenol, cis-7-tetradecenol, etc., the chemical structure of the main component is 14-carbon straight chain enol or its acetate, although 1 or 2 kinds of different kinds of sex pheromone components are completely identical, however, the mixture ratio of species is completely different, such as hippophae rhamnoides moth sex attractant, artemisia desertorum moth sex attractant, salix mongolica sex attractant, elm bark moth sex attractant and the like, which have been successfully developed and widely applied, however, the method for effectively trapping the small linear angle bark moth has not been reported so far.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a sex attractant and an attracting core for the small moth-shaped moth. In the mating stage of the small linear angle codling moth, the lure core containing the sex attractant is hung on the side branch of the host, so that the male small linear angle codling moth can be effectively attracted to seek a mate, and the trapping and killing can be effectively carried out.
Specifically, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the sex attractant comprises active ingredients of the sex attractant, wherein the active ingredients of the sex attractant comprise cis-3-tetradecenol acetate, trans-3-tetradecenol acetate and cis-5-dodecenyl alcohol acetate.
Preferably, in the above sex attractant, the mass ratio of cis-3-tetradecenol acetate, trans-3-tetradecenol acetate and cis-5-dodecenol acetate is 1.0-1.2: 0.6-0.8: 0.2. proved by verification, the mass ratio of cis-3-tetradecenol acetate, trans-3-tetradecenol acetate and cis-5-dodecenyl alcohol acetate is in the range, and a better attraction effect can be obtained.
Preferably, the above-mentioned sex attractant further comprises a non-polar solvent, and preferably, the non-polar solvent is selected from petroleum ether or n-heptane.
Preferably, in the above sex attractant, the mass ratio of the active ingredient of the sex attractant to the nonpolar solvent is 1: 40 to 50.
Preferably, the sex attractant further comprises an antioxidant, the antioxidant can prolong the active period of the sex attractant, and the antioxidant preferably accounts for 5-9% of the total mass of the sex attractant.
Preferably, in the above sex attractant, the antioxidant is 2, 6-tert-butyl-p-cresol or butyl hydroxy anisole.
The invention also provides a sex attractant core of the small-angle moth-shaped sex attractant, which comprises the sex attractant and a releaser for containing the sex attractant. The trapping core of the invention is put into an insect trap, and can trap the male small linear horned beetle in forests.
Preferably, in the lure core, the total mass of the sex attractant in the releaser is 40-50 mg.
Preferably, in the above lure core, the material of the releaser is selected from natural rubber, synthetic rubber, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride or viscose material.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) monitoring the pest situation of the small linear angle codling moth: the sex attractant for the small linear angle moth provided by the invention can be used for insect condition prediction, so that the occurrence and growth situations of the small linear angle moth in the forest can be known timely and accurately, and a scientific basis is provided for timely and effective prevention and treatment. The sex attractant of the invention is used for detecting and predicting the insect situation, has high sensitivity, strong specificity, convenient use and low cost, and is suitable for general popularization;
(2) mass trapping: an adult occurrence curve is made according to the insect condition monitoring result, a trapper containing the sex attractant for the small trogopterus bark beetle provided by the invention is applied in the adult growth period, and male insects for mate mating are trapped and killed in time, so that the male insects lose mating opportunities and can not effectively propagate offspring, and harm is reduced;
(3) and (3) interfering mating: the natural attractant is generally applied in woodlands, so that the normal mating of male and female moths of the small linear horned beetles can be effectively interfered, the moths can not be effectively propagated for later generations, and the harm is reduced.
(4) The sex attractant can also be used in combination with a chemical infertility agent, virus or bacteria, and the sex attractant can lure male insects to contact with the infertility agent, virus or bacteria, and then fly away to contact and mate with other insects, thus causing much more damage to other populations than simply catching and killing the male insects.
