Termite nest was constructed in each of light-tight containers each having a side length of 10cm and hollow inside, and 200 termites were put in each of the light-tight containers while an outlet was opened in one side of the container, then the lure boxes prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were fixed to each of the light-tight containers so that the through-holes were aligned with the outlets, and wooden pieces without any treatment were put in the lure box as a blank set, after 1 month, the lure box was detached, and the total number of termites (only) in the lure box and the number of termites (only) that have died in the lure box were recorded, and the mortality (%) in the lure box was calculated in such a manner that: mortality (%) × (number of termites that have died/total number of termites) x 100%.

According to the comparison of the data of the examples 1 to 5 in the table 9, the treatment liquid can be favorably better adhered to the wood block by controlling the dosage of the treatment liquid and the soaking time of the treatment liquid, so that the wood block has better attraction effect and better termite killing effect, and the termites in the cavities can be attracted into the attraction box and killed in the attraction box more easily, so that the termites can be killed without adding other agents and searching for the cavities of the termites to clean the cavities, and the termite killing effect is better.
According to the comparison of the data of the embodiment 5 and the embodiments 6 to 17 in table 9, the synergistic cooperation of the yellow sugar, the maltose and the sucrose in a specific ratio is beneficial to better improving the permeability of the treatment liquid, so that the treatment liquid can more easily penetrate deep into the wood block, and the interior of the wood block has a stronger termite killing effect, thereby being beneficial to better improving the luring effect of the wood block and simultaneously being beneficial to better improving the termite killing effect of the wood block, so that the termites in the nest can be more easily lured into the luring box to be killed, any component is lacked or any ratio is changed, the termite killing effect of the wood block can be easily greatly influenced, the effect of improving the permeability of the treatment liquid can not be achieved, and the effect of improving the killing rate of the wood block can not be achieved.
As can be seen from the comparison of the data in table 9 between example 5 and examples 18-21, the addition of mometasone is beneficial to better promote the synergistic cooperation of the sugar, pyriproxyfen, estriol and methylprednisolone, so as to better improve the attracting effect and killing effect of the wood lumps, so that the termites in the nest can be more easily guided into and killed in the attractant box, and the killing operation and the later cleaning operation of the termites are simpler and more convenient.
According to the comparison of the data of the example 5 and the examples 22 to 33 in the table 9, the addition of the plant essential oil alone, the addition of the citral alone or the addition of the ligustrazine alone are beneficial to better improving the attracting effect and the killing effect of the wood block, so that the termites in the nest are attracted into the attracting box to be killed more easily, and the killing operation and the later cleaning operation of the termites are simpler and more convenient.
According to the comparison of the data of example 5 and comparative examples 1 to 7 in table 9, the attracting effect and termite killing effect of the wood block can be improved better only when sugar, pyriproxyfen, estriol and methylprednisolone are synergistically matched with each other in a specific ratio, so that the termites in the nest can be attracted into the attracting box and killed more easily, the termite killing operation and the later cleaning operation are simpler and more convenient, and the attracting and killing effect of the wood block can be greatly influenced due to the absence of any component or the change of any component.

Claims (10)
