The sliding cutter 22 leaves the bark at a distance from the trunk so that the root and the top of the bark on the trunk are kept connected, the survival rate of the bark can reach more than 98% when the bark is regenerated later, and the time can be saved for several years compared with the time for re-planting a tree. The sliding cutter 22 can also be provided with a pressure sensing device, the knife tip of the sliding cutter 22 can be judged to cut off barks through pressure sensing, and because the barks and the trunks are made of different materials and the hardness of the trunks is far greater than that of the barks, the sliding distance of the sliding cutter 22 can be judged through the method, and the sliding distance can also be controlled by adjusting the telescopic length of the electric push rod 20.
Two sets of symmetrical lifting roller devices 23 are arranged on the upper layer of the inner annular surface of the semicircular mounting shell frame 1, a lifting motor 24 is arranged on the semicircular mounting shell frame 1 between the two lifting roller devices 23, and the lifting motor 24 is in transmission connection with the two sets of lifting roller devices 23 through a transverse transmission shaft 25 and a longitudinal transmission shaft 26. The lifting roller device 23 is a power component for driving the peeling and collecting device to move up and down on the trunk 4.
As shown in fig. 1-9, in the automatic collection method of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, during peeling operation, two connecting blocks 2 are connected through a screw 3, so that two semicircular mounting frames 1 form an annular structure and are sleeved on the bottom of a trunk 4, an arc green bark scraper 37 on a green bark scraper device 5 is attached to the trunk, a concave arc pulley 30 of a lifting roller device 23 is attached to the trunk, a power supply is switched on, a lifting motor 24 is controlled, the lifting roller device 23 drives the peeling device to move upwards along the trunk 4, and in the upwards moving process, the arc green bark scraper 37 arranged around the trunk 4 scrapes off green barks, generally one time can be scraped off, and if the green barks are not completely scraped off, the scraping can be carried out for a plurality of times; after the green husks are scraped, the peeling device is positioned at the high position of the trunk 4, then the surrounding motor 9 is controlled to enable the roller 12 on the surrounding roller device to be tightly attached to the trunk, the ring cutter 14 is cut in the trunk, and then the ring cutter moves around to cut a ring groove in the trunk; because one set of the surrounding roller device is provided with two ring cutters 14, and two sets are four ring cutters 14, the peeling device can cut ring grooves only by rotating about 100 degrees, then the electric push rod 20 is controlled, the telescopic rod of the electric push rod 20 is extended to drive the sliding cutter 22 to cut on the trunk 4 along the guide rail frame 20, simultaneously the peeling steel wire 18 is tensioned to enter the ring grooves, the lifting roller device 23 is started to drive the peeling device to move along the trunk 4 to the lower part of the trunk, the two sliding cutters 22 and the telescopic cutter 17 longitudinally cut three cuts and seals on the barks, in the process of cutting the barks, the peeling steel wire 18 slides between the barks and the trunk body, the barks are peeled off from the trunk body, when the peeling device moves to the root part of the trunk, the ring grooves are cut by controlling the peeling device, the peeled barks fall to finish bark collection, and the following chemical treatment (spraying of bark regenerant) and the transparent plastic film wrapping method are also needed to be carried out on the peeled, regenerating the bark.

As shown in fig. 1-9, the present invention provides an automatic collection method for traditional Chinese medicine materials, based on the above embodiment, the lifting roller device 23 includes an ear platform mounting block 27, a pulley transmission shaft 28, a pulley bracket 29 and a concave arc pulley 30, the two ear platform mounting blocks 27 are connected to the inner annular surface of the semicircular mounting housing 1, the pulley transmission shaft 28 is inserted into the two ear platform mounting blocks 27, one end of the two pulley brackets 29 is mounted on the pulley transmission shaft 28, the other end of the two pulley brackets 29 is correspondingly mounted on the rotating shaft of the concave arc pulley 30, the outer end of the pulley transmission shaft 28 is provided with a sprocket 31, the outer end of the rotating shaft of the concave arc pulley 30 is also provided with a sprocket 31, the sprocket 31 on the rotating shaft of the concave arc pulley 30 is in transmission connection with the sprocket 31 on the corresponding pulley transmission shaft 28 through a chain 32, the pulley transmission shaft 28 is provided with two coil springs 33, two legs on the coil springs 33, a fixed pulley bracket 29, which is similar to the green bark scraper device 5 in structure, and a concave arc pulley 30 is pressed on the trunk 4 through a coil spring 33; a lifting motor 24 is arranged on the semicircular mounting shell frame 1 between the two lifting roller wheel devices 23, and the lifting motor 24 is in transmission connection with a corresponding pulley transmission shaft 28 through a transverse transmission shaft 25 and a longitudinal transmission shaft 26. The wheel surface of the concave arc pulley 30 is an arc surface attached to the arc surface of the trunk 4, and the wheel surface of the concave arc pulley 30 is provided with a friction floating point which increases friction force with the bark.
The lifting motor 24 is provided with inverted umbrella teeth 7 on a rotating shaft, the inverted umbrella teeth 7 are meshed with the umbrella teeth on the transverse transmission shaft 25, the umbrella teeth on the transverse transmission shaft 25 are meshed with the umbrella teeth on the longitudinal transmission shaft 26, and the umbrella teeth on the longitudinal transmission shaft 26 are meshed with the umbrella teeth on the pulley transmission shaft 28. In the transmission structure, the concave arc pulley 30 can rotate freely around the pulley transmission shaft 28 according to the different outer diameters of the trunk 4, and the transmission structure is still connected. In the embodiment, the transverse transmission shaft 25 and the longitudinal transmission shaft 26 are not vertically connected, and the bevel gear meshing transmission with a common structure cannot be realized.

As shown in fig. 1-9, in the automatic collection method for traditional Chinese medicinal materials of the present invention, on the basis of the above embodiment, a limiting rod 43 for preventing rotation of the encircling roller device 6 is inserted into the encircling roller device 6, one end of the limiting rod 43 is inserted into the encircling roller device 6, and the other end of the limiting rod 43 is connected to the semicircular mounting housing 1; the limiting rod 43 can be placed around the roller device 6 to rotate when the telescopic transmission shaft 10 is telescopic.
The telescopic transmission shaft 10 comprises two telescopic shafts 44 and a threaded sleeve 45, the threaded sleeve 45 is fixedly connected with one telescopic shaft 44, and the threaded sleeve 45 is in threaded connection with the other telescopic shaft 44. In practical application, a pressure sensing device may be disposed on the telescopic transmission shaft 10 or the roller 12, so as to determine the extension length of the telescopic transmission shaft 10, based on the roller 12 pressing on the trunk 4 for close contact.

As shown in fig. 1-9, the present invention provides an automatic collection method for traditional Chinese medicine materials, based on the above embodiment, the lower side of the semicircular mounting housing 1 is provided with a conduit 46, the surrounding motor 9, the electric push rod 20 and the lifting motor 24 are connected to a portable power source 48 through a wire 47, the wire 47 passes through the conduit 46, and the wire 47 is provided with a control board 49. In actual operation, one set of portable power source 48 can simultaneously supply power to a plurality of sets of peeling devices, so that a plurality of peeling devices can be simultaneously operated by one person, the peeling efficiency is greatly improved, and a large-scale planting base is always used.

As shown in fig. 1-9, the automatic collecting method for traditional Chinese medicine of the present invention, based on the above embodiment, the ring cutter 14 includes a ring sleeve 50 and a handle 51, the handle 51 is connected to the ring sleeve 50, the ring sleeve 50 is sleeved on the surrounding roller shaft 8, and the end of the handle 51 is provided with a blade for cutting bark. The ring sleeve 50 of the ring-cutting knife 14 is sleeved on the surrounding roller shaft 8, in order to prevent the ring-cutting knife 14 from rotating, the knife handle 51 is inserted on the gear box body 15 for limiting, the length of the ring-cutting knife 14 is controlled, the knife tip protrudes out of the wheel surface of the roller 12 by the thickness of bark, the width of the knife tip is the width of a cutting ring groove, and according to actual conditions, the peeling steel wire 18 can conveniently enter the ring groove when being tensioned.

step 2, arranging a plurality of green tangerine peel scraper devices (5) for scraping off green tangerine peels on the lower layer of the inner annular surface of the semicircular mounting shell frame (1); the green tangerine peel scraper device (5) is provided with a circular arc green tangerine peel scraper (37);
step 3, a surrounding roller device (6) is arranged on the middle layer of the inner annular surface of the semicircular mounting shell frame (1), the surrounding roller device comprises a surrounding roller shaft (8), a surrounding motor (9), a telescopic transmission shaft (10) and a transmission short shaft (11), a ring cutter (14) is arranged in the middle of the surrounding roller shaft (8), a gear box body (15) is sleeved at the connecting position of the surrounding roller shaft (8) and the transmission short shaft (11), and a cutter handle (51) of the ring cutter (14) penetrates through the gear box body (15) to be guided onto the trunk (4);
step 4, arranging a telescopic cutter device (16) at the connecting end of one semicircular mounting shell frame (1), wherein the telescopic cutter device (16) comprises a telescopic cutter (17), and a peeling steel wire (18) penetrates through the edge part of the telescopic cutter (17); the two ends of a peeling steel wire (18) are respectively connected to the butt joint ends of two semicircular mounting shells (1) through tension springs (19), an electric push rod (20) is hinged to the middle layer of the inner annular surface of the butt joint end of the semicircular mounting shells (1), a guide rail frame (21) is arranged on the outer side of the electric push rod (20) and corresponds to the peeling steel wire (18), a sliding cutter (22) is hinged to the end of a telescopic rod of the electric push rod (20), the peeling steel wire (18) correspondingly penetrates through the blade part of the sliding cutter (22), the sliding cutter (22) is arranged on the guide rail frame (21) in a sliding mode, and when the telescopic rod of the electric push rod (20) extends, the sliding cutter (22) is driven to cut on the trunk (4) along the guide rail frame;
step 5, two sets of symmetrical lifting roller devices (23) are arranged on the upper layer of the inner annular surface of the semicircular mounting shell frame (1), a lifting motor (24) is arranged on the semicircular mounting shell frame (1) between the two lifting roller devices (23), and the lifting motor (24) is in transmission connection with the two sets of lifting roller devices (23) through a transverse transmission shaft (25) and a longitudinal transmission shaft (26);
step 6, arranging a conduit (46) on the lower side surface of the semicircular mounting shell frame (1), connecting the surrounding motor (9), the electric push rod (20) and the lifting motor (24) with a portable power supply (48) through a wire (47), enabling the wire (47) to penetrate through the conduit (46), and arranging a control panel (49) on the wire (47);
step 7, connecting the two connecting blocks (2) through the screw (3), enabling the two semicircular mounting shell frames (1) to form an annular structure to be sleeved on the bottom of the trunk (4), enabling the arc green bark scrapers (37) on the green bark scraper device (5) to be attached to the trunk of the tree (4), enabling the concave arc pulleys (30) of the lifting roller device (23) to be attached to the trunk (4), switching on a power supply, controlling the lifting motor (24), driving the green bark scraper device (5) to move upwards along the trunk (4) through the lifting roller device (23), and scraping off green husks through the arc green bark scrapers (37) arranged on the trunk (4) in a surrounding mode in the upwards moving process;
step 8, controlling a surrounding motor (9) to enable a roller (12) on a surrounding roller device (6) to be tightly attached to the trunk (4), inserting a ring cutter (14) into the trunk, and then, rotating the ring cutter (14) in a surrounding manner to cut a ring groove on the trunk (4);
and 9, controlling the electric push rod (20), enabling a telescopic rod of the electric push rod (20) to extend to drive a sliding cutter (22) to be inserted into the bark along the guide rail frame (20), simultaneously tensioning the peeling steel wire (18) to enter an annular groove, starting the lifting roller device (23) to drive the peeling steel wire (18) to move towards the lower part of the trunk along the trunk (4), peeling the bark from the trunk (4) by the peeling steel wire (18), moving the semicircular installation shell frame (1) to the root part of the trunk (4), controlling the circular groove to be cut by the surrounding roller device (6), and finishing the falling of the peeled bark.
