Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the refrigerator of the present embodiment includes a box 1, a compressor (not shown), a control board 3, and a mounting structure 4.
The control panel 3 is provided with various electronic devices, which are mainly used to form a control system for controlling the operation of the refrigerator, such as controlling the operation of the compressor.
The bottom of the box body 1 is provided with a compressor cabin 2, and the compressor, the control panel 3 and the mounting structure 4 are all arranged in the compressor cabin 2. The temperature inside the compressor compartment 2 is relatively high due to the operation of the compressor, often above 50 ℃, exceeding the ambient temperature requirements of the various electronics on the control board 3.
According to the invention, by designing the mounting structure 4, the control panel 3 can be mounted in the compressor cabin 2, so that the traditional layout mode is changed, and the traditional layout is as follows: the control panel 3 is installed on the top of the cabinet 1. The mounting structure 4 includes a sealed cavity 41, a heat insulation layer 42, a pair of plastic fasteners 43, and a metal heat conduction sheet 44.
The shape and size of the sealed cavity 41 can be adjusted according to the shape and size of the control panel 3, and the requirement of material is low, so long as the wiring is easy. The control panel 3 is installed in the sealed cavity 41, and the installation mode is not particularly limited as long as the control panel 3 can be accommodated, and the installation mode can be bonding, clamping, screw connection and the like.
The heat insulation layer 42 is wrapped outside the sealed cavity 41, that is, the whole sealed cavity 41 is wrapped, and the gas in the sealed cavity 41 is isolated from the gas in the external compressor compartment 2. And insulating layer 42 has played good thermal-insulated effect, and insulating layer 42 can adopt the polyurethane heated board, and the shape of seal chamber 41 is assembled into to the polyurethane heated board, encloses seal chamber 41 in.
A pair of plastic fasteners 43 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the sealed cavity 41 for fastening the sealed cavity 41 wrapped with the insulation layer 42. The return pipe 5 of the compressor penetrates into the sealed cavity 41 from one side wall of the sealed cavity 41 without the plastic fixing piece 43, and then penetrates out from the other side wall of the sealed cavity 41, and the refrigerant in the return pipe 5 cools the control plate 3 in the sealed cavity 41. The plastic mount 43 may be a PC plastic mount.
The plastic fixing element 43 may be fixed within a distance of 0-5cm from the compressor, for example, in the line where the return pipe 5 leads from the compressor.
In order to increase the heat exchange area, the return pipe line penetrating into the sealed cavity 41 is in a wave structure. In this embodiment, the undulating structure is positioned within the sealed cavity 41 by a metal heat conducting sheet 44. Therefore, the invention is easier to realize, has better positioning effect on the wave-shaped structure, and is more convenient and free to install in the sealed cavity 41. The metal heat-conducting sheet may be a rectangular sheet body parallel to the control board 3.
The return pipe 5 penetrating into the sealed cavity 41 is designed into a wave-shaped structure, so that the flow speed of the internal refrigerant is reduced, heat is better absorbed, and sufficient heat exchange is carried out. The return pipe 5 can well go the original route through the two parts of the sealing cavity 41. The extending direction of wavy structure is parallel with control panel 3 best, can play fine cooling effect like this, and control panel 3 is parallel with plastic mounting 43 best, and whole mounting structure 4's location can be more steady like this, and is fixed more firmly, is difficult to walk to position because of the transportation of refrigerator. And the structural style of this implementation can realize the upper and lower location of whole mounting structure 4, and whole mounting structure 4 can stand the great vibrations of refrigerator, and the refrigerator is bulky, weight is heavy, and in handling, control panel 3's stability is first forever.
The various control circuits (not shown) between the control panel 3 and the compressor can be connected by penetrating the side wall of the sealed housing 41, possibly by penetrating the side wall of the sealed housing 41 with plastic fasteners 43. This can prevent the sealability of the sealed housing 41 from being broken. If the wire is directly routed, the penetrating and penetrating positions can be sealed by glue or elastic rings.
The invention designs the mounting structure 4 by utilizing the cold air in the return pipe 5, and the control panel 3 is mounted through the mounting structure 4, thereby solving the problem that the control panel 3 cannot adapt to the high temperature in the compressor cabin, shortening each control circuit between the control panel 3 and the compressor and reducing the cost.
The mounting structure 4 can also prevent the pipe wall of the return pipe 5 from being frozen and condensing, and can utilize the residual cold of the return pipe 5 to cool the control panel 3, and the thermal insulation layer 42 plays a good thermal blocking role, so that a good low-temperature environment is kept in the seal cavity 41, and the control panel 3 can be operated well. The invention solves the technical problem that the traditional control board can not be arranged in the compressor, and simultaneously, the cost of the refrigerator is greatly reduced because each control circuit between the control board 3 and the compressor is greatly shortened. One refrigerator can save at least 25 yuan.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 3, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that a heat conducting insulating layer 6, such as a high heat conducting insulating layer made of high heat conducting insulating composite powder, is disposed on the side of the control board 3 facing the return pipe 5. The high-thermal-conductivity insulating composite powder is mainly prepared by combining multiple kinds of ultra-high-thermal-conductivity fillers such as nano silicon magnesium nitride, nano silicon carbide, nano aluminum nitride, nano boron nitride, high-sphericity aluminum oxide, nano silicon nitride (with a regular orientation structure) and the like, and particles with different particle diameters are used according to the particle diameter and the form of each material, the surface is easy to wet, the doping fraction and the self thermal conductivity are different, so that the maximum stacking degree is formed among the fillers, a thermal conductive network in the system is formed to the maximum extent to achieve effective thermal conduction, and a high-thermal-conductivity system is obtained.
On the basis of the heat-conducting insulating layer 6, the return pipe 5 can be attached to the main heating electronic device on the control panel 3, so that good heat exchange is achieved, and the normal working performance of the control panel 3 is not affected. The heat conductive insulating layer 6 may be disposed on the control board 3 by spraying, and the heat conductive insulating layer 6 is formed by spraying on the control board 3.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
