A remote control panoramic video security monitoring device comprises a base (10), a supporting seat (19), a monitoring base (22) and a camera (26); the upper surface of the middle part of the top of the base (10) is fixedly provided with a group of vertical supporting columns (12), and the hydraulic support is characterized in that the top of each supporting column (12) is rotatably connected with a group of bevel gear transmission mechanisms (18), the right side surface of each bevel gear transmission mechanism (18) is rotatably connected with a group of servo motors (13) through a transmission shaft, the bottoms of the servo motors (13) are supported by supporting rods fixed on the upper surface of the base (10) through the bottoms, the middle part of each transmission shaft is downwards connected with a transverse cross shaft (15) arranged inside the base (10) through a transmission belt (16), the left end and the right end of each cross shaft (15) are downwards connected with rollers (14) extending to the outer bottom of the base (10) in a rolling mode, the lower side of the base (10) positioned outside the rollers (14) is telescopically connected with supporting legs (11), and, the top fixed mounting of supporting seat (19) has control platform (21), the top fixed mounting of control platform (21) has control base (22) that is the toper structure, the interior middle part of control base (22) is provided with control circuit board, control circuit board's downside electric connection has battery pack (23) of fixing the bottom in control base (22), the outside oblique side of control base (22) is equidistant to be equipped with four groups of spouts, the inside sliding connection of spout has the slider, the inboard of slider is provided with the gliding movement control device (24) of drive slider in the spout that is used for fixing on base (10) medial surface, movement control device (24) and control circuit board electric connection, the outside horizontally of slider outwards through connecting plate fixed mounting has first electric telescopic handle (25), the end of two sets of first electric telescopic handle (25) that are located both sides around is fixed downwards is provided with thermal imaging appearance (32) that are used for control night, the tail ends of two groups of first electric telescopic rods (25) positioned at the left side and the right side are downwards fixedly provided with cameras (26), the cameras (26) and the thermal imaging instruments (32) are electrically connected with a control circuit board, the outer surface of a monitoring base (22) positioned between sliding grooves is provided with a solar panel (31) used for generating electricity, the solar panel (31) is electrically connected with a battery pack (23), the top of the monitoring base (22) is fixedly provided with a wireless transceiver (29) used for receiving and transmitting wireless signals, the control circuit board is internally provided with a video image acquisition module used for collecting analog information acquired by the cameras (26) and the thermal imaging instruments (32), a video image analysis processing module electrically connected with the video image acquisition module and used for analyzing and processing videos and images, and a video image output module electrically connected with the video image analysis processing module and used for transmitting the processed videos and images outwards, the remote terminal control system is characterized in that a mobile terminal receiving module used for receiving an execution command sent by a remote terminal signal sending module is arranged in the control circuit board, the mobile terminal receiving module is electrically connected with an execution module arranged in the control circuit board, and the execution module is electrically connected with an illuminating lamp (28), a first electric telescopic rod (25), a mobile control device (24), a servo motor (13) and a hydraulic cylinder respectively.
