The number of the water jet nozzle devices 25 required to be installed on the whole cutterhead is twice of the number of the hob cutters 19 required to be assisted, and if all the hob cutters need to be cut to assist in rock breaking, the number of the water jet nozzle devices 25 is equal to twice of the number of the hob cutters installed on the cutterhead. Under the arrangement mode, the hob on each hob track can obtain the bilateral lancing auxiliary rock breaking mode in real time without being influenced by the arrangement phase angle beta of the hob. This mode should also ensure that the cutter head is rotating in the correct direction during use, i.e., in the direction that the waterjet head leads the hob. Under the arrangement mode, 2 sets of water jet spray head devices 25 are arranged on each hob rolling track, so that all the water jet spray head devices 25 do not need to be started in real time within one circle of rotation of the cutter head, but half of the water jet spray head devices 25 need to be continuously started, the other half of the water jet spray head devices can be started and closed according to the arrangement phase angle difference of the hobs, and because the phase difference of each hob relative to the hob close to the track is different, the starting and relation time of the water jet spray head devices 25 which are positioned in front of each hob and do not need to be started in real time are different. As shown in fig. 9, a demonstration hob 19.1, a hob a19.2 and a hob B19.3 are provided on the hob a19.2, a water jet nozzle B25.3 and a water jet nozzle C25.4 are provided on the hob B19.3, a water jet nozzle 25.1 and a water jet nozzle a25.2 are provided on the hob B19.3, the hob a19.2 and the hob B19.3 are adjacent track hobs and have a phase difference of β, when the hob B19.3 rotates by an angle of β after each rotation starts, the water jet nozzle a25.2 on the side of the hob B19.3 adjacent to the hob a19.2 can be closed, and when the hob B19.3 completes one rotation and starts the next rock breaking cycle, the water jet nozzle a25.2 is opened again. All the water jet nozzle devices 25 are opened and closed by automatically controlling a water jet electric control valve 27 and an abrasive electric control valve 28 by programs.

Claims (8)

1. A water jet device suitable for assisting hobbing cutter in rock breaking is characterized by comprising:
the fixing device comprises a fixing base, a fixing disc and a fixing disc, wherein the outer side of the fixing base is provided with the fixing disc, the lower part of the fixing disc is a rectangular protrusion, and the center of the fixing disc is provided with a T-shaped channel; the upper end of the T-shaped channel is round, and the lower end of the T-shaped channel is rectangular; the upper end of the T-shaped channel is provided with a disc-shaped spring base with a protruding lower part, the center of the spring base is provided with a circular through hole, and the protruding part of the lower part of the spring base is matched with the rectangular channel of the T-shaped channel; an adjusting base plate is arranged between the outer side of the spring base and the fixed disc, a base bolt assembly is arranged at the upper end of the outer side of the spring base, one end of the base bolt assembly is located at the upper end of the outer side of the spring base, and the other end of the base bolt assembly penetrates through the adjusting base plate and is located in the fixed disc;
the movable spray head is positioned in the lower side of the T-shaped channel in the center of the fixed disc; the movable spray head is characterized in that a water jet spray head component is arranged in the center of the movable spray head, a protrusion is arranged on the outer side of one end of the water jet spray head component and is positioned above the spring base, the other end of the water jet spray head component penetrates through a circular through hole in the center of the spring base and penetrates through the T-shaped channel to be discharged, an annular middle boss is arranged in the middle of the water jet spray head component, a spring is sleeved between the middle boss and the annular protrusion, a hollow rectangular protective sleeve is wrapped on the outer side of the water jet spray head component at the lower end of the middle boss, a hollow rectangular sliding sleeve is wrapped on the outer side of the protective sleeve, the sliding sleeve is matched and movably connected with the inner wall of the;
the following roller is fixedly connected to the outer side of the sliding sleeve through a roller shaft, and the roller shaft can be movably connected with a roller;
the water jet pipeline is positioned above the movable spray head and comprises a water jet pipeline and an abrasive hose; one end of the water jet pipeline is connected with the water jet spray head assembly, and the other end of the water jet pipeline is provided with a water jet electric control valve; one end of the abrasive hose is connected with the water jet spray head assembly, and the other end of the abrasive hose is provided with an abrasive electric control valve.

A water jet nozzle device suitable for assisting the hob in breaking rock according to claim 1, wherein a sealing plate is further arranged at the joint of the lower end of the fixed disc and the sliding sleeve of the movable nozzle, and a rectangular through hole with the same size as the cross section of the sliding sleeve is formed in the middle of the sealing plate.
3. A water jet nozzle device suitable for assisting the rock breaking of a hob according to claim 2, wherein the sealing plate is fixedly connected with the lower end of the fixed disc through a sealing bolt assembly.

A water jet assembly adapted to assist in breaking rock with a hob according to claim 1 wherein said water jet assembly is hollow and has a water jet channel; a water inlet is formed in the protruding end of the water jet spray head assembly, an upper pipe body is arranged between the water outlet and the middle boss, a lower pipe body is arranged below the middle boss, and a spray head outlet is further formed in the bottom end of the lower pipe body; the grinding material straight pipe is connected to the grinding material interface.
5. A water jet spray head device suitable for assisting in rock breaking with a hob according to claim 4, characterized in that the water outlet is connected with the water jet pipe, and the straight abrasive pipe is connected with the abrasive hose.
6. A water jet spray head device suitable for assisting the hob in breaking rock according to claim 1, wherein a bolt assembly is further arranged at the upper end of the outer side of the fixed disk, and the fixed disk is fixed on a cutterhead panel through the bolt assembly.
7. A method of arranging a water jet nozzle apparatus as claimed in claim 1, comprising: 1 water jet nozzle device is arranged on the same side of each hob;
rock cutting seams generated by the water jet nozzle device are positioned between two adjacent hob rolling tracks; along the rotating direction of the cutter head, a water jet spray head device is arranged in front of each hob side and is arranged on a cutting track close to the center of the cutter head or far away from the center of the cutter head; the angle difference beta of the phase positions of the hobs on the tracks of the adjacent hobs is arranged, the spray head is opened in the whole course to perform the cutting, and all the hobs start to break the rock simultaneously when the cutter head starts to rotate the rock, so that the hobs which have the phase angle difference beta and are positioned at the rear side are seen from the rotation direction of the cutter head, the angle range of the angle beta in one rotation is a single-side cutting seam auxiliary rock breaking mode, and the range of 2 pi-beta is a double-side cutting seam auxiliary rock breaking mode.
