本发明公开了一种低硬度低散发的三元乙丙橡胶,以质量份计,该橡胶包括以下组分:三元乙丙橡胶100~200份;氧化锌3~10份;硬脂酸0.2~1份;聚乙二醇0.5~2份;白炭黑7~25份;高闪点深度加氢石蜡油30~100份;高岭土20~80份;硅胶1~10份;硫化剂S‑80 1~2份,促进剂2‑6.5份。本发明一种低硬度低散发的三元乙丙橡胶具有较低硬度、优秀的低散发性能,是符合VW50180标准的浅色三元乙丙橡胶,且加工性好,能够以低不良率加工复杂结构的产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件材料领域,尤其是一种低硬度低散发的三元乙丙橡胶。
背景技术
在汽车汽车内饰件中需要用低硬度橡胶产品,现有市面上并无公开能够达成VW50180标准的低硬度橡胶产品。和业内知名材料供应商询价过程中都以硬度太低,产品结构复杂加工困难为由表示无法达成。因此,需要设计一种低硬度低散发的三元乙丙橡胶。
发明内容
针对现有的技术缺陷,提供一种低硬度低散发的三元乙丙橡胶。
本发明通过下述方案实现:
一种低硬度低散发的三元乙丙橡胶,以质量份计,该橡胶包括以下组分:
三元乙丙橡胶100~200份;氧化锌3~10份;硬脂酸0.2~1份;聚乙二醇0.5~2份;白炭黑7~25份;高闪点深度加氢石蜡油30~100份;高岭土20~80份;硅胶1~10份;硫化剂S-80 1~2份,促进剂2-6.5份。
以质量份计,所述促进剂包括二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1~3份;四苄基秋兰姆化二硫1~1.5份;2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0~2份。
所述聚乙二醇的分子量为4000。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明一种低硬度低散发的三元乙丙橡胶具有较低硬度、优秀的低散发性能,是符合VW50180标准的浅色三元乙丙橡胶,且加工性好,能够以低不良率加工复杂结构的产品。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明优选的实施例进一步说明:
一种低硬度低散发的三元乙丙橡胶,以质量份计,该橡胶包括以下组分:
三元乙丙橡胶100~200份;氧化锌3~10份;硬脂酸0.2~1份;聚乙二醇0.5~2份;白炭黑7~25份;高闪点深度加氢石蜡油30~100份;高岭土20~80份;高岭土选用高岭土N85,硅胶1~10份;硫化剂S-80 1~2份,促进剂2-6.5份。本申请使用硅胶替代加工助剂、高闪点深度加氢石蜡油来达成低挥发、低总碳却高用量。
以质量份计,所述促进剂包括二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1~3份;四苄基秋兰姆化二硫1~1.5份;2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0~2份。所述聚乙二醇的分子量为4000。
本申请公开了一种硬度在35±5Shore A的低硬度、低散发的三元乙丙橡胶,能够符合VW50180标准的四项要求。
将本申请的产品交由有资质的检测单位进行检测,其中,依据PV3900:2000对本申请的产品进行气味测试,结果显示,在干法和湿法的测试中,本申请的产品均符合VW50180标准。依据PV3015:2015对本申请的产品进行雾化测试(挥发分),三个试样的雾化平均值为1.42mg,小于VW50180标准规定的2mg,符合要求。依据PV3341:1995对本申请的产品进行总碳释放量测试,报告显示,本申请产品的总碳释放量均值为7.4μg C/g,远小于VW50180标准的限值50μg C/g。依据PV3925-2009对本申请的甲醛释放量进行测试,在3小时、60℃的条件下,本申请的五个平行样均未检出甲醛,符合VW50180标准。
本申请引用了硅胶来替代富含小分子物质的助剂用以改善胶料的加工性和产品的脱模性能,减少了小分子物质的产生对VW50180测试挥发分结果的影响。采用了高闪点深度加氢石蜡油作为软化剂,进一步减少了挥发分和含碳有机挥发物(总碳测试)的产生,做到了高用量低挥发。

1.一种低硬度低散发的三元乙丙橡胶,其特征在于,以质量份计,该橡胶包括以下组分:
三元乙丙橡胶100~200份;氧化锌3~10份;硬脂酸0.2~1份;聚乙二醇0.5~2份;白炭黑7~25份;高闪点深度加氢石蜡油30~100份;高岭土20~80份;硅胶1~10份;硫化剂S-801~2份,促进剂2-6.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低硬度低散发的三元乙丙橡胶,其特征在于:以质量份计,所述促进剂包括二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1~3份;四苄基秋兰姆化二硫1~1.5份;2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0~2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低硬度低散发的三元乙丙橡胶,其特征在于:所述聚乙二醇的分子量为4000。
