Abstract

With the continuous development of economic construction in China and the improvement of the living standard of people, people put forward higher requirements on the aspects of beauty, comfort and other functions of building and decoration plates. The core-board is a board made of natural wood veneer and solid wood jointed board through manual treatment, and has the advantages of uniform specification, light weight, easy processing, good nail-holding power, no deformation and the like, so the core-board is widely used in the fields of buildings, indoor decoration and the like. However, the core-board is an inflammable material, has no characteristics of flame retardance or combustion delay in a fire disaster, and has great potential safety hazard.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the fireproof flame-retardant environment-friendly core-board with the fir core and the preparation method thereof.
The invention provides a preparation method of a fireproof flame-retardant environment-friendly core-board made of fir wood, which comprises the following steps:
(1) sawing the fir into strip-shaped battens, and baking the battens in a drying room to enable the water content of the battens to be within 14%;
(2) the two ends of the lath are combed by a combing machine, and then the lath is butted into a required length;
(3) preparing an adhesive A: fully and uniformly stirring 100 parts by weight of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, 20-40 parts by weight of fireproof flame retardant and 20-30 parts by weight of flour to prepare adhesive A for later use;
(4) coating adhesive A on the butted side surfaces of the battens, conveying the batten assembly into a four-side press for pressing after the batten assembly is formed into a required width, and ventilating, cooling and shaping after pressure relief to form a plate core;
(5) preparing fireproof flame-retardant penetrating fluid: fully and uniformly stirring 100 parts by weight of water and 20-40 parts by weight of fireproof flame retardant to prepare fireproof flame-retardant penetrating fluid for later use;
(6) uniformly spraying or coating fireproof flame-retardant penetrating fluid on two surfaces of the plate core, wherein the using amount of the fireproof penetrating fluid is 0.06-0.08 Kg/m 2;
(7) sending the board core with the fireproof flame-retardant penetrating fluid sprayed on the two surfaces into a drying room for baking at the baking temperature of 40-60 ℃ for 6-12 hours, and then cooling and shaping;
(8) slotting the front and back surfaces of the plate core, wherein the width of the slotting is 1-3 mm, the depth of the slotting is 2-4 mm, the distance between every two adjacent slots is 20-40 mm, and an adhesive A is filled in the slots;
(9) preparing an adhesive B: fully and uniformly stirring 100 parts by weight of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, 30 parts by weight of fireproof flame retardant, 25 parts by weight of flour and 3 parts by weight of aldehyde removing agent to prepare adhesive B for later use;
(10) coating adhesive B on the front and back surfaces of the board core, wherein the coating amount is 0.45-0.55 Kg/m2, covering single boards on the front and back surfaces of the board core, and then storing for 3 hours;
(11) putting the stored plate blank into a prepress for prepressing, and then sending the plate blank into a hot press for hot pressing;
(12) sanding the front and back plate surfaces of the plate blank by using a sander, then coating adhesive B with the coating amount of 0.4-0.45 Kg/m2, attaching veneer boards on the front and back surfaces of the plate blank, and hot-pressing;
(13) and (5) after hot pressing, radiating for 10 hours, cooling and shaping to obtain a finished product.
Further, the length of the batten is 200 mm-800 mm, the width is 30 mm-70 mm, and the thickness is 8 mm-15 mm.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, the two ends of the lath are combed and then butted into the required length, so that the structural force of the lath can be increased;
(2) the invention adds the fireproof flame retardant and the flour into the urea-formaldehyde resin glue to form the adhesive with fireproof flame retardant effect, and the adhesive is used for gluing the laths and each layer of the veneers, so that the distribution of the fireproof flame retardant in the whole core board is wider (comprising an adhesive A coated between the laths, a fireproof flame retardant penetrating fluid sprayed on the core, an adhesive A coated in the slot of the core and on the front and back sides of the core, and an adhesive B coated on the front and back sides of the veneer), and each part of the core board has good fireproof flame retardant effect;
(3) spraying fireproof and flame-retardant penetrating fluid on the board core, and then carrying out hot pressing, so that the fireproof and flame-retardant penetrating fluid can quickly penetrate into the board core after encountering high temperature, and volatilizing redundant water;
(4) and grooves are formed in the front and back surfaces of the board core and filled with adhesive with the fireproof flame retardant, so that more fireproof flame retardant can permeate into the fibers of the board core.
By technological innovation, the manufactured core-board can achieve a very good fireproof and flame-retardant effect, the fireproof and flame-retardant grade reaches B1 grade (flame-retardant), and the national standard GB8624 (furniture in Table 5); the environmental protection grade reaches E1 grade (0.429); the dip peel (strength) was 100%; the water content was 9.55%. (1) sawing the fir into strip-shaped battens with the length of 200-800 mm, the width of 30-70 mm and the thickness of 8-15 mm, stacking the battens, and sending the battens into a drying room for baking to enable the water content of the battens to be within 12%;
(2) combing two ends of the lath by a comb-combing machine, and then butting the lath into a lath with 2470 mm;
(3) preparing an adhesive A: fully and uniformly stirring 100 parts by weight of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, 30 parts by weight of fireproof flame retardant and 25 parts by weight of flour to prepare adhesive A for later use;

(6) uniformly spraying or coating fireproof flame-retardant penetrating fluid on two surfaces of the plate core, wherein the dosage of the fireproof penetrating fluid on each surface is 0.2 Kg;
(7) sending the board core with the fireproof flame-retardant penetrating fluid sprayed on the two surfaces into a drying room for baking at the baking temperature of 40-60 ℃ for 6-12 hours, and then cooling and shaping;
(8) preparing an adhesive B: fully and uniformly stirring 100 parts by weight of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, 30 parts by weight of fireproof flame retardant, 25 parts by weight of flour and 3 parts by weight of aldehyde removing agent to prepare adhesive B for later use;
(9) coating adhesive B on the front and back surfaces of the plate core with fireproof flame-retardant penetrating fluid sprayed on the two surfaces, wherein the coating amount is 1.5Kg, covering single plates on the front and back surfaces of the plate core, and storing for 3 hours, wherein the length direction of the single plates is vertical to the length direction of the laths;
(10) putting the stored plate blank into a prepressing machine for prepressing, wherein the prepressing pressure is 10MPa, the prepressing time is 30 minutes, and then, sending the plate blank into a hot press for hot pressing, the hot pressing pressure is 12MPa, the hot pressing time is 12 minutes, and the temperature is 120 ℃;
(11) adopting a sander to sand and flatten the front and back surfaces of the plate blank, then coating adhesive B with the coating amount of 1.3Kg, adhering decorative plates on the front and back surfaces of the plate blank, and hot-pressing at the temperature of 118 ℃ and the pressure of 9MPa for 7 minutes;
(12) and (5) after hot pressing, radiating for 10 hours, cooling and shaping to obtain a finished product.

(9) preparing an adhesive B: fully and uniformly stirring 100 parts by weight of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, 30 parts by weight of fireproof flame retardant, 25 parts by weight of flour and 3 parts by weight of aldehyde removing agent to prepare adhesive B for later use;
(10) coating adhesive B on the front and back surfaces of the board core, wherein the coating amount is 0.45-0.55 Kg/m2, covering single boards on the front and back surfaces of the board core, and then storing for 3 hours;
(11) putting the stored plate blank into a prepress for prepressing, and then sending the plate blank into a hot press for hot pressing;
