and S4, controlling the fourth motor to work, so that the second screw mandrel 14 rotates to drive the material guide plate 13 to move downwards to the conveyor belt 16, and conveying the router plate body conforming to the process and the waste material not conforming to the process to the next process through the conveyor belt 16.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the door at the front of the working box 5 is opened, a plurality of groups of router plate bodies to be cut are placed between the clamping plates 34 and placed on the supporting plate 35, then the second hydraulic cylinder 33 is controlled to contract, so that one group of clamping plates 34 move towards the central plate 30, the other group of clamping plates 34 also move towards the central plate 30 through the connecting action of the movable shaft 31 and the movable plate 32, so that the two groups of clamping plates 34 clamp and fix the router plate bodies to be cut, the arranged clamping mechanism 24 can simultaneously cut and process the plurality of groups of router plate bodies, the cutting efficiency is greatly improved, a worker only needs to place the processed router plate bodies on the supporting plate 35 and control the second hydraulic cylinder 33 to work, the router plate bodies can be clamped, the worker can conveniently clamp and fix the router plate bodies, and in the clamping process, the horizontal moving mechanism 40 is controlled to work to enable the shearing machine 28 to horizontally move to a specified position, the vertical moving mechanism 41 is controlled to work to enable the shearing machine 28 to move downwards, then the driving motor 25 is controlled to work to drive the third screw rod 26 to rotate, the shearing machine 28 moves towards the direction of the material receiving plate 6, the router plate body is sheared, the working position of the shearing machine 28 is adjusted by arranging the horizontal moving mechanism and the vertical moving mechanism, the router plate body can be sheared into plate bodies of different sizes and models, one side of the sheared router plate body is the router plate body which accords with the processing technology, and the other side of the sheared router plate body is waste which does not accord with the processing technology and is borne on the clamping mechanism 24;
after the router board body is cut, the first motor is controlled to work to drive the first screw rod 8 to rotate, so that the material receiving plate 6 moves to the clamping mechanism 24 along the first limiting slide rod 7 and is positioned right below the support plate 35, then, the second hydraulic cylinder 33 of the clamping mechanism 24 is controlled to extend, so that the two sets of clamping plates 34 are respectively moved away from the central plate 30, so that the sheared router board body falls on the material receiving plate 6, and then the first motor is controlled to work, so that the material receiving plate 6 loaded with the router plate body after being cut is moved to the position right below the material taking mechanism 12, the arranged material receiving plate 6 can conveniently transfer the router plate body after being cut to the position of the material taking mechanism 12, through the matching of the clamping mechanism 24 and the material receiving plate 6, the processed router plate body can be taken out from the working box 5 without manually taking materials;
the first hydraulic cylinder 17 is controlled to extend to work, so that the bottom plate 18 moves downwards, the bottom plate 18 drives the suction cup 21 on the bottom surface of the side plate 20 to move downwards, the suction cup 21 sucks the router plate body after being cut, then, the third motor is controlled to work to drive the threaded rod to rotate, so that the sliding seat 9 drives the material taking mechanism 12 to respectively move to the two sides to the material guide plate 13, so that the material taking mechanism can take the sheared router plate body which accords with the processing technology and the sheared waste plate body which does not accord with the processing technology at the same time, then, the jacking block is used for jacking the router board body fixed by the suction cup by controlling the third hydraulic cylinder to work, and falls on the material guide plate 13, through the matching action between the material taking mechanism 12 and the ejection mechanism, the processed router plate body conforming to the processing technology and the processed waste plate body not conforming to the processing technology can be conveniently transferred to the shunting mechanism from the material receiving plate 6;
the second screw rod 14 is driven to rotate by controlling the fourth motor to drive the material guide plate 13 to move downwards to the conveyor belt 16, the router plate body conforming to the process and the waste material not conforming to the process are respectively conveyed to the next process through the conveyor belt 16, and the processed router body can be separately conveyed through the arranged shunting mechanism, so that the router plate body can be conveniently reprocessed subsequently.
