The invention relates to a PCB cleaning device which comprises a cleaning mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a rack, wherein the conveying mechanism is arranged on one side of the cleaning mechanism and comprises a first conveying part and a second conveying part, the first conveying part is connected to a first guide rail, the second conveying part is connected to a second guide rail, the first conveying part comprises a first supporting piece and a first accommodating piece, the second conveying part comprises a second supporting piece and a second accommodating piece, the second accommodating piece reciprocates in the vertical direction relative to the second supporting piece, the first accommodating piece and the second accommodating piece are used for accommodating a conveying piece, the cleaning mechanism and the conveying mechanism are arranged in the rack, and a first manipulator is arranged on the rack. The device greatly improves the cleaning efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical automation, and particularly relates to a PCB cleaning device.
Background
The PCB plasma equipment needs a cleaning process in production. The traditional PCB board uses a trolley for manual feeding and discharging in the cleaning process. The manual cart is vibrated, is damaged quickly and is replaced frequently. Not only the cost is increased, but also the vibration of the cart in the transportation and the instability of manual unloading can make an impression on the yield. The manual feeding and discharging affects the production efficiency and causes great damage to products.

a cleaning mechanism;

The conveying mechanism 200 includes a first conveying portion 210 and a second conveying portion 220, the first conveying portion 210 is connected to a first guide rail 230, the second conveying portion 220 is connected to a second guide rail 240, the first conveying portion 210 includes a first supporting member 211 and a first accommodating member 212, the second conveying portion 220 includes a second supporting member 221 and a second accommodating member 222, the second accommodating member 222 reciprocates in a vertical direction relative to the second supporting member 221, and the first accommodating member 212 and the second accommodating member 222 are used for accommodating the conveying member 800. The PCB to be cleaned is placed on the conveying mechanism 200 through the conveying member 800, the conveying mechanism 200 is disposed at one side of the cleaning mechanism 100, the first manipulator 410 conveys the PCB on the conveying mechanism 200 to the cleaning mechanism 100, the conveying mechanism 200 includes a first conveying portion 210 and a second conveying portion 220, when the PCB on the first conveying portion 210 is conveyed to the cleaning mechanism 100 for cleaning, the second conveying portion 220 carries out loading, and when the PCB on the first conveying portion 210 is cleaned, the PCB is conveyed to the material-discharging portion 900. The second receiving member 222 of the second conveying unit 220 slides relative to the second supporting member 221, i.e., moves in the direction of the cleaning mechanism 100, and then conveys the loaded PCB to the cleaning mechanism 100 by the first robot 410 for cleaning. The production period can be shortened through the cooperation of the first conveying part 210 and the second conveying part 220, so that the cleaning efficiency is improved, the uniformity of the cleaning effect is improved, and the yield of products is ensured.
In some embodiments, the first supporting member 211 includes a first frame 2111 and a second frame 2112, the first frame 2111 and the second frame 2112 are parallel to each other, the first receiving member 212 includes a first fixing member 2121 and at least 2 first locking grooves 2122, and the first locking grooves 2122 are equidistantly and parallelly disposed on the first fixing member 2121. Further, the second support member 221 includes a third frame body 2211 and a fourth frame body 2212, the third frame body 2211 and the fourth frame body 2212 are parallel to each other, the second accommodating member 222 includes a second fixing member 2221 and at least 2 second clamping grooves 2222, the second fixing member 2221 is slidably connected to the second support member 221, and the second clamping grooves 2222 are equidistantly and parallelly disposed on the second fixing member 2221. The cleaning device for the PCB further comprises an input mechanism 500, a feeding vehicle 600 and a discharging vehicle 700, wherein the feeding vehicle 600 is arranged on one side of the input mechanism 500 and is used for conveying the cleaned PCB to the next procedure. In order to operate the cleaning apparatus more efficiently, a material discharging portion 900 is further provided, the material discharging portion 900 is provided between the conveying mechanism 200 and the input mechanism 500, the material discharging portion 900 includes 2 third fixing members 910 and at least 2 third catching grooves 920 which are parallel to each other, and the third catching grooves 920 are equidistantly and parallel provided on the third fixing members 910. The material-discharging unit 900 may be a shelf. In order to satisfy the PCB board where the first container 212 and the second container 222 are placed at the same time, the material discharging portion 900 may be provided with 30 layers.
Specifically, the PCB to be cleaned is transferred to the input mechanism 500 by the feeding cart 600, and the transfer mechanism 500 transfers the PCB to be cleaned toward the third robot arm 430. The third beam 313 is provided with 2 third robot arms 430. The third robot 430 is provided with a suction cup (not shown in the drawings). The third robot 430 slides on the third guide rail 330 to the PCB panel to be cleaned. The distance between the two third manipulators 430 is adjusted by the sixth guide rail 360, and the PCB to be cleaned is transferred to the transfer member 800 of the material discharging part 900. The second robot hand 420 conveys the PCB board to be cleaned of the material discharging part 900 to the conveying mechanism 200 through the third guide rail 330 and the fifth guide rail 350. The first robot 410 transports the PCB panel to be cleaned on the transport mechanism 200 to the cleaning mechanism 100. After the cleaning is completed, the first robot 410 transfers the PCB to the discharging part 900, and then to the discharging cart 700 by the second robot 420, and the next process is performed by the discharging cart 700. More specifically, the second beam 312 may be provided with two second manipulators 420. The distance between the two second manipulators 420 is adjusted by the sliding of the fifth guide 350. Two first manipulators 410 are provided on the first beam 311. The distance between the first manipulators 410 is adjusted by the sliding of the fourth guide rails 340. The second and third manipulators 420 and 430 are provided with hooks (not shown) adapted to the transfer member 800. The cleaning device improves the efficiency of cleaning the PCB, shortens the cleaning period and reduces the labor cost.

the cleaning mechanism and the conveying mechanism are arranged in the rack, and a first manipulator is arranged on the rack.

The cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the first supporting member includes a first frame body and a second frame body, the first frame body and the second frame body are parallel to each other, the first accommodating member includes a first fixing member and at least 2 first engaging grooves, and the first engaging grooves are equidistantly and parallelly disposed on the first fixing member.
