本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种中药组合物及其在制备治疗新冠肺炎尤其是无症状感染者药物中的应用。该组合物包括以下原料：广藿香、佩兰、苍术、厚朴、陈皮、清半夏、茯苓、桃仁、当归、金银花、连翘、绵马贯众、生姜和甘草，以上。该组合物可芳香化湿、健脾和胃、清热活血解毒，能够改善、治疗新冠肺炎相关的发热、腹泻、咳嗽、纳差、心悸气短等症状，尤其适用于无症状感染者。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种中药组合物及其在制备治疗新冠肺炎尤其是无症状感染者药物中的应用。
背景技术
新型冠状病毒（以下简称新冠病毒）可通过呼吸道飞沫和密切接触进行传播，传播力强，不易防范。而医护人员长时间暴露在病毒量较高的环境中，并与大量患者和无症状的病毒携带者接触，稍有不慎即可被传染。对于年老以及患有基础疾病的人群来说，免疫力普遍较低，接触病毒后也有被感染风险。而感染新冠病毒后的潜伏期可长达14天，处于潜伏期的感染者亦具有传染性，有数据显示，一名新冠感染者可传染数人至数十人。
感染新冠病毒后，临床一般表现为发热、腹泻、咳嗽、纳差、心悸气短等症状，严重者可导致肺炎、严重急性呼吸综合征、肾衰竭，甚至死亡。而随着对新型冠状病毒肺炎（以下简称新冠肺炎）的深入研究后发现，新冠病毒的部分感染者即使在潜伏期后也不会表现出上述症状，但依然具有传染性。
新冠肺炎与普通肺炎相比，普通肺炎传染性小，通常是由于外感邪气后，治疗不彻底而引起的，在中医领域中通常诊断为风热犯肺或火毒蕴肺。新冠肺炎属于中医学“戾气”范畴，主要侵袭手太阴肺经及手阳明大肠经，肺失宣降、湿阻中焦，基本病机特点为“湿、毒、瘀、闭”，病因属性以“湿”为主，易阻遏气机，侵袭中焦脾胃，多有脾胃消化系统症状表现，湿邪困体，病程缠绵，无论男女老少，病状相似，以舌苔厚腻为典型表现。在治疗上，普通肺炎由于大多以高热为主，属实证，故所用的中药多以大剂量清热药为主，而新冠肺炎以低热为主，肺失宣降，属虚症，不太适宜大剂量寒凉性药物。因此，普通肺炎的中药治疗方案不适合新冠肺炎的治疗，更不适合无症状感染者的治疗。
目前尚未发现针对新冠病毒的有效抗病毒药物，治疗以隔离、对症支持为主，对于新冠肺炎患者和无症状感染者尚缺乏有效治疗方法，尤其部分无症状感染者还会出现核酸检测迟迟不能转阴的情况。
发明内容
针对目前对于对于新冠肺炎患者和无症状感染者尚缺乏有效治疗方法、部分无症状感染者核酸检测迟迟不能转阴的技术问题，本发明提供一种中药组合物。
以及，本发明还提供了该组合物在制备治疗新冠肺炎尤其是无症状感染者的药物中的应用。
为达到上述发明目的，本发明实施例采用了如下的技术方案：
一种中药组合物，包括以下重量份数配比的原料：广藿香8~12份，佩兰8~12份，苍术10~14份，厚朴8~10份，陈皮8~10份，清半夏7~11份，茯苓10~14份，桃仁8~12份，当归8~12份，金银花10~14份，连翘10~14份，绵马贯众8~12份，生姜8~12份和甘草4~8份。
本发明提供的中药组合物中：
广藿香味辛、性微温，归脾、胃、肺经，和中辟秽，芳香化浊，用于湿浊中阻，发热倦怠，胸闷不舒，腹痛吐泻。
佩兰味辛、性平，归脾、胃、肺经，芳香化湿，醒脾开胃，可治脾经湿热证。
苍术味辛、苦，性温，归脾、胃经，燥湿健脾，祛风散寒。本品苦温燥湿以祛湿浊，辛香健脾以和脾胃。可用于新冠病毒感染引起的湿阻中焦、脾失健运所致的皖腹胀闷，呕恶食少，吐泻乏力等症。
厚朴味苦、辛，性温，归脾、胃、肺、大肠经，燥湿行气，消积，消痰平喘。本品苦燥辛散，既能燥湿，又能下气除胀，为消除胀满的要药。
陈皮味辛、苦，性温，归脾、胃、肺经，理气健脾，燥湿化痰。本品辛香走窜，温通苦燥，入脾胃经，有行气，除胀，燥湿之功，为治脾胃气滞、湿阻之皖腹胀满、食少吐泻之佳品，适用于新冠病毒感染的寒湿阻滞中焦者。
清半夏味辛，性温，归脾、胃、肺经，燥湿化痰、降逆止呕、消痞散结。本品辛温而燥，功善燥湿浊而化痰饮，对于新冠病毒感染者能够燥湿化痰、温化寒痰。
茯苓味甘、淡，性平，归心、脾、肾经，利水渗湿，健脾，宁心安神。本品味甘而淡，甘能补，淡能渗，药性平和，既可祛邪，又可扶正。
桃仁味苦，性平，归心、肝、肺、大肠经，活血祛瘀，润肠通便，止咳平喘。本品味苦降泄、能降泄肺气，止咳平喘。
当归味甘、辛，性温，归肝、心、脾经，补血活血，润肠通便。
金银花味甘，性寒，归肺、心、胃、大肠经，清热解毒，疏散风热。本品甘寒质轻，芳香疏透，适用于新冠病毒感染后热毒壅盛引起的肺痈。
连翘味苦，性微寒，归肺、心、胆经，清热解毒，消肿散结，疏散风热。本品苦寒清降之性较强，优长于清泻心火，可治新冠病毒感染后热邪内陷心包，高热，烦躁，神昏等症。
绵马贯众味苦，性微寒，归肝、胃经，清热解毒、消肿散结、疏散风热，长于清心火、解疮毒，又能消散痈肿结聚。
生姜味辛，微温，归肺、脾经，解表散寒，化痰止咳。
甘草味甘，性平，归心、脾、肺、胃经，补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳。
该中药组合物以芳香化湿为主要治则，以广藿香、佩兰芳香化湿为君药，苍术、厚朴、陈皮三药合用，芳香化湿、行气消积，对新冠病毒感染后引起的湿阻中焦，脾失健运所致的皖腹胀闷痞满，呕恶食少，吐泻乏力等症最为适宜。茯苓、陈皮、清半夏健脾和胃、理气化湿为臣药，茯苓、清半夏二药合用可增强该中药组合物的燥湿化痰之功，与陈皮同用可治湿痰阻肺之咳嗽声重，痰白质稀者。金银花、连翘和绵马贯众清热活血解毒为佐药，配以当归、生姜、甘草以阴中求阳，调和处方药性的整体阴阳平衡。整个处方共奏健脾化湿，活血解毒的作用，能够改善、治疗新冠肺炎相关的发热、腹泻、咳嗽、纳差、心悸气短等症状，尤其适用于无症状感染者，能够促进其核酸检测转阴。与同类药物相比，该中药组合物毒副作用相对较小，使用安全。其中两味君药的成分尤为关键，不可替代。
优选地，该中药组合物包括以下重量份数配比的原料：广藿香9~11份，佩兰9~11份，苍术11~13份，厚朴8.5~9.5份，陈皮8.5~9.5份，清半夏8~10份，茯苓11~13份，桃仁9~11份，当归9~11份，金银花11~13份，连翘11~13份，绵马贯众9~11份，生姜9~11份和甘草5~7份。
优选地，该中药组合物包括以下重量份数配比的原料：广藿香10份，佩兰10份，苍术12份，厚朴9份，陈皮9份，清半夏9份，茯苓12份，桃仁10份，当归10份，金银花12份，连翘12份，绵马贯众10份，生姜10份和甘草6份。
本方在实际使用中，以上每重量份为1g即为每剂用量，根据病情每天使用1~2剂。
以及，本发明实施例还提供上述中药组合物在制备治疗新冠肺炎尤其是无症状感染者的药物中的应用。上述组合物在通过广藿香、佩兰、苍术、厚朴、陈皮、清半夏和茯苓联合应用健脾和胃化湿，通过金银花、连翘、绵马贯众桃仁和当归清热解毒的同时，还通过桃仁和当归来预防和改善肺部病变，故可用于制备成治疗新冠肺炎尤其是无症状感染者的药物。
以及，本发明实施例还提供了一种治疗新冠肺炎尤其是无症状感染者的药物，所述药物包括上述组合物。
优选地，所述药物的制备方法包括：按上述中药组合物中的原料配比称取各原料，水煎提取，收集所得提取液，浓缩。所得浓缩液可根据实际需要进行进一步灭菌、干燥处理。
上述制备方法操作简单，对于小批量制作和大生产规模生产均适用。上述组合物经该制备方法提取浓缩后，能缩小服药剂量，服用方便。制得的浓缩液可进一步制成口服液、片剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、散剂等口服剂型。
优选地，所述水煎提取的方法为用相当于所述原料重量6~8倍水煎煮2~3次，每次1~1.5h。
优选地，所述水煎提取的方法为先用相当于所述原料重量8倍水煎煮1.5h，再用相当于所述原料重量6倍水煎煮1h。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合具体实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。

本发明实施例提供了一种中药组合物，每个实施例中，每剂中的原料如表1所示（单位：g）。

本发明实施例还提供了一种治疗新冠肺炎尤其是无症状感染者的药物，按上述实施例1~5中个中药组合物的配方称取原料，用相当于原料重量6~8倍水煎煮2~3次，每次1~1.5h，收集所得提取液，浓缩，灭菌，即得。各实施例中每剂的原料组成及制备方法中的参数条件如表2所示。

效果例
本效果例提供了上述治疗新冠肺炎尤其是无症状感染者的药物的使用效果。
1. 病例来源：
到石家庄市第五医院就诊、治疗的新冠肺炎无症状感染者17例（包括境外输入8例），其中年龄最小的9岁，最大的65岁，平均年龄37岁。各患者新冠病毒核酸检测阳性，白细胞总数大部分未见升高，无其它新冠肺炎相关症状。
2. 治疗方法：
每人每天服用一剂本发明实施例6提供的治疗新冠肺炎尤其是无症状感染者的药物。
3. 疗效判定标准：
治愈：新冠病毒核酸检测转阴；
无效：新冠病毒核酸检测为阳性。
4. 治疗效果：
17例无症状感染者新冠病毒核酸检测全部转阴，治愈率100%。治愈后随访至今，均未复阳。
5. 典型病例：
患者孟某，女，35周岁，症状：新冠病毒核酸检测为阳性，无新冠肺炎相关其它症状。每天服用一剂本发明实施例6提供的治疗新冠肺炎尤其是无症状感染者的药物，7天后，新冠病毒核酸检测为阴性。
该结果说明本发明提供的中药组合物能够有效促进新冠病毒无症状感染者康复。

Claims (8)
1.一种中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份数配比的原料组成：广藿香8~12份，佩兰8~12份，苍术10~14份，厚朴8~10份，陈皮8~10份，清半夏7~11份，茯苓10~14份，桃仁8~12份，当归8~12份，金银花10~14份，连翘10~14份，绵马贯众8~12份，生姜8~12份和甘草4~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份数配比的原料组成：广藿香9~11份，佩兰9~11份，苍术11~13份，厚朴8.5~9.5份，陈皮8.5~9.5份，清半夏8~10份，茯苓11~13份，桃仁9~11份，当归9~11份，金银花11~13份，连翘11~13份，绵马贯众9~11份，生姜9~11份和甘草5~7份。
3.根据权利要求2所述中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份数配比的原料组成：广藿香10份，佩兰10份，苍术12份，厚朴9份，陈皮9份，清半夏9份，茯苓12份，桃仁10份，当归10份，金银花12份，连翘12份，绵马贯众10份，生姜10份和甘草6份。
4.权利要求1~3任一项所述中药组合物在制备治疗新冠肺炎无症状感染者的药物中的应用。
5.一种治疗新冠肺炎无症状感染者的药物，其特征在于，包括权利要求1~3任一项所述中药组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述治疗新冠肺炎无症状感染者的药物，其特征在于，所述药物的制备方法包括：按所述中药组合物中的原料配比称取各原料，水煎提取，收集所得提取液，浓缩。
7.根据权利要求6所述治疗新冠肺炎无症状感染者的药物，其特征在于，所述水煎提取的方法为用相当于所述原料重量6~8倍水煎煮2~3次，每次1~1.5h。
8.根据权利要求7所述治疗新冠肺炎无症状感染者的药物，其特征在于，所述水煎提取的方法为先用相当于所述原料重量8倍水煎煮1.5h，再用相当于所述原料重量6倍水煎煮1h。
