The invention discloses a solid polar-release mask and a preparation method thereof, wherein the solid polar-release mask comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 0.1-5 parts of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.1-1.5 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-1.5 parts of glycerol, 0.1-1.5 parts of ceramide, 1-3 parts of first aid, 2-5 parts of second aid and 50-75 parts of water. The activity of the feed liquid is rapidly dormant and freeze-dried in liquid nitrogen at the temperature of-196 ℃, so that an active substance structure attached to a membrane cloth after freeze-drying is not in a common block shape or a powder shape, but forms a net-shaped loose porous structure like a snowflake crystal, and after the feed liquid meets water, the hydrophilic group and the water have a tension effect, so that the whole space is rapidly disintegrated within 1 second, the active substance is extremely rapidly released, the active substance rapidly permeates into the muscle bottom, the component effect is exerted by the inclination force, the permeation is deeper, and the water supplementing, moisturizing and repairing force is more rapidly activated.

Preferably, the ceramide is one or a combination of more of ceramide 1, ceramide 2, ceramide 3 and ceramide 4.
Preferably, the first auxiliary agent is one or a combination of more of butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, ethylhexyl glycerol or propylene glycol.
Preferably, the second auxiliary agent is one or a combination of more of hydroxyphenylpropionamide benzoic acid, allantoin, ascorbic acid polypeptide and betaine.
The invention also comprises a preparation method of the solid polar-release mask, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing hydroxyethyl urea, sodium hyaluronate, glycerol, ceramide, a first aid, a second aid and water, uniformly stirring, and soaking a membrane cloth;
(2) freeze-drying the liquid mixture adsorbed by the membrane cloth in liquid nitrogen at-196 ℃ to make the liquid mixture dormant on the membrane cloth;
(3) and (3) carrying out vacuum drying treatment on the obtained freeze-dried membrane cloth, wherein the vacuum degree is 10-45Pa, the drying time is 0.5-1h, and finally packaging the dry membrane with the water content of less than 5%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(2) freeze-drying the liquid mixture adsorbed by the membrane cloth in liquid nitrogen at-196 ℃ to make the liquid mixture dormant on the membrane cloth;
(3) and (3) carrying out vacuum drying treatment on the obtained freeze-dried membrane cloth, wherein the vacuum degree is 10Pa, the drying time is 0.5h, and finally packaging the dry membrane with the water content of less than 5%.
Example 2
A preparation method of a solid state extreme release mask comprises the following steps:
(1) 1.5 parts of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.6 part of glycerol, 0.5 part of a composition of ceramide 2 and ceramide 4, 2 parts of a composition of 1, 2-pentanediol and 1, 2-hexanediol, 3 parts of ascorbic acid polypeptide and 60 parts of water are mixed, and after the mixture is uniformly stirred, membrane cloth is soaked;
(2) freeze-drying the liquid mixture adsorbed by the membrane cloth in liquid nitrogen at-196 ℃ to make the liquid mixture dormant on the membrane cloth;
(3) and (3) carrying out vacuum drying treatment on the obtained freeze-dried membrane cloth, wherein the vacuum degree is 20Pa, the drying time is 0.6h, and finally packaging the dry membrane with the water content of less than 5%.
Example 3
A preparation method of a solid state extreme release mask comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing 3 parts of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.9 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.8 part of glycerol, 0.8 part of a composition of ceramide 3 and ceramide 4, 3 parts of propylene glycol, 4 parts of a composition of allantoin and betaine and 65 parts of water, uniformly stirring, and soaking a membrane cloth;
(2) freeze-drying the liquid mixture adsorbed by the membrane cloth in liquid nitrogen at-196 ℃ to make the liquid mixture dormant on the membrane cloth;
(3) and (3) carrying out vacuum drying treatment on the obtained freeze-dried membrane cloth, wherein the vacuum degree is 35Pa, the drying time is 0.8h, and finally packaging the dry membrane with the water content of less than 5%.
Example 4
A preparation method of a solid state extreme release mask comprises the following steps:
(1) 5 parts of hydroxyethyl urea, 1.5 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 1.5 parts of glycerol, 1.5 parts of a composition of ceramide 2 and ceramide 4, 3 parts of a composition of ethylhexyl glycerol and propylene glycol, 5 parts of a composition of hydroxyphenylpropionamide benzoic acid, allantoin, ascorbic acid polypeptide and betaine and 75 parts of water are mixed, and after the mixture is uniformly stirred, membrane cloth is soaked;
(2) freeze-drying the liquid mixture adsorbed by the membrane cloth in liquid nitrogen at-196 ℃ to make the liquid mixture dormant on the membrane cloth;
(3) and (3) carrying out vacuum drying treatment on the obtained freeze-dried membrane cloth, wherein the vacuum degree is 45Pa, the drying time is 1h, and finally packaging the dry membrane with the water content of less than 5%.

2. The solid polar-release mask according to claim 1, wherein the ceramide is one or a combination of ceramide 1, ceramide 2, ceramide 3 or ceramide 4.
3. The solid immediate release mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first auxiliary agent is one or more of butylene glycol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, ethylhexylglycerin or propylene glycol.
4. The solid extreme release mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second auxiliary agent is one or more of hydroxyphenylpropionamide benzoic acid, allantoin, ascorbic acid polypeptide and betaine.
5. The method for preparing a solid polar-release mask according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
mixing hydroxyethyl urea, sodium hyaluronate, glycerol, ceramide, a first aid, a second aid and water, uniformly stirring, and soaking a membrane cloth; freeze-drying the liquid mixture adsorbed by the membrane cloth in liquid nitrogen at-196 ℃ to make the liquid mixture dormant on the membrane cloth; and (3) carrying out vacuum drying treatment on the obtained freeze-dried membrane cloth, wherein the vacuum degree is 10-45Pa, the drying time is 0.5-1h, and finally packaging the dry membrane with the water content of less than 5%.
