Abstract
本发明涉及一种染发剂,所述染发剂中含有氮化硼或改性氮化硼。氮化硼作为天然色素,无毒、环保、健康,具备优良的生物相容性、传热性、导电性、导热性、抗腐蚀、化学热稳定性、润湿性等优良特性。在染发剂中添加氮化硼或改性氮化硼,可以显著提高染发剂的上色效果以及附着力,并且提高染发剂的安全性和环保性。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化用品领域,具体涉及一种含有氮化硼的染发剂。
背景技术
染发是现代化妆最常见的手段之一,是利用植物色素或者化学色素把头发的颜色染成想要的颜色,是现代理发店最常见的服务之一。
然而,天然植物色素存在稳定性差、上染率低、染色不均匀、在光照下容易褪色脱色等缺陷,所以常常在其中加入高含量金属螯合剂。但添加了大量金属螯合剂的染发剂会对人体造成极大的健康危害,并且会对环境造成污染,不利于环境保护。而传统的化学染发剂从微观角度看,常常是“球状粒子”,因此洗发时更容易被冲洗掉,色泽停留时间短,对于追求时尚,个性表现的人群来说,需要进行反复多次的染发,无疑对头皮造成负担,对发质造成无法挽留的伤害,对人体健康更是极大的损害,甚至有致癌的风险。2017年,世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构公布的致癌物清单初步整理参考,个人使用的染发产品位列3类致癌物清单中。
目前,染发的人群已经不仅仅局限在老龄人阶段,已经大面积扩散到青年、中年,不同年龄层对染发颜色的要求也是参差不齐。但如何把好看的色素尽可能原样、均匀的染在头发上,提高色素在染发剂的显色度,以及加强色素在染发剂中的附着力、停留时间,都是现代人针对染发剂普遍关心的问题。并且,对现有染发剂的要求已经不只停留在改变头发颜色上,而是开始注重染发产品的安全性和对头发的滋养。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种上色效果好、附着力强、安全、环保的染发剂。
具体而言,本发明提供一种染发剂,其中包含氮化硼或改性氮化硼。
本发明所述氮化硼是由氮原子和硼原子所构成的晶体,化学组成为43.6%的硼和56.4%的氮。一般而言,氮化硼具有四种不同的变体:六方氮化硼(HBN)、菱方氮化硼(RBN)、立方氮化硼(CBN)和纤锌矿氮化硼(WBN)。与一般有机染料相比,氮化硼是天然色素,无毒,环保,健康。且氮化硼具有一定的导电性,能够降低头发电阻,从而对抗抗静电。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述染发剂中包含的氮化硼为六方氮化硼或立方氮化硼。其中,所述六方氮化硼是六方晶条片状结构,具备优良的生物相容性、传热性、导电性、导热性、抗腐蚀、化学热稳定性、润湿性等优良特性。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述染发剂中包含的氮化硼为单层或者少层的氮化硼纳米片。所述少层具体是指2~5层。所述单层或者少层的片层结构可以增加染发剂的安全性,便于其包裹在头发表层,而不会像普通化学染发剂一样“撬开”头发最外角质层的毛鳞片让染色分子浸入,从而避免损害发质,减少毒性。所述单层或者少层的氮化硼纳米片可以是单层或少层六方氮化硼纳米片,也可以是单层或少层立方氮化硼纳米片。
作为本发明的具体实施方式,所述单层或少层六方氮化硼纳米片可采用现有技术中已知的方法制备得到。例如:所述单层或少层六方氮化硼纳米片可采用液相超声分离法制备,具体包括如下步骤:将氮化硼粉末原料分散在液体剥离剂中超声振荡,优选振荡10-24h,进行液相剥离,得到氮化硼粉体分散液;然后对所述氮化硼粉体分散液进行离心处理,优选以转速6000-8000rpm离心10-30min,收集上层清液,浓缩,干燥,即得。其中,所述液体剥离剂可选自二氯乙烷、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、N-环己基吡咯烷酮(CHP)、甲磺酸、异丙醇(IPA)、二甲亚砜(DMSO)、N-N二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)等。再例如,所述单层或少层六方氮化硼纳米片可采用包括如下步骤的方法制备而成:将块体六方氮化硼粉末与异丙醇混合,在恒温磁力搅拌器下加热到40~60℃,然后继续搅拌20~30h;搅拌结束后,在低功率超声机中超声10~20h,将得到的混合溶液在室温下静置1~3天,将较厚的六方氮化硼沉积于容器底部,提取上清液;将上述上清液进行离心,对离心出来的乳白色沉淀进行洗涤以便将残留的异丙醇洗干净,将得到的产物在50~70℃下干燥,即得。采用本发明提供的方法可以通过层层剥离的方法从六方氮化硼粉末得到单层或者少层的氮化硼纳米片,这样的片层结构有利于牢牢地包裹在头发表层,不易脱落。
作为本发明的具体实施方式,所述单层或少层立方氮化硼纳米片可采用现有技术中已知的方法制备得到,例如参考现有技术CN106586980A公开的方法制备得到。作为本发明的一种具体实施方式,所述单层或少层立方氮化硼纳米片可以在单层或少层六方氮化硼纳米片的基础上制备得到,具体可以将单层或少层六方氮化硼纳米片在高温高压条件下,采用触媒参与的方式,转化为单层或少层立方氮化硼纳米片。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述染发剂中包含的改性氮化硼为亲水性氮化硼、多孔氮化硼等,所述亲水性氮化硼优选羟基改性氮化硼。对氮化硼进行上述改性,可以增大其比表面积,增加表面的活性基团,使其容易牢固地附着在头发上而不易被洗掉,从而减少染发次数,保护发质,适应更多染发、护发的要求。具体而言,所述改性可以在六方氮化硼或立方氮化硼上进行,改性的六方氮化硼可以适应更多染发、护发的要求。
作为本发明的具体实施方式,所述改性氮化硼为多孔六方氮化硼、亲水性六方氮化硼(如羟基改性六方氮化硼)等。
作为本发明的具体实施方式,所述亲水性氮化硼可以是单层或少层的羟基改性六方氮化硼纳米片,可采用现有技术中已知的方法制备得到,例如参考现有技术CN107324296A公开的方法制备得到。所述亲水性氮化硼也可以是单层或少层的羟基改性立方氮化硼纳米片,可采用现有技术中已知的方法制备得到。
作为本发明的具体实施方式,所述多孔氮化硼可以是单层或少层的多孔六方氮化硼纳米片,可采用现有技术中已知的方法制备得到,例如参考现有技术CN102936138A公开的方法制备得到。所述多孔氮化硼也可以是单层或少层的多孔立方氮化硼纳米片,可采用现有技术中已知的方法制备得到。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述染发剂中氮化硼或改性氮化硼的质量百分含量为0.1~1%。
本发明提供的染发剂中,除了所述氮化硼或改性氮化硼外,还可以含有着色色素。由于氮化硼显白色,本发明提供的染发剂将所述氮化硼或改性氮化硼和着色色素合用,不仅易于和色素结合显色,也可和色素调配更多的色系,适应个性表现的发展。
具体而言,所述着色色素可以是黑色色素,例如:源于何首乌的蒽醌衍生物,源于散沫花的散沫花色素,源于五倍子的五倍子单宁,源于核桃的核桃青皮色素,源于槐米的芦丁,源于皂角的皂荚皂苷,源于墨旱莲的鞣制,源于茶的茶叶色素或者源于金缕梅的金缕梅鞣制。所述着色色素可以是红色色素,例如:源于苏木的苏木红或苏木精,源于番红花的番红花苷,源于茜草的茜草素或紫茜素,源于高粱的高粱红色素,源于火龙果的甜菜苷色素,源于辣椒的辣椒红色素,源于五味子的五味子红色素或者源于槟榔的槟榔色素。所述着色色素可以是黄色色素,例如:源于姜黄的姜黄素,源于栀子的栀子黄色素,源于生姜的姜烯酮、姜粉或姜烯,源于黄柏的小檗碱色素或者源于槐花的芦丁。所述着色色素还可以是其它的常见颜色色素,例如:源于甘菊的甘菊兰,源于紫草的紫草色素或异紫草色素,源于蓝草的靛蓝或者源于栀子的栀子蓝。所述氮化硼或改性氮化硼与着色色素合用时,通过改变色素的浓度,就可以调节染发剂的颜色深浅。当目标颜色为深色时,可以提高着色色素的相对比例;当目标颜色为浅色时,可以降低着色色素的相对比例。
本发明提供的染发剂中,还含有生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶。为了确保染发剂的安全性,所述生物高分子粘合剂应无毒且达到可食用级别。本发明通过使用生物高分子粘合剂,可以起到固定氮化硼或改性氮化硼的作用,使其不易褪色且能够像柔软的“湿纸巾”一样牢牢地包裹在头发表层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述生物高分子粘合剂为壳聚糖、海藻酸钠中的至少一种。本发明提供的染发剂中,壳聚糖、海藻酸钠中的羟基和氨基与可以毛发表面的角蛋白结合,也可以与羟基改性氮化硼中的羟基形成氢键,多孔改性的氮化硼与毛发表面的毛鳞片作用,从而确保氮化硼与生物高分子粘合剂形成的复合物可以牢牢地附着在头发上,且头发干燥后依然被氮化硼/生物高分子粘合剂包裹,并不容易被洗掉。与传统的化学染发剂相比,本发明提供的染发剂并非通过色素与头发发生氧化还原反应而使头发变色,而是由于氮化硼或改性氮化硼(以及着色色素)和壳聚糖或海藻酸钠牢固附着在头发表面,通过化学键的作用,将头发均匀地染成目标颜色。
所述生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶是将壳聚糖或海藻酸钠溶于质量浓度为1~10%、优选为3~8%的抗坏血酸(即维生素C)水溶液制备而成。
所述生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶中,生物高分子粘合剂的质量百分含量优选为1~10%。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述氮化硼或改性氮化硼与生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶的质量比为(0.1~1):100。二者以上述比例混合使用,可以最大程度对氮化硼或改性氮化硼进行粘合和固定,且不影响其本身或与其它着色色素配合实现显色效果。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述着色色素与所述生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶的质量比为(0.1~1):100。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述染发剂中包含如下质量份的成分:氮化硼或改性氮化硼0.1~1份,着色色素0.1~1份,以及含有生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶100份。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述染发剂中包含如下质量份的成分:单层或少层的六方氮化硼纳米片0.1~1份,着色色素0.1~1份,以及含有2~8%壳聚糖或海藻酸钠的凝胶100份。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述含有氮化硼或改性氮化硼、着色色素以及含有生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶的染发剂,可采用包括如下步骤的方法制备而成:将氮化硼或改性氮化硼以及着色色素按照比例与含有生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶充分混合,即得。通过改变氮化硼和色素的浓度,就可以调节染发剂的颜色深浅,按所需得到不同颜色。
本发明还提供采用所述染发剂进行染发的方法。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述方法包括:将头发清洗后,将本发明提供的染发剂均匀涂抹在头发上,停留20~40分钟、优选为30分钟后,清水洗涤,烘干或自然风干。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的含有氮化硼的染发剂优选采用具有高比表面积且表面的活性基团较多的氮化硼纳米片层,尤其是羟基改性氮化硼纳米片层,可以通过氢键与高分子粘合剂相互作用;并且染发剂中的高分子粘合剂通过氨基和羟基能与毛发表面的角蛋白结合,因此干燥后头发就会被氮化硼/高分子粘合剂包裹,可以牢牢地附着在头发上,并不容易洗掉。本发明提供的染发剂并不是通过与头发发生氧化还原反应使头发变色,而是由于氮化硼的表面活性基团、高分子粘合剂与色素结合牢牢地附着在头发表面,通过化学键之间的作用,将头发均匀地染成想要的颜色。而且氮化硼具有一定的导电性,能够降低头发电阻,因此可以抗静电。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种含有氮化硼的染发剂,包含如下成分:单层或少层的六方氮化硼纳米片0.5g,紫草色素0.5g,壳聚糖凝胶100g。
其中,所述壳聚糖凝胶是将5g壳聚糖溶于95g质量浓度为5%的抗坏血酸水溶液(VC溶液)中而得到。
本实施例同时提供所述含有氮化硼的染发剂的制备方法,具体为:向壳聚糖凝胶中加入紫草色素和单层或少层的六方氮化硼纳米片,用色浆专用三辊研磨机均质后,即得到所需的染发剂。
实施例2~9、对比例1
实施例2~9和对比例1提供的染发剂如表1所示。以下各实施例的制备步骤与实施例1的相同。

将1份Hummers法氧化石墨烯(0.5g)加入到500份的去离子水中,室温下在60KHz下超声20min得到氧化石墨烯分散液,升温至70℃,在200rpm搅拌转速下加入7份含氨基季铵化硅油和1份紫草色素(0.5g),继续反应25h,得到含有石墨烯的染发剂。
实验例
染发及评价:本实验例提供一种染发方法,具体为:先将头发(或者是市售的发束)清洗后,将实施例1-9和对比例1-2提供的染发剂均匀涂抹在头发上,用发帽包裹停留30分钟后,清水洗涤或者用洗发露洗涤,烘干或自然风干即可。对上染率、效果持久性用耐水洗次数、和发质情况进行评价。
所述上染率是指染发剂对头发的染色效果、均匀性的综合感官判断给予的数值。100%是指上染的颜色均匀地染在头发上,没有部分区域染色偏浅或不一的现象。
所述效果持久性用耐水洗次数评价。所述耐水洗次数是指:自涂抹染发剂起,反复进行清水洗涤至烘干的程序,直至综合感官判断发束开始出现不均为止,每次清水洗涤至烘干计为1次水洗,水洗次数之和即耐水洗的总次数。
所述发质情况的评价标准是:发质染色均一有光泽,发质本身未出现干枯、开叉和毛躁现象为优,发质染色均一,但光泽不明显,发质本身只出现少量毛躁现象为良。
测试结果如表2所示。

实验结果:本发明各实施例提供的染发剂上染率高,持久性强,染发后发质情况优异。对比例2中用到季铵化硅油对发质有一定的损伤。氧化石墨烯在水洗条件下与头发的附着力不佳,上染率相对氮化硼小一些。对比例1中明胶高分子粘合剂主要的受水洗温度的影响,若温度偏高则容易不稳定分解从而脱色,耐水洗的次数降低。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明、具体实施方式及试验,对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.一种染发剂,其特征在于,所述染发剂中含有氮化硼或改性氮化硼。
2.根据权利要求1所述的染发剂,其特征在于,所述氮化硼为六方氮化硼或立方氮化硼。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的染发剂,其特征在于,所述改性氮化硼为亲水性氮化硼或多孔氮化硼;
所述亲水性氮化硼优选为羟基改性氮化硼。
4.根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的染发剂,其特征在于,所述氮化硼或改性氮化硼为1-5层的单层或少层氮化硼纳米片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的染发剂,其特征在于,所述染发剂中氮化硼或改性氮化硼的质量百分含量为0.1~1%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的染发剂,其特征在于,所述染发剂中还含有着色色素;
和/或,生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶;优选地,所述生物高分子粘合剂为壳聚糖、海藻酸钠中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的染发剂,其特征在于,所述生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶是将生物高分子粘合剂溶于质量浓度为1~10%的抗坏血酸水溶液制备而成;
优选地,所述生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶中,生物高分子粘合剂的质量百分含量为1~10%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的染发剂,其特征在于,所述氮化硼或改性氮化硼与所述生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶的质量比为(0.1~1):100。
9.根据权利要求6所述的染发剂,其特征在于,所述染发剂中含有着色色素和生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶;所述着色色素与所述生物高分子粘合剂的凝胶的质量比为(0.1~1):100。
10.采用权利要求1~9任意一项所述染发剂进行染发的方法。
