A probiotic composition characterized by: comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5.0 to 8.0 percent of microzyme, 5.0 to 7.0 percent of probiotic spore, 4.0 to 7.0 percent of lactobacillus, 3.0 to 5.0 percent of trace mineral, 2.0 to 5.0 percent of edible mineral, 2.0 to 4.0 percent of aloe extract, 2.0 to 4.0 percent of slippery elm bark powder, 1.0 to 3.0 percent of additive, 1.0 to 2.0 percent of gastric mucosa repair preparation and the balance of purified water.

The probiotic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 7.0% of microzyme, 6.0% of probiotic bacillus, 5.0% of lactobacillus, 4.0% of trace mineral, 4.0% of edible mineral, 3.0% of aloe extract, 3.0% of slippery elm bark powder, 2.0% of additive, 1.0% of gastric mucosa repair preparation and the balance of purified water.
3. The probiotic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the trace mineral comprises three or more trace elements of zinc, copper, iodine, cobalt, manganese and fluorine.
4. The probiotic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the edible mineral comprises three or more of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, ferrum, sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, chlorine, chloride and acetate.
5. The probiotic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the aloe extract is nontoxic aloe juice.
6. The probiotic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the additive comprises one or more of mannitol, sorbitol and lactitol.
7. The probiotic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the gastric mucosa repair preparation employs one or more of a proton pump inhibitor, an H2 receptor antagonist and a gastric mucosa protectant.
8. The probiotic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that: the probiotic composition also comprises a preparation method of the composition, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
