Preferably, in the briquetting process of the step e, a powder spraying machine is used for spraying magnesium stearate to the upper punch and the lower punch of the briquetting machine.
The dredging agent body has the following functions of the components: the granular sodium hydroxide is used for playing a role in corrosion and ensuring the dredging effect of the dredging agent body; the baking soda, the anhydrous citric acid and the soda ash are used for achieving an effervescent disintegration effect and ensuring that the dredging agent body can be quickly dissolved; the polyethylene glycol 6000 is used for bonding the components together; the inorganic pigment and the absolute ethyl alcohol are used for playing a role in beauty, and on the other hand, when the dredging agent body is dissolved, the dissolution degree of the dredging agent body can be judged according to the dispersion degree of the inorganic pigment; the anhydrous sodium silicate is used for protecting the metal pipeline and preventing the metal pipeline from being damaged; the surfactant is used for playing a role of oil dissolving and oil dirt dissolving; the glycerin and magnesium stearate are used to release the mold and prevent the powder from sticking to the punch of the briquetting machine.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the process flow is simple, the raw material proportion is reasonable, and compared with the traditional pipeline dredging agent, the pipeline dredging agent can block the gap in a semi-blocking state of the pipeline, prevent the pipeline dredging agent body from losing from the gap, avoid the waste of the pipeline dredging agent body, simultaneously prolong the reaction time of the pipeline dredging agent body, fully dissolve the pipeline dredging agent body, disperse the blockage through the effects of decomposition, foaming, swelling and the like, and dredge the pipeline.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be further specifically described below by way of specific examples. It is to be understood that the practice of the invention is not limited to the following examples, and that any variations and/or modifications may be made thereto without departing from the scope of the invention.
In the present invention, all parts and percentages are by weight, unless otherwise specified, and the equipment and materials used are commercially available or commonly used in the art. The methods in the following examples are conventional in the art unless otherwise specified.
Examples 1 to 3:
dissolving inorganic pigment in absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain solution A for later use; placing the baking soda and the sodium carbonate into a vacuum stirrer, spraying the solution A, stirring and mixing, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material B for later use; grinding polyethylene glycol 6000 in a grinder to about 200 meshes to obtain polyethylene glycol 6000 powder; adding plant essence, polyethylene glycol 6000 powder, granular sodium hydroxide, anhydrous citric acid, anhydrous sodium silicate, powdery alpha-alkenyl sodium sulfonate and inorganic pigment into the material B, spraying glycerol in a spraying mode, stirring uniformly by a vacuum stirrer to obtain a material C, sucking the material C into a briquetting machine by a vacuum suction machine for briquetting, spraying magnesium stearate to upper and lower punches of the briquetting machine by a powder spraying machine in the briquetting process, and putting the briquetted material into a vacuum packaging machine for packaging after the briquetting is finished. The properties of the obtained opener body are shown in table 2.

Experimental methods
The test base material selected by the experimental method is a No. 45 steel pipe. The plug is a mixture of hair and grease in the sewer line of the kitchen.
Putting a mixture of equivalent hair and grease of a kitchen sewer pipeline into three identical No. 45 steel pipes, blocking the No. 45 steel pipes, reserving gaps, respectively pouring equivalent dredging agent bodies prepared in the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 3, pouring equivalent water, visually observing the color change of the water, judging the reaction time of the dredging agent bodies, and simultaneously recording the time required by pipeline smoothness by a timer.
And (4) conclusion: the pipeline dredging agent has better comprehensive performance, can block a gap in a semi-blocked state of a pipeline, prevents the pipeline dredging agent body from losing from the gap, avoids the waste of the pipeline dredging agent body, prolongs the reaction time of the pipeline dredging agent body, enables the pipeline dredging agent body to be fully dissolved, and disperses a blocking object through the effects of decomposition, foaming, swelling and the like, thereby dredging the pipeline. Meanwhile, from the difference in the results of the examples in table 2, the ratio of the granular sodium hydroxide affects the time required for the pipeline to be unblocked, but the difference between the values in the range of the present invention is small, and the appropriate value can be selected in the range of the present invention in consideration of the corrosivity of the granular sodium hydroxide. The baking soda, the anhydrous citric acid and the soda ash have little influence on the dissolution time of the dredging agent.
It should be noted that the above embodiments are only for further illustration and understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention, and should not be understood as further limitations of the technical solutions of the present invention, and the invention with non-prominent essential features and significant advances made by those skilled in the art still belongs to the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The bulk pipeline dredging agent comprises a dredging agent body, and is characterized in that the dredging agent body comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
50 to 65 percent of granular sodium hydroxide
10 to 12 percent of baking soda
10 to 15 percent of anhydrous citric acid
Polyethylene glycol 60000.2% -0.5%
2 to 5 percent of sodium carbonate
2 to 4 percent of surfactant
0.5 to 1 percent of glycerin
The sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100 percent.
2. The bulk pipe opener of claim 1, wherein the surfactant is sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate in powder form.
3. The bulk pipe opener according to claim 1, wherein the raw material of the opener body further comprises anhydrous sodium silicate, and the weight percentage of the anhydrous sodium silicate is 2-4%.
4. The bulk pipe opener according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials of the opener body further comprise an inorganic pigment and absolute ethyl alcohol, the weight percentage of the inorganic pigment is 0.1-0.2%, and the weight percentage of the absolute ethyl alcohol is 0.05-0.1%.
5. The block pipeline opener according to claim 4, wherein the inorganic pigment is weakly acidic brilliant blue BA.
6. The bulk pipe opener according to claim 1, wherein the raw material of the opener body further comprises plant essence, and the weight percentage of the plant essence is 0.02-0.0.08%.
7. The blocky pipeline dredging agent as claimed in claim 6, wherein the plant essence is one or any combination of extracts of honeysuckle, sophora flower and lavender.
8. A preparation method of a blocky pipeline dredging agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. dissolving inorganic pigment in absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain solution A for later use;
b. b, putting the baking soda and the sodium carbonate into a vacuum stirrer, spraying the solution A obtained in the step a, stirring and mixing, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material B for later use;
c. grinding polyethylene glycol 6000 in a grinder to about 200 meshes to obtain polyethylene glycol 6000 powder;
d. adding plant essence, polyethylene glycol 6000 powder, granular sodium hydroxide, anhydrous citric acid, anhydrous sodium silicate, powdery alpha-alkenyl sodium sulfonate and inorganic pigment into the material B obtained in the step B, spraying glycerol in a spray form, stirring by using a vacuum stirrer, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material C;
e. and d, sucking the material C obtained in the step d into a briquetting machine through a vacuum suction machine for briquetting, and putting the material C into a vacuum packaging machine for packaging after the briquetting is finished.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein magnesium stearate is sprayed onto the upper and lower punches of the briquetting machine during the briquetting process in step e by using a powder spraying machine.
