(4) screening: bulk small building decoration garbage or materials crushed by a crushing feeding line are conveyed to a disc sieve, materials below the disc sieve are fed by a belt conveyor to be conveyed to a bouncing sieve, and 3 materials can be obtained by sieving the bouncing sieve, wherein the materials are respectively 50-200mm2D materials, 50-200mm 3D materials and 0-50mm below the bouncing sieve;
(5) secondary screening: after entering a star disk auxiliary sorting system, 0-50mm undersize materials are divided into three materials again, 0-3mm sandy soil, 3-50mm light materials are directly converged into a belt line together with a bouncing screen 2D material through a belt conveyor and enter a packing machine, 3-50mm heavy materials (small-particle sand and stone materials) are converged into a manual sorting belt line together with a bouncing screen 3D material and a bar screen oversize material to be subjected to impurity removal and then enter a reverse impact crusher, all aggregates are crushed into materials with the particle size of 0-10mm through an ore crusher, and 10-30mm melon seed materials and oversize materials with the particle size of more than 30mm are crushed into materials with the particle size of 0-10mm through a return material feeding crusher again.
2. The building finishing waste sorting process of claim 1, wherein the building finishing waste sorting in the step (1) is preceded by a pretreatment.

The building finishing garbage sorting process according to claim 2, wherein the building finishing garbage pretreatment process comprises placing the building garbage in an open field, spraying water by using a high-pressure water gun, and setting the pressure to be garbage accumulation volume (m) according to the garbage accumulation volume3) 10-30 times Kpa.

5. The building decoration garbage sorting process of claim 1, wherein the feeding mode of the plate chain machine in the step (3) is a uniform feeding mode for material conveying, and the conveying speed of the material is 0.2-0.5m3/min。

The building decoration garbage sorting process according to claim 1, wherein the 2D material with the size of 50-200mm and the 3D material with the size of 50-200mm screened in the step (4) are separated through water separation, namely, the 2D material and the 3D material are washed in 20-50cm/s running water, the 3D heavy material is deposited at the bottom of the water body, and the 2D light material is separated from the 3D material under the driving of the water body.
7. The building finishing waste sorting process of claim 1, wherein the final material obtained in the step (5) comprises: sand of 0-3mm, light material of 3-50mm, mixture of materials of 50-200mm2D and heavy material particles of 0-10 mm.
