11. The neck massager of claim 10 wherein the pad within the handle recess is provided with thermal insulation.

The neck massager of claim 1 wherein the main body has first limiting portions at opposite ends thereof, the handle has a middle connecting member disposed therein, the middle connecting member has a second limiting portion, and the first and second limiting portions are engaged with each other.
13. The neck massager of claim 12 wherein the first stop is a detent and the second stop is a catch.
14. The neck massager of claim 1 wherein the decorative member is a metal member.
15. The neck massager of claim 1 wherein the ornamental member has a width of between 8mm and 20 mm.
16. The neck massager of claim 1 wherein the main body comprises: the flexible insulating shell comprises a first outer shell and a first inner shell, wherein the first inner shell is a flexible insulating shell, and the first outer shell is arranged on the outer surface of the first inner shell.
