And, through the setting of a plurality of strip conductive bands, at cervical vertebra massager 1 during operation, a plurality of strip conductive bands can form the return circuit with the human body, reach the effect of massage, and because first conductive band 220 sets up to the strip, and every first conductive band 220 extends along the length direction of massage subassembly 200, the total area of a plurality of first conductive bands 220 and human contact is big, compare the local massage among the correlation technique, large tracts of land continuum region's massage has been realized, massage area has not only been increased, the massage blind spot has been cleared away, user's travelling comfort has been improved, and effectively avoided the production of stabbing pain, the travelling comfort of the massage of assurance.
In addition, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, the cervical vertebra massage apparatus in the related art adopts a mode of connecting the massage sheet with the conducting wire, but the cervical vertebra massage apparatus 1 of the embodiment of the present invention is different from this mode, in the present invention, the massage assembly 200 and the main body 100 are rigidly connected by adopting two terminals which are matched with each other, the relative position of the massage assembly 200 and the main body 100 after being inserted is stable, the structure is more reliable, after the main body 100 and the human neck are positioned, the relative position of the massage assembly 200 and the human neck is also fixed, and the massage assembly 200 can accurately and continuously massage the human neck. And, adopt the mode that the terminal was pegged graft, connect and dismantle all compare in the wire and connect more conveniently. In addition, the separate wire-connected massage pieces are easily lost when used, and the massage assembly 200 of the present invention solves this problem.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the female terminal 110 is formed on a surface of the main body 100 facing the neck of the human body, and the surface of the main body 100 facing the neck of the human body is provided with the second conductive strip 120. The second conductive tape 120 may be made of conductive silicone. Therefore, the conductive silica gel has good skin-friendly effect and certain deformability, and can be suitable for more people. The main body 100 is provided with the female terminal 110, the female terminal 110 does not protrude from one side of the main body 100 facing the cervical vertebrae of the human body, and thus the second conductive band 120 is provided, when the massage assembly 200 is not installed, the main body 100 can also provide a massage function, providing diversified use of the cervical vertebrae massage apparatus 1.
Further, the second conductive strip 120 is plural, each second conductive strip 120 extends along the length direction of the main body 100, and the plural second conductive strips 120 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the main body 100.
Specifically, the second conductive strip 120 may be a strip-shaped conductive strip, and the plurality of second conductive strips 120 include at least one positive conductive strip and at least one negative conductive strip, which may form a loop with the human body to achieve a massage effect. So, the total area of a plurality of second conductive strips 120 and human contact is big, has realized the massage of large tracts of land continuum region, has not only increased the massage region, has swept away the massage blind spot, has improved user's travelling comfort to effectively avoid the production of stabbing pain, the travelling comfort of the massage of assurance.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the second conductive strip 120 is shielded by the massage assembly 200.
Further, when the male terminal 210 is plugged into the female terminal 110, the first conductive strip 120 forms a loop with the neck of the human body and the second conductive strip 120 is disconnected with the loop.
Specifically, when the male terminal 210 is plugged into the female terminal 110, the first conductive strip 120 contacts with the neck of the human body, the positive and negative poles of the first conductive strip 120 form a loop with the human body, and the first conductive strip 120 performs a massage function on the neck of the human body. Meanwhile, the positive and negative electrodes of the second conductive tape 120 are not in contact with the skin of the human body, and thus a circuit is not formed, and thus the circuit is in an open state.
When the male terminal 210 is separated from the female terminal 110, the second conductive strip 120 contacts with the neck of the human body, the positive and negative poles of the second conductive strip 120 form a loop with the human body, and the second conductive strip 120 performs a massage function on the neck of the human body.
Thus, the second conductive strip 120 and the first conductive strip 220 are not contacted with the skin of the human body at the same time, and the short circuit condition is prevented. Not only saves energy, but also prevents the cervical vertebra massager 1 from being accidentally damaged, and improves the safety of the cervical vertebra massager 1.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the number of the second conductive strips 120 is the same as or different from the number of the first conductive strips 220, and the area of each of the second conductive strips 120 contacting the neck of the human body is different from the area of the first conductive strip 120 contacting the neck of the human body.
It is understood that, in the embodiment where the first conductive band 220 and the second conductive band 120 are both plural, the sum of the areas of the plural second conductive bands 120 contacting the neck of the human body is different from the sum of the areas of the plural first conductive bands 220 contacting the neck of the human body, and of course, the area of the single second conductive band 120 contacting the neck of the human body may be different from the area of the single first conductive band 220 contacting the neck of the human body. For example, the number and area of the second conductive strips 120 are the same as those of the first conductive strips 220, the shape of the massage assembly 200 is adapted to the shape of the main body 100, and the massage assembly 200 has better consistency and integrity with the main body 100.
The number of the second conductive strips 120 is different from the number of the first conductive strips 220 and the area of the first conductive strips 220 contacting the neck of the human body is larger than the total area of the second conductive strips 120 contacting the neck of the human body. The first conductive band 220 of the massage assembly 200 is distributed differently from the second conductive band 120 of the main body 100, so that the contact area with the neck of a human body can be changed, that is, the massage part of the neck is changed, the personalized requirements of users are met, different massage experiences can be provided for consumers, and the massage effect is increased.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the main body 100 includes an intermediate support 130 and a flexible support 140. The second conductive band 120 is disposed on a side of the middle support 130 facing the neck of the human body, and a first opening 131 is disposed on a side of the middle support 130 facing the neck of the human body. The elastic support 140 surrounds the side of the middle support 130 facing away from the neck of the human body, the female terminal 110 is disposed on the elastic support 140 and between the elastic support 140 and the middle support 130, i.e., in the cavity formed by the elastic support 140 and the middle support 130, and the female terminal 110 is communicated with the outside from the first opening 131.
For example, the middle support 130 may be made of a silicone material. Thus, the arrangement of the middle support 130 provides a buffer for the massage assembly 200, so that the massage assembly 200 can be changed according to different human neck shapes, and the universality of the cervical vertebra massage apparatus 1 is improved. The elastic support 140 is provided to ensure the elasticity and restoring force of the main body 100, so that the second conductive strap 120 is attached to the skin of the human body to a higher degree.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, a side of the middle bracket 130 facing the neck of the human body is configured with a first boss 132 protruding toward the neck of the human body, and the second conductive strip 120 and the first opening 131 are provided at the first boss 132. The first boss 132 is made of a flexible material, such as a non-conductive silicone or plastic.
For example, the second conductive band 120 is attached to the surface of the first boss 132 facing the neck of the human body, and the first boss 132 is flexible, so that the shape and the state of the neck of the user can be found out along with the deformation of the neck of the user, and the neck skin of the user can be effectively attached to the surface of the neck of the user, thereby improving the wearing comfort of the user. And the second conductive band 120 is also flexible, and the second conductive band 120 can be deformed along with the first boss 132, so that the neck skin of the user can be better attached, and the wearing comfort of the user can be improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the first bosses 132 extend along the length of the middle bracket 130, and the cross-sectional area of the first bosses 132 toward the neck of the human body is smaller than that of the end away from the neck of the human body. I.e., the cross-section of the first boss 132 gradually decreases toward the neck of the human body. The first boss 132 has arc-shaped ends. So the structural strength of first boss 132 is high, can avoid the side of first boss 132 to appear sunken, prevents that the side of first boss 132 from appearing sunken second conductive band 120's that leads to deformation distortion, keeps second conductive band 120 inseparable with the laminating of human skin, has guaranteed the massage effect.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the second conductive band 120 protrudes from the first protrusion 132 toward the neck of the human body.
Specifically, a side of each of the second conductive strips 120 facing the cervical vertebrae is protruded from a side of the first boss 132 facing the cervical vertebrae. Second conductive band 120 can be better with the skin contact of human neck department like this, and the laminating is better, and then provides the skin-friendly effect better, and avoids negative effects such as the stabbing pain that contact failure caused, has guaranteed the massage travelling comfort.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the second conductive strip 120, the first boss 132 and the intermediate bracket 130 are integrally formed. Thus, the number of processing steps is reduced, the production efficiency is increased, and the structures of the second conductive strip 120, the first boss 132 and the intermediate bracket 130 are more stable. In addition, the assembling process of the cervical vertebrae massager 1 is also simplified.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the massage assembly 200 further includes a massage assembly bracket 230. The first conductive strip 220 and the male terminal 210 are disposed on the massage assembly bracket 230, and the first conductive strip 220 is electrically connected to the male terminal 210.
For example, the massage assembly support 230 is an insulating material, reducing the possibility of short circuits of the massage assembly 200. The first conductive strip 220 is electrically connected with the male terminal 210, that is, there is a circuit between the male terminal 210 and the first conductive strip 220, and the male terminal 210 supplies power to the first conductive strip 220 through the circuit to realize massage. Thus, the massage assembly bracket 230 provides space for the circuit to be installed, thereby providing a compact and stable structure for the massage assembly 200.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the electrical connections between the female terminal 110, the male terminal 210, the second conductive strip 120 and the first conductive strip 220 may be made by an electrical circuit, such as a corresponding flexible circuit board, for carrying the electrical circuit.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first conductive strips 220 are plural, each first conductive strip 220 extends along the length direction of the massage assembly bracket 230, and the plural first conductive strips 220 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the massage assembly bracket 230.
Specifically, the first conductive strip 220 may be a strip-shaped conductive strip, and the plurality of first conductive strips 220 include at least one positive conductive strip and at least one negative conductive strip, which may form a loop with the human body to achieve a massage effect. So, the total area of a plurality of first conductive strips 220 and human contact is big, has realized the massage of large tracts of land continuum region, has not only increased the massage region, has swept away the massage blind spot, has improved user's travelling comfort to effectively avoid the production of stabbing pain, the travelling comfort of the massage of assurance.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a plurality of mounting grooves 231 are formed at a side of the massage assembly bracket 230 facing the neck of the human body, and the plurality of first conductive strips 220 are fitted in the plurality of mounting grooves 231 in a one-to-one correspondence. Therefore, the first conductive belt 220 is stably connected with the massage component bracket 230, so that the structure of the cervical vertebra massage instrument 1 is compact, and the cervical vertebra massage instrument 1 is miniaturized. In addition, the massage assembly bracket 230 may mount a plurality of the first conductive strips 220, improving mounting efficiency.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the first conductive band 220 protrudes the massage assembly bracket 230 toward the neck of the human body.
Specifically, a side of each of the first conductive strips 220 contacting the cervical vertebrae protrudes out of a side of the massage assembly bracket 230 facing the cervical vertebrae. First conductive band 220 can be better with the skin contact of human neck department like this, and the laminating is better, and then provides the skin-friendly effect better, and avoids negative effects such as the stabbing pain that contact failure caused, has guaranteed the massage travelling comfort.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the massage assembly holder 230 is provided with a second opening 232, and the male terminal 210 is mounted to the massage assembly holder 230 and protrudes from the second opening 232.
Specifically, the second opening 232 is disposed at a side of the massage assembly bracket 230 facing away from the neck, and when the massage assembly 200 is connected to the main body 100, the second opening 232 corresponds to the first opening 131. Thus, a portion of the male terminal 210 is located on a side of the massage assembly bracket 230 facing the cervical vertebrae.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the male terminal 210 includes a mounting portion 211 and a mating portion 212. At least a portion of the mounting portion 211 is stopped between the massage assembly bracket 230 and the first conductive strap 220, and the insertion portion 212 is connected to the mounting portion 211 and extends from the second opening 232.
Specifically, the side of the first conductive strip 220 facing away from the neck portion conforms to the shape of the mounting portion 211. In this way, the relative positions of the male terminal 210, the first conductive strip 220 and the massage assembly bracket 230 are fixed, further improving the structural stability of the massage assembly 200.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the side of the massage assembly bracket 230 facing away from the neck of the human body is configured with a second boss 233, the second opening 232 is provided on the second boss 233, and the rest of the side of the massage assembly bracket 230 facing away from the neck of the human body, excluding the second boss 233, is spaced apart from the main body 100.
For example, the second bosses 233 have a length smaller than that of the first bosses, and the second bosses 233 have a cross-sectional area gradually decreasing from a side close to the cervical vertebrae to a side far from the cervical vertebrae. The second bosses 233 are in contact with the first bosses 132. The massage assembly supporter 230 is made of a material having good deformation and restoring forces, for example, plastic.
Therefore, the massage assembly 200 has a deformation capability, and the rest of one side of the massage assembly bracket 230 facing away from the neck of the human body except the second boss 233 is spaced from the main body 100, so that a deformation space is provided, the massage assembly 200 forms a single-side bridge structure, the massage assembly 200 can adapt to different shapes of the cervical vertebrae of the human body, and the first conductive belt 220 is tightly attached to the skin of the cervical vertebrae of the human body, thereby increasing the massage effect. In addition, the male terminal 210 extends out from the second opening 232, and when the male terminal 210 is connected to the female terminal 110, the electric connection can be realized, a gap can be formed between the massage component 200 and the first boss 132, so that the deformation space of the massage component 200 is further increased, and the massage component 200 can be more adaptive to the shape of the neck of a human body and can be more attached to the skin of the neck of the human body.
For example, when wearing the cervical vertebra massage apparatus 1, the human neck will apply force in the massage assembly 200 backward, and due to the single-side bridge structure of the massage assembly 200, when the human neck applies force in the center of the massage assembly 200 backward, the left and right sides of the massage assembly 200 will be clamped toward each other, thereby clamping the human neck and making the first conductive band 120 fit to the human neck more.

For example, the side of the massage assembly bracket 230 facing away from the neck of the human body has a shape similar to the side of the main body 100 facing the neck of the human body, but the side of the massage assembly bracket 230 facing away from the neck of the human body has a larger area than the side of the main body 100 facing the neck of the human body, and the massage assembly bracket 230 is tightly attached to the first bosses 132, i.e., the side of the massage assembly bracket 230 facing away from the neck of the human body is not provided with the second bosses 233. The massage assembly bracket 230 may be made of a resilient or rigid material.
So, because the human neck one side of orientation of the main body 100 of first boss 132 protrusion, massage subassembly support 230 is earlier than first boss 132 contact, and the laminating is more reliable and more stable between massage subassembly support 230 and the first boss 132, and the human neck one side of orientation of the main body 100 of first boss 132 protrusion, compare in the human neck one side of orientation of the main body 100 among the correlation technique and do not have bellied design, the power of pulling is not had at the length both ends of first boss 132, bigger deformation space has, when massage subassembly support 230 closely laminates with first boss 132, through the good deformability of first boss 132, first 220 can be better along with the shape change of human neck, the laminating of human neck skin is inseparable, the massage effect is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the female terminal 110 is a USB female terminal, and the male terminal 210 is a USB male terminal. In this way, the female terminal 110 can be used not only for supplying power to the massage assembly 200, but also for data transmission, for example, to update the software (voice library, etc.) of the cervical vertebra massage apparatus 1, thereby realizing upgrading of the product.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the first conductive strip 220 is provided with an aroma heating zone 221.
For example, the aroma heating zone 221 may contain different flavors, such as essence, essential oil, etc., according to the circumstances. The side of the aromatherapy heating zone 221, which faces away from the cervical vertebra of the human body, is provided with a heating sheet 240. Therefore, after the essence or the essential oil and the like are heated and evaporated, a user can smell the fragrance to generate a pleasant feeling, muscles are relaxed, and the massage effect is improved.
