发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种治疗肝硬化的药物，该药物采用中西结合治疗方法，中医注重调理本体主在治本，西医疗效直接主在治标；中西医结合标本兼治，可以取得良好效果。
中医理论分析肝硬化的病理病机，有以下几点：1、气滞湿阻所致：多因五志过极，饮食所伤，肝脾不和，升降失司所致；2、湿热蕴结所致：多因嗜酒过度，饮食不节，滋生湿热所致；3、瘀血阻滞所致：黄疽集聚失治，湿热蕴积肝胆，治疗不当，气血瘀阻而致病；4、肝肾阴虚所致：多因饮食不节，病久不愈，脾胃两伤所致。中医治疗肝硬化采用“疏肝理气，益气养血，活血化瘀，养阴柔肝”的治疗原则，具有以下治疗优势：一是辨证施治，有效控制病情，二是在治疗肝脏同时，调理全身其它脏腑功能。

本发明药物中药组合物中，黄芪和党参为君药，具有活血、益气和健脾胃之功效。猪苓、香加皮、郁金、炮山甲为臣药，助黄芪、党参以益气，同时具有利水渗水、补精益肾之功效。丹参、桃仁、益母草、赤芍、熟地黄、阿胶、片姜黄、红花、川牛膝、牡蛎、夏枯草、鳖甲为佐药，其中益母草、赤芍、熟地黄、阿胶活血、养血，片姜黄行血中之气之功效；丹参、桃仁、红花、川牛膝活血化瘀；牡蛎、夏枯草、鳖甲软坚散结。上述诸药，协同配伍，共奏益气养血，疏肝利水，养阴柔肝，软坚散结之功效，治疗肝硬化疾病标本兼治，疗效显著。
西药部分：西药为多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊，按照多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊药用说明书给药。一日三次，餐前半小时服用。多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊有助于改善肝损伤，提升患者食欲感，增强患者身体机能。
食疗部分：桃仁10克、陈皮6克、鲈鱼25克、牛肉25克、粳米50克、水1000毫升，食盐少许。加水1000毫升，先大火煮开后转小火熬煮30分钟即可食用。一日两次用完，建议早晚餐食用。服用本发明药物同时，辅以食疗，协助活血益气，增加患者营养和蛋白的摄入量。
在上述治疗食疗的基础上，每天根据医嘱补充适量的维生素C、B，并保证充足的睡眠，有利于肝细胞恢复和疾病治疗。
本发明与现有技术相比，具备以下技术优点：
1、本发明药物中西结合加食疗，安全可靠、无副作用，经过反复的临床实验，证实本发明药物组合治疗肝硬化疾病效果显著，复发率较低。
2、本发明中药部分采用益气养血，疏肝利水，养阴养气，柔肝之法，辨证施治，治疗肝硬化效果显著，得到广大患者一致好评。
具体实施例
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合具体实施方式，对本发明作进一步详细说明，应当理解为，此处所描述的具体实施方式仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
一种治疗肝硬化的药物，包括中药部分和西药部分。药物治疗的同时辅以食疗，以增强治疗效果。
中药部分：由以下成分组成：黄芪20克、党参20克、郁金8克、猪苓10克、香加皮4克、炮山甲6克、益母草12克、赤芍6克、熟地黄15克、阿胶4克、片姜黄5克、丹参10克、桃仁6克、红花5克、川牛膝6克、牡蛎10克、夏枯草9克、鳖甲10克、甘草4克、当归6克、鸡内金5克。中药制备服用方法：取上述中药组合物放入煎药器皿，加水1000毫升，浸泡1小时，文火煎煮30分钟，滤出药液后再加开水400毫升煎煮15分钟，滤出药液，将两次药液混合制成汤剂，分早晚两餐后服用。
西药部分：按照多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊药用说明书给药，一日三次，餐前半小时服用。多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊有助于改善肝损伤，增加患者食欲感。

临床资料
1.1随机抽样
随机收集2019年1月至2019年12月期间治疗的肝硬化患者60例，随机分组，分为实验组和对照组，每组30例患者。病程集中在5个月至14个月之间不等。临床实验过程中，对照组和实验组患者的相关治疗过程进行详细记录。
1.2检测标准
采用“肝功能”检查法，检查患者体内“谷丙转氨酶”指标，如果患者体内“血清转氨酶”指标极高，具体标准40个单位每升，如果指标每升高于40单位，则血清转氨酶指标较高，表明患者患有肝硬化，指标越高，肝硬化病情越重。
1.3诊断方法
首先医护人员对患者进行抽血检查，抽血检查项目包括查转氨酶、胆红素、凝血功能、白蛋白等可以反映肝脏破坏、代谢、合成功能指标；然后借助影像学观察患者肝脏形态和密度。确定肝脏损伤和硬化标准。
1.4治疗方法
实验组患者服用本发明药物组合物，餐后服用，每日2次；食疗部分，实验组患者可根据实际情况在早餐和午餐食用；对照组患者服用革兰阴性杆菌兼顾革兰阳性球菌的抗菌药物，餐后服用，每日2次。两组均观察4个疗程，然后做疗效判定。
1.5实验结果
治疗观察4个疗程后，医生使用“肝功能”检查法，其检测标准不变。其中，对照组经过检测，“肝硬化”患者治愈16例，有效治愈率为53.3% 。实验组患者经过检测，“肝硬化”患者治愈29例，有效治愈率为96.7% 。
通过上述临床资料不难看出，本发明药物组合物在治疗“肝硬化”疾病上治疗效果明显。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗肝硬化的药物，其特征是，中药部分：黄芪20克、党参20克、郁金8克、猪苓10克、香加皮4克、炮山甲6克、益母草12克、赤芍6克、熟地黄15克、阿胶4克、片姜黄5克、丹参10克、桃仁6克、红花5克、川牛膝6克、牡蛎10克、夏枯草9克、鳖甲10克、甘草4克、当归6克、鸡内金5克；西药部分服用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊；服用本发明药物同时，辅以食疗，以增加营养和治疗效果，食疗部分组成：桃仁10克、陈皮6克、鲈鱼25克、牛肉25克、粳米50克、水1000毫升，食盐少许。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肝硬化的药物，其特征是，加水1000毫升，先大火煮开后转小火熬煮30分钟即可食用。
