[0049] 实施例9 本发明中药颗粒剂的临床试验 1、试验准备 此次临床试验的受试者均来自某市第二人民医院,是从该院于2011年3月至2014年2 月收治的542名消化道出血的患者中筛选出来的,从这些患者中筛选出适合并接受临床试 验的患者215名,其中男100名,年龄22-63岁,女115名,年龄20-67岁。将受试者平均分 成5个组,每组43名,男20名,女23名,分组编号为对照组、试1、试2、试3、试4组。

[0054] 5、试验结果统计 (1)患者表征比较:对照组有7人出现了不同程度的腹泻、恶心、呕吐等不良反应,试验 组所有四个组均未出现一例不良反应;治疗过程中,与对照组相比,试验组患者明显消化状 况更好,食欲好,不便秘,不胀气反酸;对治愈的患者试验组更是气血足、中气旺,身体综合 情况改善更多,尤其年龄在50岁以上的患者,这点尤为明显。

6、试验结论 分析试验结果可以看到:从患者表征情况比较,对照药有7例不良反应,试验组无一例 不良反应;并且试验组患者消化道和身体的调理状况更好,充分发挥了中药标本兼治的作 用;从试验数据统计分析表可以看出,试验组的治愈率显著高于对照组,试验组平均治愈率 为64. 5%,是对照组的2. 5倍;试验组的平均总有效率为98. 3%,比对照组高37. 8个百分点; 并且,对照组治愈的患者几乎不复发,平均复发率为0. 9%,仅为对照组的约1/50。因此,本 发明中药制剂相对于现有技术,在治疗消化道出血方面具有十分显著的技术优势,其治疗 效果是显而易见的更是难以预料的。

1. 一种治疗消化道出血的中药制剂,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:土大黄 18-34份、藕节20-36份、三七6-14份、白及10-26份、海螵蛸10-22份、仙鹤草18-30份、阿 胶8-22份、黄芩7-15份、黄连8-18份、白芍6-14份、川芎7-17份、当归7-19份、槐角6-14 份、甘草8-16份。

4. 如权利要求1所述的一种治疗消化道出血的中药制剂,其特征在于由以下重量份的 原料制成:土大黄24份、藕节26份、三七12份、白及19份、海螵蛸17份、仙鹤草26份、阿 胶16份、黄芩12份、黄连12份、白芍11份、川弯13份、当归12份、槐角11份、甘草13份。
5. 如权利要求1所述的一种治疗消化道出血的中药制剂,其特征在于由以下重量份的 原料制成:土大黄25份、藕节31份、三七11份、白及20份、海螵蛸17份、仙鹤草23份、阿 胶17份、黄芩13份、黄连11份、白芍12份、川弯12份、当归13份、槐角11份、甘草12份。
6. -种如权利要求1-5任一所述的治疗消化道出血的中药制剂的制备方法,其特征在 于包括如下工艺步骤: 步骤1、按本发明中药配比称取各味中药材; 步骤2、取土大黄、仙鹤草、阿胶、黄芩、黄连、川芎、当归、槐角、甘草放入容器中,第一次 加8-11倍量蒸馏水浸泡5-10小时,回流煎煮2-4小时,过滤;第二次加初始药材重量5-8 倍量蒸馏水回流煎煮1-3小时,过滤;合并两次滤液,将滤液浓缩成干浸膏,烘干,粉碎,过 120目筛,得细粉a,备用; 步骤3、取三七、白及切片,烘干,研磨,过120目筛,得细粉b,备用; 步骤4、取藕节,照炒炭法炒至表面焦黑色、内部黄褐色,粉碎研磨,过160目筛,得细粉 c,备用; 步骤5、取白芍加0. 2倍量黄酒拌匀,稍闷,待黄酒被吸收后,倒入容器内,用文火加热, 炒至微黄色,取出晾凉,研磨,过120目筛,得细粉d,备用; 步骤6、将海螵蛸洗净,微火烘至半干,放入锅内,加入0. 3倍量黄酒拌匀吸干,文火炒 至干燥,取出,晾干,研磨,过120目筛,得细粉e,备用; 步骤7、将上细粉a、b、c、d、e混合均匀,利用现代通用的制剂技术制成临床需要的剂 型。
7. 如权利要求1-5任一所述的一种治疗消化道出血的中药制剂,其特征在于:所述中 药制剂为片剂、丸剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、散剂或糖浆剂。
