Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medicines, and particularly relates to an external medicine for treating hormone-dependent dermatitis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the use of cosmetics and medical cosmetology by people is increased gradually. However, some patients lack sufficient understanding and use some cosmetics containing glucocorticoids, or receive hormone therapy from unskilled vendors, the skin condition is significantly improved in the short term, but once inactivated, inflammatory lesions develop, the glucocorticoids are repeatedly used to control the symptoms and the symptoms gradually worsen with repeated use, resulting in a vicious circle. The clinical manifestations are as follows:
thinning of epidermis and dermis
Topical long-term application of hormones can lead to the reduction and thinning of stratum corneum granule formation, the decrease of collagen fibril adhesion due to the elastic change of glycoprotein and proteoglycan in dermis, and the reduction and thinning of collagen synthesis.
Hypopigmentation and pigmentation
As the number of layers of the stratum corneum decreases, melanin migration to keratinocytes decreases, causing hypopigmentation. Pigmentation may be associated with glucocorticoid activation of melanocytes to regenerate pigment.
Vascular visualization
The vessel becomes wider due to the reduced adhesion between collagen fibers in the vessel wall, and the disappearance of dermal collagen leads to the appearance of superficial vessels.
Rosacea-like and acne-like dermatitis
In the hormone-induced rosacea-like skin lesion, the density of the demodex folliculorum is remarkably increased, the demodex folliculorum closes the pilosebaceous gland outlet to cause inflammatory reaction or allergic reaction, and the powerful hormone can also cause the sebaceous gland to proliferate to cause special rosacea-like rash. Hormones can degenerate and denature the follicular epithelium, leading to blockage of the outlet, appearance of acneiform rashes or aggravation of the original acne.
Folliculitis
Due to the immunosuppressive action of hormones, local follicular infection and primary folliculitis can be aggravated.
Hormone dependence and rebound phenomena
The anti-inflammatory properties of the hormones can inhibit the development of papules and relieve itching, vasoconstriction and erythema disappearance, but the hormones cannot eliminate the causes of diseases, can cause the original diseases to be aggravated after the hormones are stopped, and can be manifested by rebound phenomena such as inflammatory edema, redness, burning, discomfort, acute pustule and the like. This phenomenon often occurs 2-10 days after hormone withdrawal and lasts for several days or about 3 weeks. The patient continues to take external hormone due to the rebound phenomenon, which causes hormone dependence.
These symptoms will always afflict patients and are difficult to cure completely, and as the number of patients gradually increases, a medicine is urgently needed to be invented to treat the disease in a targeted way.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The following examples are provided to further understand the present invention, not to limit the scope of the present invention, but to provide the best mode, not to limit the content and the protection scope of the present invention, and any product similar or similar to the present invention, which is obtained by combining the present invention with other prior art features, falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
The examples do not show the specific experimental steps or conditions, and can be performed according to the conventional experimental steps described in the literature in the field. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by manufacturers, and are all conventional reagent products which can be obtained commercially.
In one aspect, the embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing an external medicine for treating hormone-dependent dermatitis, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
s01: dissolving 10-15 parts by weight of pseudo-ginseng extract, 1-5 parts by weight of honeysuckle flower extract, 3-5 parts by weight of ginseng extract, 7-12 parts by weight of belvedere fruit extract, 1-3 parts by weight of Chinese ganoderma extract, 1-5 parts by weight of polygonum multiflorum extract, 10-20 parts by weight of leonurus extract, 2-5 parts by weight of angelica extract, 1-3 parts by weight of rhizoma bolbostemmae extract and 1-3 parts by weight of sophora flavescens extract in water to obtain a medicinal aqueous solution;
s02: adjusting the drug water solution to weak acidity to obtain drug stock solution;
s03: under the protection of low-temperature inert gas, concentrating the drug stock solution to 1.1-1.3g/mL to obtain a drug concentrated solution;
s04: diluting the drug concentrated solution to 20 times of volume with water to obtain the external drug for treating the hormone-dependent dermatitis.
Wherein the pseudo-ginseng extract, the honeysuckle flower, the ginseng and the fructus kochiae have the function of repairing the horny layer, and the most main symptom of the hormone-dependent dermatitis is that the horny layer is thin and cannot form an effective barrier; the Chinese lucid ganoderma and the polygonum multiflorum can effectively moisturize and nourish the skin and deliver nutrition to the skin of a patient; the mixture of the extract of soothing plants such as angelica and rhizoma bolbostemmae can calm and soften the skin and relieve the skin tension caused by the hormone-dependent dermatitis.
Specifically, in step S01, the pseudo-ginseng extract, the honeysuckle flower extract, the ginseng extract, the broom cypress fruit extract, the ganoderma lucidum extract, the polygonum multiflorum extract, the motherwort herb extract, the angelica extract, the bolbostemma paniculatum extract, and the sophora flavescens extract are extracted in the following manners:
pulverizing the herbs, and extracting with cold water 5 times, 7 times and 10 times of the dry weight of the herbs for three times respectively to obtain a first extract and a first filter residue;
extracting the first filter residue for three times by hot water with the dry weight 2 times, 4 times and 6 times of the medicine dry weight to obtain a second extract liquid;
filtering the extractive solutions with 0.5-1 μm filter element to obtain filtrates, and mixing the filtrates;
concentrating at low temperature to obtain herbal extract.
The active substances are not inactivated at low temperature through low-temperature high-temperature gradient extraction, and meanwhile, the complete extraction of partial insoluble components is ensured.
In a further preferred embodiment, the pulverization treatment is carried out by means of, but not limited to, shearing, grinding, and ball milling. The subsequent extraction can be more thorough through the crushing treatment, the physical crushing is generally adopted, the manual crushing can be adopted for a small amount, and the mechanical crushing can also be adopted for a large amount.
In a further preferred embodiment, the temperature of the cold water is 5-15 ℃. And the extraction at lower temperature is controlled, so that although the extraction efficiency is reduced, the disadvantages can be compensated by multiple times of extraction, and active substances are not easily damaged at low temperature and are retained to a greater extent.
In a further preferred embodiment, the temperature of the hot water is 80-100 ℃. After extraction at low temperature, most of active substances are extracted, and residual active substances stable at high temperature can be extracted by high-temperature extraction.
In a further preferred embodiment, the filter element material comprises one or more of PP cotton, quartz sand and activated carbon. After PP cotton, quartz sand and activated carbon reach proper pore sizes through reasonable accumulation and treatment, namely 0.5-1 micron, pigments and macromolecular impurities can be removed through filtration and adsorption, and active small molecules can be ensured to pass through the 0.5-1 micron, so that active substances can be retained.
Specifically, in step S02, the weakly acidic pH range is 6.5 to 6.8. The pH range just accords with the weak acid environment of facial skin, the skin is dry and easy to wear if the alkalinity is too strong, and the skin is strong in irritation and easy to be red and swollen if the acidity is too strong. Thus selecting this pH range
Specifically, in the step S03, the low temperature is not more than 10 ℃. Lower temperatures may reduce the risk of oxidation of the active material.
Specifically, in step S03, the inert gas includes any one or two of nitrogen and argon. Under the protection of inert gas, the active substance is further ensured not to be oxidized.
The invention also provides the external medicine prepared by the preparation method for the external medicine for treating the hormone-dependent dermatitis.
Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the external medicine for treating the hormone-dependent dermatitis, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages that firstly, the active ingredients are prevented from being oxidized under the protection of low-temperature inert gas, and on the other hand, the pH of the medicine solution is adjusted to be weakly acidic, so that the facial environment is met, and the further stimulation of the pH deviation of the external medicine on the hormone-dependent dermatitis is avoided.
Compared with the prior art, the external medicine for treating the hormone-dependent dermatitis adopts the preparation method of the external medicine for treating the hormone-dependent dermatitis, so that the abundance of the effective active ingredients is higher and more stable, the pH value is reasonable, the temperature is milder, and the skin of a patient suffering from the hormone-dependent dermatitis which is sensitive at present is prevented from being further stimulated. The external medicine for treating the hormone-dependent dermatitis adopts natural Chinese herbal medicines as main raw materials to enhance the biocompatibility of the natural Chinese herbal medicines, and regulates and modifies the natural Chinese herbal medicines without being limited by pure nature.
The foregoing is merely a detailed description of the implementations of the invention and is not intended to represent all manner of implementations of the invention. Equivalent changes and modifications made on the basis of the purpose and technical scheme of the invention are within the protection scope of the invention.
