Abstract
The invention discloses a black wolfberry-red wolfberry-sea buckthorn composite raw pulp and a preparation method thereof.A black wolfberry with high anthocyanin content and an aging delaying function, a red wolfberry with the function of nourishing liver and kidney, mulberry with the function of improving resistance and immunity, blueberry with the function of enhancing immunity and slowing down aging, rose with the function of benefiting lung and calming heart and hawthorn with the function of helping digestion and invigorating stomach are subjected to colloid grinding and filtration to obtain a first mixed pulp, and sea buckthorn fruits rich in various vitamins and amino acids are pulped and filtered by a juice-residue separation type crusher to obtain sea buckthorn fruit pulp; mixing the first mixed pulp with the seabuckthorn fruit pulp, adding crystalline fructose, and stirring until the crystalline fructose is dissolved to form mixed pulp; and (4) homogenizing, filtering, sterilizing, filling, cooling and packaging the mixed pulp in sequence to obtain the composite raw pulp. Therefore, the prepared composite protoplasm has the effects of improving the human body immunity and delaying the organism aging and has better health care function.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of raw juice preparation, in particular to a black wolfberry red wolfberry sea-buckthorn composite raw juice and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard, the health state and the living quality of the aging population are greatly improved by the developed medical technology and the change of healthy diet and living style, but more diseases and other diseases exist in the aging population while people live for a longer time, and the nutritional health-care composition for enhancing immunity, delaying the aging process and reducing the incidence rate of age-related diseases is urgently needed by people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the lycium ruthenicum, the fructus hippophae and the compound protoplasm which can improve the immunologic function of a human body, delay the aging of the organism and have better health care function and the preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the lycium ruthenicum murr-red lycium ruthenicum murr composite protoplasm which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
30-40% of lycium ruthenicum, 15-25% of lycium ruthenicum, 10-12% of sea buckthorn fruits, 10-20% of mulberries, 10-20% of blueberries, 6-8% of roses, 5-15% of hawthorns and 5-8% of crystalline fructose.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the lycium ruthenicum, the lycium ruthenicum and the sea buckthorn compound protoplasm, which comprises the following steps:
taking Lycium ruthenicum Murr, mulberries, blueberries and roses in percentage by mass, grinding the materials in a colloid manner, crushing the materials, and filtering the crushed materials to obtain a first mixed slurry and a peel mixture;
pulping and filtering the sea-buckthorn fruits in percentage by mass by using a juice-residue separation type crusher to obtain sea-buckthorn fruit pulp;
mixing the first mixed pulp with the sea buckthorn fruit pulp, adding crystalline fructose in a mass percentage, and stirring until the crystalline fructose is dissolved to form mixed pulp;
homogenizing and filtering the mixed pulp in sequence;
and (4) sterilizing, filling, cooling and packaging the mixed pulp subjected to filtering treatment in sequence to obtain the composite raw pulp.
Wherein, in the step of taking Lycium ruthenicum Murr, mulberries, blueberries and roses in percentage by mass, grinding and crushing the materials by using colloid, and filtering the crushed materials to obtain a first mixed slurry and a peel mixture:
rinsing the quality-tested fresh lycium ruthenicum, fresh mulberries, fresh blueberries and fresh roses by using clean water;
soaking the rinsed fresh lycium ruthenicum, fresh mulberries, fresh blueberries and fresh roses by using water for 5-10 min;
washing the soaked fresh lycium ruthenicum, fresh mulberry, fresh blueberry and fresh rose by using running water for 3-4 min, and naturally drying in the air after washing;
naturally air-dried fresh lycium ruthenicum, fresh mulberry, fresh blueberry and fresh rose are subjected to colloid grinding and crushing, and then are filtered to obtain a first mixed slurry and a peel mixture.
Wherein, the steps of pulping and filtering the seabuckthorn fruits by a juice-residue separation type crusher to obtain seabuckthorn fruit pulp comprise the following steps:
washing fresh, disease-free and mildew-free sea buckthorn fruits for 2-3 times, and naturally drying;
and sequentially carrying out three times of filtering treatment on the sea buckthorn fruits by using filter screens of 40-50 meshes, 60-80 meshes and 90-100 meshes to obtain sea buckthorn fruit pulp.
Wherein, the first mixed pulp is mixed with the seabuckthorn fruit pulp, and the crystallized fructose with the mass percentage is added and stirred until the crystallized fructose is dissolved, so that the mixed pulp is formed in the following steps:
stirring and mixing the first mixed slurry and the seabuckthorn fruit pulp by using a stirrer, wherein the rotating speed is 60-80 r/min, and the time is 5-15 min;
and after the first mixed pulp and the sea buckthorn fruit pulp are mixed, adding crystalline fructose, and stirring by using a stirrer again until the crystalline fructose is dissolved to form mixed pulp, wherein the rotating speed of the stirrer is 90-100 r/min, and the time is 10-20 min.
Wherein, the mixed pulp is sequentially homogenized and filtered:
and (3) carrying out homogenization treatment by using a high-pressure homogenizer at a first-stage inching pressure of 6-10 MP and a second-stage pressurizing pressure of 28-36 MP for 100-120 min.
Wherein, the mixed pulp is sequentially homogenized and filtered:
and filtering the homogenized mixed pulp by using a 50-60-mesh screen.
Wherein, in the steps of sequentially sterilizing, filling, cooling and packaging the mixed pulp after the filtration treatment to prepare the composite primary pulp:
the sterilization mode is one or more of pasteurization, ultrahigh temperature instantaneous sterilization, microwave sterilization and ultrahigh pressure sterilization.
Wherein, in the steps of sequentially sterilizing, filling, cooling and packaging the mixed pulp after the filtration treatment to prepare the composite primary pulp:
