Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the above recited features of the present invention can be understood and readily understood, a more particular description of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings, wherein:
an automatic generation system of a retail store goods placement area map based on a UWB positioning technology is shown in figures 1-2 and comprises a UWB positioning module for positioning goods shelves and goods positions through UWB signals, an RFID radio frequency identification module for reading the information of the goods shelves and the goods, a wireless signal module for transmitting data information through wireless signals, a background server for storing and processing data and a display screen module for displaying the specific position information of the goods in real time. Further, UWB is a novel wireless communication technology, and UWB signals can be generated by transmitting narrow pulses with extremely short time and modulating the narrow pulses to a UWB operating frequency band in an up-conversion manner such as differentiation or mixing. The main advantages of ultra-wideband are: the method has the advantages of low power consumption, insensitivity to channel fading, strong anti-interference capability, no interference to other equipment in the same environment, strong penetrability and very high positioning accuracy and positioning precision. Further, the RFID technology is a communication technology that can identify a specific object and read/write related data by radio signals without establishing mechanical or optical contact between an identification system and the specific object. The RFID identification technology mainly comprises a reader-writer, an RFID electronic tag and a background computer, and the data reading, writing and storage of the electronic tag are realized through the reader-writer. The passive electronic tag is not provided with a built-in battery, the electronic tag is in a passive state when the reading range of the reader-writer is out, and the electronic tag extracts a power supply required by the work of the electronic tag from the radio frequency energy emitted by the reader-writer when the reading range of the reader-writer is in. The RFID electronic tag has a global unique coding identifier, supports remote identification and batch reading, and has the characteristics of strong environmental adaptability, low cost and the like.
In this embodiment, the UWB positioning module includes a ceiling type UWB base station disposed in a commercial site for realizing full signal coverage and UWB tags disposed on respective shelves.
The RFID module comprises RFID tag handheld RFID readers which are arranged on the shelves and the commodities and used for bearing shelf and commodity information.
The display screen module comprises a suspended type LED large screen arranged at the center of the market, small LED display screens uniformly distributed at all positions of the market and portable handheld terminal equipment.
The shelf UWB tags corresponding to the shelves are bound with the shelf RFID tags through the background server; the background server comprises UWB positioning software, and the positioning of the corresponding shelf is realized by adopting a TDOA (time difference of arrival) positioning algorithm through the UWB positioning signals of the shelf UWB tag and the ceiling type UWB base station in the embodiment. To explain further, the TDOA positioning principle (time difference of arrival principle) measures the time difference of the radio signal propagation between the positioning tag and two different positioning base stations by using UWB technology, thereby obtaining the distance difference of the positioning tag relative to four sets of positioning base stations. By using the TDOA technology, the positioning tags do not need to carry out reciprocating communication with the positioning base stations, and only the positioning tags need to transmit or receive UWB signals, so that higher positioning dynamic and positioning capacity can be achieved. Frequency synchronization and time synchronization problems in UWB-TDOA location. The existing synchronization technology is divided into wired synchronization and wireless synchronization, wherein the wired synchronization refers to the fact that positioning base stations are directly connected with each other or connected into a synchronization controller through cables such as optical fibers and network cables to achieve synchronization among the positioning base stations; the wireless synchronization refers to the synchronization between the positioning base stations realized by radio, and the embodiment adopts the wireless synchronization technology.
Reading the RFID label of each commodity on the corresponding shelf through the handheld RFID reader, and binding the corresponding commodity RFID label information with the corresponding shelf information through the background server; and the background server processes the relevant information and then updates and displays the commodity information on the large LED screen, the small LED display screen and the portable handheld terminal equipment in real time.
Further, in this embodiment, the shelf RFID tag writes the size specification information and the corresponding information of the corresponding shelf into the back-end server for further data analysis and processing, and the back-end server generates the position and schematic diagram of the shelf with the corresponding specification in the market and displays the position and schematic diagram through the electronic display screen.
Further, in this embodiment, the positioning, parameter configuration, state return, and uplink and downlink data of the rack by the ceiling type UWB base station are realized through a wireless communication signal between the rack UWB tag and the ceiling type UWB base station.
Further, in the present embodiment, the shelf RFID tag is integrated with a corresponding UWB tag or is disposed independently of the UWB tag.
Further, the invention adopts a mode of UWB positioning and RFID terminal data acquisition, realizes UWB full signal coverage by installing a ceiling type UWB base station in a market, and automatically generates a schematic diagram of positions of shelves and commodities with corresponding specifications in a market place on an electronic screen in a mode of installing UWB and RFID labels on the shelves and the commodities, thereby more conveniently completing real-time collection and real-time display of information of the shelves and the commodities in the store.
