The accurate construction early warning method and the positioning device thereof are characterized by comprising a supporting base plate (1), a moisture-proof supporting rod (2), a movable wheel (3), a hand-push holding rod (4), an emergency water tank (5), a liquid discharge tap (6), a positioning early warning control cabinet (7), a control screen (8), an image acquisition early warning device structure (9), a construction early warning protective belt structure (10) convenient to fix, an energy-saving early warning plate structure (11), a talkback pickup (12), a construction tool clamping seat (13), a storage battery (14), a cushion (15) and an early warning host (16), wherein one end of the moisture-proof supporting rod (2) is respectively bolted at four corners of the lower surface of the supporting base plate (1), and the other end of the moisture-proof supporting rod is bolted with the movable wheel (3); the hand-push holding rod (4) is connected to the middle position of the right side of the supporting base plate (1) through a bolt; the emergency water tank (5) is glued at the middle position of the left side of the upper surface of the supporting base plate (1); the liquid discharge tap (6) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the lower part of the left side of the emergency water tank (5); the positioning early warning control cabinet (7) is connected to the middle position of the upper part of the supporting base plate (1) through a screw; the control screen (8) is embedded in the middle of the upper part of the front surface of the positioning early warning control cabinet (7); the image-collectable early warning device structure (9) is arranged at the right side position of the upper part of the positioning early warning control cabinet (7); the construction warning protective belt structure (10) convenient to fix is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the hand-push holding rod (4); the energy-saving warning plate structure (11) is arranged at the left side position of the upper part of the positioning early warning control cabinet (7); the talkback sound pick-up (12) is connected to the left upper side of the front surface of the positioning early warning control cabinet (7) through a screw; the construction tool clamping seat (13) is connected to the lower surface of the supporting base plate (1) through screws; the storage battery (14) is in screw connection with the left lower side inside the positioning early warning control cabinet (7); the cushion (15) is glued at the outer side of the upper part of the supporting base plate (1); the early warning host (16) is connected to the right lower side of the inside of the positioning early warning control cabinet (7) through screws.

The precise construction early warning and positioning device according to claim 1, wherein the image-collectable early warning device structure (9) comprises an alarm (91), a mounting plate (92), a connecting sleeve (93), a supporting screw rod (94) and an infrared camera (95), wherein the alarm (91) is screwed in the middle of the upper part of the mounting plate (92); the connecting sleeve (93) is sleeved at the lower part of the outer surface of the alarm (91); the supporting screw rod (94) is embedded at the left side position of the upper part of the connecting sleeve (93); the infrared camera (95) is coupled to the upper end of the support screw (94).

The precise construction early warning and positioning device according to claim 1, wherein the construction warning protective band structure (10) convenient to fix comprises a storage box (101), a self-contraction winding shaft (102), a warning pull band (103), a connecting lug plate (104), a fixing through hole (105) and a fixing hook (106), wherein the self-contraction winding shaft (102) is embedded in the right position inside the storage box (101); the warning draw tape (103) is glued on the outer surface of the self-contraction winding shaft (102); the connecting ear plate (104) is glued on the right side of the warning draw tape (103); the fixing through hole (105) is formed in the right side position inside the connecting lug plate (104); the fixed hook (106) is riveted at the right side of the connecting ear plate (104).

7. The precise construction early warning and positioning device according to claim 1, wherein the related systems of the precise construction early warning and positioning device comprise a site positioning system terminal and a mobile phone and computer system terminal.

The system for accurately early warning construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the on-site positioning system terminal comprises an image input module, a liquid crystal display updating module, a signal sending module, a GPS locator and an alarm module; the GPS positioner comprises a GPS positioner worn by construction personnel and a positioning module arranged on a positioning device.

The system for accurately performing construction early warning as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mobile phone and computer system terminal comprises a mobile phone terminal and a computer system terminal; the mobile phone terminal and the computer system terminal both comprise an information receiving module, a remote positioning module and an emergency processing module.
10. The accurate construction early warning positioning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the using method specifically comprises the following steps:
