Abstract
The invention relates to a positioning device and a system for monitoring information of construction site personnel in real time, which comprises a positioning tag attached to a constructor, a positioning base station, a calculation service center and a background management system, wherein the positioning tag is attached to a safety helmet, enters into a signal coverage range of the positioning base station and automatically establishes a connection with the positioning base station, the positioning base station finishes the acquisition of positioning data according to a built-in rule, and transmits the positioning data to the calculation service center through a data message middleware for calculation so as to calculate the actual position of the positioning tag and store the actual position of the positioning tag into an entity database; the background management system displays the positions of all the personnel in the area in real time through the electronic map, monitors the personnel dynamics, and masters the personnel number and the real-time distribution condition. Mainly report based on equipment information acquisition, realize functions such as personnel's location, orbit playback, intelligent detection of uncapping, the monitoring of not wearing the safety helmet, effectively stop the incident that leads to because of personnel's detention negligence, reduce building site incident frequency.

the background management system displays the positions of all the personnel in the area in real time through the electronic map, monitors the personnel dynamics, and masters the personnel number and the real-time distribution condition.
Further, the calculation service center is responsible for receiving the positioning information frame sent by the positioning base station, automatically calculating the position, calculating the positioning data, filtering the algorithm and sending the data to the background management system.
Furthermore, the positioning base station and the positioning tag communicate through a Bluetooth protocol technology, when the positioning tag enters a signal coverage range of the positioning base station, communication is established, the positioning base station finishes acquisition of information frames of the positioning tag, and the positioning base station resolves through resolving service to obtain positioning data, and the resolved positioning data is sent to a background management system through a message middleware, so that data support is provided for management decision-making personnel.
Furthermore, the positioning base station is composed of a signal collecting sensor and a data transmission module, is distributed in a construction area in a wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted mode, covers the area with signals, can identify passing positioning tags and uploads the passing positioning tags to a resolving service center, the resolving service center receives positioning information frames sent by the positioning base station, automatically performs position resolving filtration, sends the positioning tag positioning information frames to a background management system after resolving is successful, and the background management system resolves and stores the received data in a database, so that follow-up query and backtracking are facilitated.
Furthermore, the system has the functions of personnel searching and positioning, activity track playback, intelligent uncapping detection and unworn safety helmet monitoring;
the background management system monitors personnel in real time, the electronic map displays the positions of all personnel in an area in real time, monitoring personnel dynamically master the quantity and real-time distribution condition of the personnel, and when the personnel search and position, the names or numbers of the personnel are input to quickly position the position where the personnel are located;

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a positioning device and system for monitoring information of a worker in a construction site in real time includes a positioning tag 1 attached to a constructor, a positioning base station 2, a calculation service center 3 and a background management system 4, wherein the positioning tag 1 is attached to a safety helmet, the positioning tag 1 enters a signal coverage range of the positioning base station 2 and automatically establishes a connection with the positioning base station 2, the positioning base station 2 completes acquisition of positioning data according to a built-in rule, and transmits the positioning data to the calculation service center 3 through a data message middleware for calculation so as to calculate an actual position of the positioning tag 1 and store the actual position of the positioning tag in an entity database;
the background management system 4 displays the positions of all the personnel in the area in real time through the electronic map, monitors the dynamic state of the personnel, and masters the quantity and real-time distribution condition of the personnel.
The calculation service center 3 is responsible for receiving the positioning information frame sent by the positioning base station, automatically calculating the position, calculating the positioning data, filtering the algorithm and sending the data to the background management system 4.
Further, the positioning base station 2 communicates with the positioning tag 1 through a Bluetooth protocol technology, when the positioning tag enters a signal coverage range of the positioning base station, communication is established, the positioning base station 2 finishes acquisition of information frames of the positioning tag 1, the information frames are resolved through resolving service to obtain positioning data, the resolved positioning data are sent to a background management system 4 through a message middleware, and data support is provided for management decision-making personnel.
Furthermore, the positioning base station 2 is composed of a signal collecting sensor and a data transmission module, is distributed in a construction area in a wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted mode, and covers the area with signals, can identify passing positioning tags and upload the passing positioning tags to the resolving service center 3, the resolving service center 3 can automatically perform position resolving and filtering when receiving positioning information frames sent by the positioning base station 2, can send the positioning tag positioning information frames to the background management system after resolving is successful, and the background management system can resolve and store the received data in a database, so that follow-up query and backtracking are facilitated.
The installation of the positioning base station 2 and the background management system 4 are managed in a unified way, so that the state of the positioning base station 2 can be checked in real time, and if the positioning base station is damaged or fails, the positioning base station is pushed to related management personnel in a message mode for maintenance. The construction method is characterized in that the construction method is distributed in a construction area in a wall hanging or ceiling-sucking mode, signal coverage is carried out on the area, and finally all-round coverage is carried out on the whole construction site. A positioning device and a system for monitoring information of building site personnel in real time comprise a positioning tag attached to a constructor, a positioning base station, a calculation service center and a background management system, and are characterized in that the positioning tag is attached to a safety helmet, enters a signal coverage range of the positioning base station, automatically establishes a connection with the positioning base station, finishes acquisition of positioning data according to a built-in rule, transmits the positioning data to the calculation service center through a data message middleware, calculates the actual position of the positioning tag and stores the actual position of the calculated positioning tag in an entity database;
the background management system displays the positions of all the personnel in the area in real time through the electronic map, monitors the personnel dynamics, and masters the personnel number and the real-time distribution condition.

The positioning device and system for monitoring information of construction site personnel in real time according to claim 1, wherein the calculation service center is responsible for receiving a positioning information frame sent by the positioning base station, automatically calculating the position, calculating the positioning data, performing algorithm filtering, and sending the data to the background management system.
