And the extreme pressure antiwear agent is one or more of fatty alcohol ethoxylated phosphate, isooctyl acid phosphate octadecylamine salt and butyl isooctyl phosphate dodecylamine salt.
The base oil is coal liquefied Fischer-Tropsch light oil, and the component is C12~C21Alkane, content > 95%, wherein C12~C13Alkane content > 90%, C14~C21The alkane content is 9-10%.
Fischer-Tropsch synthesis is a process for preparing hydrocarbon compounds by using synthesis gas as a raw material. The synthesis gas can be prepared from natural gas, coal, light hydrocarbon, heavy oil, biomass and other raw materials. According to the raw material of the synthesis gas, the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis oil can be divided into: coal-to-liquids (CTL), Biomass-to-liquids (BTL) and Gas-to-liquids (GTL). Indirect liquefaction of coal first gasifies the coal, which is then converted to hydrocarbon fuels by fischer-tropsch synthesis. The produced oil has the characteristics of high octane number, high H/C content, low sulfur and low aromatic hydrocarbon, mutual solubility with common oil, and the like. Meanwhile, the coal-to-liquid has the characteristics of low kinematic viscosity, small density, low volume heat value and the like. The coal-based oil is beneficial to China to get rid of excessive dependence on imported crude oil and petroleum products, so that the energy safety is improved, and the coal-based oil is an important product in the field of coal chemical industry. The industrial products refer to the following links:http:// www.yitaigroup.com/product/4215.htm。
the preparation method of the lubricating oil for rolling the aluminum foil comprises the following steps:
weighing base oil, an oiliness agent, a lubricant and an extreme pressure antiwear agent according to a mass ratio;
heating the stirring kettle to 40-60 ℃, adding the base oil, starting stirring, then sequentially adding the oiliness agent, the lubricant and the extreme pressure antiwear agent, rotating at the speed of 60-120r/min for 120-150min, and obtaining the aluminum foil rolling lubricating oil.
The application of the aluminum foil rolling lubricating oil in aluminum foil rolling.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
1. the lubricating oil of the invention adopts Fischer-Tropsch synthesis light oil as a main component, has high alkane component content, basically does not contain miscellaneous components such as aromatic hydrocarbon, sulfur and the like, and has the advantages of low viscosity, narrow distillation range, high flash point, small additive dosage, good lubricating property, good annealing cleanness and the like.
2. The lubricating oil disclosed by the invention can meet the requirement of a precision rolling process of an aluminum foil continuous multi-roller unit by compounding an oiliness agent, a high-efficiency lubricant and an extreme pressure agent, and meanwhile, the aluminum foil rolling lubricating oil is easy to biodegrade and environment-friendly, and does not influence the annealing cleaning performance of the surface of an aluminum foil.
3. The aluminum foil rolling oil has the characteristics of low viscosity, good lubricity, good low-temperature annealing cleanness, no corrosion, good processing surface quality and the like, and meets the requirements of a precision rolling process of an aluminum foil continuous multi-roller unit.
4. Compared with petroleum-based base oil used in the prior art, the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis light oil used as the lubricating oil has the advantages of high alkane content (more than 99%), basically no sulfur, aromatic hydrocarbon and other components, narrow distillation range, low kinematic viscosity, better lubricating performance and the like, and better meets the use requirements of metal foil and strip rolling. The Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil of the coal liquefied gas is an important strategic storage technology in China, the development of the high value-added product of the Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil effectively improves the application value of the Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil, reduces the dependence on petroleum-based products, and has important social and economic benefits.
5. One of the technical problems to be solved by the invention is to provide a novel aluminum foil rolling lubricating oil which can improve the lubricating property of rolling oil and can meet the requirements of the aluminum foil continuous multi-roller unit finish rolling process because the lubricating property of the conventional aluminum foil rolling lubricating oil is not enough to meet the requirements of the aluminum foil continuous multi-roller unit finish rolling process and because the aluminum material is soft, the aluminum foil can reach the thickness of micron grade and the surface is easy to scratch, wrinkle, fracture and the like. The aluminum foil rolling lubricating oil has the characteristics of no phosphorus, good biodegradability and environmental friendliness, and does not influence the surface annealing cleaning performance of the aluminum foil.

The invention adopts Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil as base oil, has the advantages of higher alkane content (more than 99.8 percent), less components such as sulfur, aromatic hydrocarbon and the like, narrow distillation range and the like, and endows the processed oil with better annealing detergency than the traditional aluminum foil rolling oil, better surface property after processing and the characteristic of environmental friendliness. (narrower distillation range, less aluminum corrosion, environmental friendly.)
2. The additive is reasonably used, so that the low kinematic viscosity of an oil product is kept, the oil product is endowed with better extreme pressure lubricity, and the speed and the quality of continuous multi-roller rolling of aluminum foil rolling can be effectively ensured. (lower kinematic viscosity, lower coefficient of friction, higher extreme pressure value.)
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that: various substitutions, changes and modifications are possible without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention and the appended claims, and therefore the scope of the invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed.
