The embodiment provides a preparation method of lubricating oil for rolling aluminum plates and aluminum foils, which mainly comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing graphene oxide-based nano silicon dioxide:
dissolving 0.5g of polyvinylpyrrolidone in 50mL of absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare polyvinylpyrrolidone solution;
adding 0.05g of graphene oxide into 40mL of deionized water, and uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain a graphene oxide aqueous solution;
adding a graphene oxide aqueous solution into a polyvinylpyrrolidone solution, performing ultrasonic treatment at room temperature, performing magnetic stirring, adding 5mL of ammonia water and 1mL of tetraethoxysilane under the condition of magnetic stirring, and continuously stirring to prepare a mixed solution;
and centrifuging the mixed solution, washing the centrifuged product with deionized water for 5 times, and drying at 80 ℃ for 12 hours to obtain the graphene oxide-based nano silicon dioxide.
(2) Sequentially adding graphene oxide-based nano silicon dioxide, isooctyl acid phosphate ester octadecylamine salt and octadecenoic acid into light white oil W1-80, heating and stirring at 80 ℃ for 40min to obtain a mixed solution, wherein the stirring speed is 2500r/min;
sequentially adding methyl oleate and dodecanol into the mixed solution, stirring at 90 ℃ for 60min (the stirring speed is 2000 r/min), and cooling to room temperature to obtain uniform transparent oil, namely the lubricating oil for rolling the aluminum plate and the aluminum foil;
the light white oil comprises, by mass, 97 parts of light white oil W1-80, 1 part of methyl oleate, 1 part of dodecanol, 0.5 part of graphene oxide-based nano silicon dioxide and 0.5 part of octadecenoic acid.
Example 6
The embodiment provides a preparation method of lubricating oil for rolling aluminum plates and aluminum foils, which mainly comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing graphene oxide-based nano silicon dioxide:
dissolving 0.5g of polyvinylpyrrolidone in 50mL of absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare polyvinylpyrrolidone solution;
adding 0.05g of graphene oxide into 40mL of deionized water, and uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain a graphene oxide aqueous solution;
adding a graphene oxide aqueous solution into a polyvinylpyrrolidone solution, performing ultrasonic treatment at room temperature, performing magnetic stirring, adding 5mL of ammonia water and 1mL of tetraethoxysilane under the condition of magnetic stirring, and continuously stirring to prepare a mixed solution;
and centrifuging the mixed solution, washing the centrifuged product with deionized water for 5 times, and drying at 80 ℃ for 12 hours to obtain the graphene oxide-based nano silicon dioxide.
(2) Sequentially adding graphene oxide-based nano silicon dioxide, isooctyl acid phosphate ester octadecylamine salt and octadecenoic acid into light white oil W1-80, heating and stirring at 80 ℃ for 40min to obtain a mixed solution, wherein the stirring speed is 2500r/min;
sequentially adding methyl oleate and dodecanol into the mixed solution, stirring at 90 ℃ for 60min (the stirring speed is 2000 r/min), and cooling to room temperature to obtain uniform transparent oil, namely the lubricating oil for rolling the aluminum plate and the aluminum foil;
the light white oil comprises, by mass, 97 parts of light white oil W1-80, 1 part of methyl oleate, 1 part of dodecanol and 1 part of graphene oxide-based nano silicon dioxide.
The results of measuring the properties of the lubricating oils for aluminum foil rolling of aluminum plates and sheets of examples 1 to 6 are shown in tables 1 and 2.

As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, graphene oxide-based nano-silica, isooctyl acid phosphate ester octadecylamine salt and octadecenoic acid act synergistically to improve the oil film bearing capacity of the lubricating oil, so that the lubricating property is good, and when one of the raw materials is not added, the effect is not good.
The invention provides a lubricating oil for rolling aluminum plates and aluminum foils, which takes light white oil W1-80 as base oil, the light white oil W1-80 is a mixture consisting of various liquid saturated hydrocarbons, and the lubricating oil has the characteristics of no color, no odor, good oxidation stability, good chemical stability, good light stability, stability to acid, light and heat, low fluorescence level, small environmental pollution and the like, and simultaneously, the oil film bearing capacity of the lubricating oil is improved and the lubricating property is good by the synergistic effect of graphene oxide-based nano silicon dioxide, isooctyl acid phosphate ester octadecylamine salt and octadecenoic acid.

the light white oil comprises, by mass, 90-97 parts of light white oil, 1-2 parts of methyl oleate, 0.5-1 part of dodecanol, 0.1-0.2 part of graphene oxide-based nano silicon dioxide, 0.5-1 part of isooctyl acid phosphate ester octadecylamine salt and 0.1-0.3 part of octadecenoic acid.
2. The lubricating oil for rolling aluminum plates and foils according to claim 1, wherein: the light white oil comprises light white oil W1-80.
3. The lubricating oil for rolling aluminum foil onto aluminum plates as set forth in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the preparation method of the graphene oxide-based nano silicon dioxide comprises the following steps,
dissolving polyvinylpyrrolidone in absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare polyvinylpyrrolidone solution;
adding graphene oxide into deionized water, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a graphene oxide aqueous solution;
adding a graphene oxide aqueous solution into a polyvinylpyrrolidone mixed solution, performing ultrasonic treatment at room temperature, performing magnetic stirring, adding ammonia water and tetraethoxysilane under the condition of magnetic stirring, and continuously stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
and centrifuging the mixed solution, washing the centrifuged product with deionized water for 3-5 times, and drying to obtain the graphene oxide-based nano silicon dioxide.
4. The lubricant for rolling aluminum plates and foils according to claim 3, wherein: dissolving polyvinylpyrrolidone in absolute ethyl alcohol, wherein the mass volume ratio of polyvinylpyrrolidone to absolute ethyl alcohol is in the range of g: mL is 1.
5. The lubricant for rolling aluminum plates and foils according to claim 3, wherein: adding graphene oxide into deionized water, wherein the mass volume ratio of the graphene oxide to the deionized water is as follows in g: mL is 1.

and sequentially adding methyl oleate and dodecanol into the mixed solution, heating, stirring and cooling to room temperature to obtain uniform transparent oil, thus obtaining the lubricating oil for rolling the aluminum plate and the aluminum foil.

The method for preparing the lubricating oil for rolling the aluminum plate and the aluminum foil according to claim 9, wherein the lubricating oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: heating and stirring to prepare a mixed solution, wherein the heating temperature is 70-90 ℃, the stirring speed is 2000-2500 r/min, and the stirring reaction time is 30-50 min;
and heating, stirring and cooling to room temperature to obtain uniform transparent oil, wherein the heating temperature is 80-90 ℃, the stirring speed is 1000-2000 r/min, and the stirring reaction time is 40-60 min.
