Abstract
The invention discloses an aluminum plate and foil rolling additive composition, which comprises the following components: C14-C18 isoparaffin, C10-C18 mixed fatty alcohol, C10-C18 mixed fatty acid ester, low molecular weight polyether ester and phosphate extreme pressure agent. The aluminum plate and foil rolling additive composition adopts medium-carbon-chain high-purity fatty alcohol, high-purity synthetic ester and compound low-molecular-weight polyether ester, is a volatile and low-residue compound rolling additive, has the oil film strength far higher than that of a traditional alcohol ester compound additive, and meets the special requirements of drug foil rolling.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an additive for cold rolling of aluminum plate and strip foil, in particular to an additive composition for rolling of drug foil.
Background
The medicinal aluminum foil is used in a large amount on packaging materials of various medicines such as tablets, pills, capsules, granules and the like, and is packaged in an aluminum-plastic bubble cap mode, and the package not only can better protect the quality performance of the medicines, but also has the characteristics of high packaging production speed, low cost, light weight, small storage space, convenience in transportation and use and the like.
At present, 8011 alloy foil is mostly adopted as the medicinal aluminum foil, the thickness is 0.02mm, and the state is H18. The quality control of the medicinal foil has the requirement of surface wetting property, the surface wetting tension is required to be more than or equal to 34dyn/mm, the surface wetting property is closely related to the oil carried on the surface of a finished medicinal foil product, and the surface wetting property of the medicinal foil is influenced because the surface tension is reduced due to the fact that more oil is carried on the surface. The contradiction between the oil film strength and the residue of the rolling oil additive can occur when the traditional alcohol ester acid additive is adopted, the volatility of the additive is good, the residue is less, the oil film strength is insufficient, the rolling process is influenced, and vice versa.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an aluminum plate and foil rolling additive composition, which adopts medium-carbon chain high-purity fatty alcohol, high-purity synthetic ester and compound low-molecular-weight polyether ester, is a volatile and low-residue compound rolling additive, has oil film strength far higher than that of a traditional alcohol ester compound additive, and meets the special requirements of drug foil rolling.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design an aluminum plate, strip and foil rolling additive composition, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
5 to 15 percent of C14 to C18 isoparaffin,
20 to 60 percent of C10 to C18 mixed fatty alcohol,
20 to 60 percent of C10 to C18 mixed fatty acid ester,
10 to 30 percent of low molecular weight polyether ester,
0.01 to 0.1 percent of phosphate extreme pressure agent.
Preferably, the isoparaffin is a C16 isoparaffin.
Preferably, the mixed fatty alcohol is a mixture of C12 straight chain fatty alcohol and C14 isomeric fatty alcohol.
Preferably, the mixed fatty acid ester is a mixture of methyl C12-carboxylate and isopropyl C12-carboxylate.
Preferably, the low molecular weight polyether ester is an esterified derivative of PEG 200.
Preferably, the phosphate ester extreme pressure agents include triphenyl phosphate and tributyl phosphate.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the aluminum plate and foil rolling additive composition adopts medium-carbon-chain high-purity fatty alcohol, high-purity synthetic ester and compound low-molecular-weight polyether ester, is a volatile and low-residue compound rolling additive, has the oil film strength far higher than that of a traditional alcohol ester compound additive, and meets the special requirements of drug foil rolling.
The aluminum plate and strip foil cold rolling is carried out by adopting the composite additive of the invention, and the composite additive has the following characteristics:
1. the aluminum foil can be rolled only by adopting the composite additive, and other additives do not need to be added at the same time, so that the complexity of compounding is reduced;
2. the volatility of the additive is accurately controlled, the residue is very little, and the additive is easy to purge;
3. the additive has high oil film strength, and can reduce the use amount by 10-20% compared with the traditional compound additive;
4. by adopting the additive, the wetting tension of the finished aluminum foil product is high, can easily reach more than 34dyn/mm, and the attenuation is little.
