The limitation of the angle is to ensure that the downward force from the connecting pin is larger than that of the connecting block no matter the connecting block is clamped into the slot at the front end or the slot at the rear end, theoretically, the force of the connecting pin to the connecting block can be ensured to be in a friction circle (self-locking) only by controlling the friction coefficient of the upper surface of the connecting block and the slot, namely, the connecting block and the movable frame cannot generate relative displacement. In fact: if the linkage block is directly connected by a gear rack, the working state of the transmission nut is unstable theoretically because the force of the second reversing gear to the rack is transverse, but the structure of the part can be self-locked, so that the state is stable regardless of the unlocking or locking of the transmission nut.

As a further scheme of the invention: the triangular limiting frame comprises a positioning groove and a frame body, the positioning groove is arranged in an inwards concave manner, and an upper frame plate of the triangular limiting frame inclines rightwards and faces downwards; and the inclination angle of the left side of the upper side top of the removing block is smaller than the inclination angle of the side plate on the left side of the positioning groove and larger than the inclination angle of the side plate on the left side and the right side of the positioning groove. After the cleaning nut is moved to the limit position, the moving direction of the release block pushing the release roller is determined. In fact, the state of releasing the roller is such that: when the transmission nut is in transmission, the position of the releasing rolling rod is in a gap between the triangular limiting frame and the triangular limiting block and is lapped on the upper end surface of a non-top of the releasing block, at the moment, if the first wedge block is pushed downwards by the second limiting baffle, the contact rolling rod does not participate in the process that the first wedge block is pressed down by the second limiting baffle because the releasing rolling rod is not in contact with the second rack, when the first wedge block is clamped with the second limiting baffle, the cleaning nut is rotated out by a third motor (the third nut and the mounting base plate are in sliding connection, the prior art) to ensure that the second wedge block is separated from the contact of the releasing block, at the moment, the releasing block moves downwards under the action of a third spring to separate from the limit of the releasing rolling rod, the releasing rolling rod can slide into the positioning groove along the gap between the triangular limiting frame and the triangular limiting block, and when the cleaning nut provided with the second wedge block returns to the initial position, thereby the second wedge can promote to remove the piece upward movement and promote to remove the hob and upwards promote the second rack, and then drive first wedge break away from with the second limit baffle between the joint, when removing the hob and move the top, because the convex setting of second rack lower extreme to and the fillet of the spacing profile top of triangle all can remove the hob and be crowded initial position to the right, wait for the next cycle. It should be noted that: as shown in fig. 12, the distance between the end line of the left inclined surface of the top above the top and the left inner surface of the triangular limit frame is less than half of the inner diameter of the release roller; the release roller can be released from the contact of the top head.

Wherein; the cleaning brush 15 is provided with a limit flange 17 at two sides, which is matched with the cleaning chute 12 in size. The limiting flange 17 is used for stabilizing the sweeping push rod set 44 during the extension and retraction process.
The upper surfaces of the front and rear ends of the link block 38 are perpendicular to the inclined corners of the photovoltaic panel 3. The angle is limited to ensure that the downward force from the pin 43 is inclined at a larger angle than the linkage block 38 regardless of whether the front end of the linkage block 38 is clamped into the slot 39-1 or the rear end of the linkage block 38 is clamped into the slot 39-1, and theoretically, the force of the pin 43 on the linkage block 38 can be ensured to be within a friction circle (self-locking) only by controlling the friction coefficient of the upper surface of the linkage block 38 and the slot 39-1, namely, the relative displacement between the linkage block 38 and the movable frame 39 cannot be generated. In fact: if the linkage block 38 is directly connected by a rack and pinion, the working state of the drive nut 41 is theoretically unstable because the force of the second reversing gear 40 to the rack is transverse, but the structure of the part can be self-locked, so that the state is stable regardless of whether the drive nut 41 is unlocked or locked.
And contact electric sheets are arranged on the clamping surfaces of the first wedge-shaped block 25 and the second limit baffle 24. Because the clamping time between the first wedge-shaped block 25 and the second limit baffle 24 is theoretically closest to the stopping time of the cleaning shell 6 on the threaded rod 9, when the first wedge-shaped block 25 and the second limit baffle 24 are clamped, the upper half nut and the lower half nut of the transmission nut 41 are automatically separated, the movement of the cleaning shell 6 is finished, at the moment, the electric sheets are contacted, the third motor 29 moves, and the cleaning push rod group 44 is pushed to the photovoltaic panel 3, so that cleaning is finished. When the sweeping push rod set 44 moves back to the limit position, the first wedge block 25 is retracted, so that the first wedge block 25 is separated from the contact with the second limit baffle 24, the further transmission nut 41 is connected with the threaded rod 9 in a threaded mode again, and the cleaning shell 6 continues to move.
The triangular limiting frame 35 comprises a positioning groove 35-1 and a frame body 35-2, the positioning groove 35-1 is arranged in an inwards concave manner, and an upper frame plate of the triangular limiting frame 35 inclines rightwards and faces downwards; and the inclination angle of the left side of the upper side plug 31-2 of the releasing block 31 is smaller than the inclination angle of the left side plate of the positioning groove 35-1 and larger than the inclination angle of the left side plate of the positioning groove 35-1. After the cleaning nut 27 is moved to the limit position, the moving direction of the releasing block 31 pushing the releasing roller 36 is determined. In fact, the state of the release roller 36 is such that: when the transmission nut 41 transmits, the position of the releasing roller 36 is in the gap between the triangular limit frame 35 and the triangular limit block 37 and is lapped on the upper end surface of the non-top 31-2 of the releasing block 31, at this time, if the first wedge block 25 is pushed downwards by the second limit baffle 24, because the releasing roller 36 does not contact with the second rack 34, the contacting roller does not participate in the process that the first wedge block 25 is pressed down by the second limit baffle 24, when the first wedge block 25 is clamped with the second limit baffle 24, the cleaning nut 27 is rotated out by the third motor 29 (the third nut and the installation bottom plate 14 are in sliding connection, the prior art) to separating the second wedge block 26 from the contact of the releasing block 31, at this time, the releasing block 31 moves downwards under the action of the third spring 30, so as to separate from the limit of the releasing roller 36, the releasing roller 36 slides into the positioning groove 35-1 along the gap between the triangular limit frame 35 and the triangular limit block 37, when the cleaning nut 27 provided with the second wedge block 26 returns to the initial position, the second wedge block 26 can push the releasing block 31 to move upwards so as to push the releasing rolling rod 36 to push the second rack 34 upwards, and then drive the first wedge block 25 to be separated from the clamping connection with the second limit baffle 24, when the releasing rolling rod 36 moves to the top, because the circular arc at the lower end of the second rack 34 is arranged, and the round angle above the triangular limit outline can be used for releasing the rolling rod 36 from being extruded to the right to the initial position, and waiting for the next circulation. It should be noted that: as shown in fig. 12, the distance between the end line of the left inclined surface of the plug 31-2 above the plug 31-2 and the left inner surface of the triangular limit frame 35 is less than half of the inner diameter of the release roller 36; it is ensured that the release roller 36 can be released from the contact with the plug 31-2. The first motor 5, the second motor 8 and the third motor 29 are all stepping motors. As they both require positive and negative rotation. The first spring 11, the second spring 20, the third spring 30, the fourth spring 45, and the fifth spring 47 are compression springs. The functions are all reset.
When in use, the specific motion process of the device is as follows: firstly, the first motor 5 is started, the first motor 5 drives the threaded rod 9 to rotate, and therefore the cleaning shell 6 is driven to move rightwards relative to the threaded rod 9 through the transmission nut 41 (as shown in figure 3); when the cleaning housing 6 is moved to the position of the first stopper post 10: firstly, the first limit baffle 18 is blocked by the limit column 10, the device continues to move, the second limit baffle 24 is extruded by the limit column 10 and moves towards the inside of the cleaning shell 6, so that the second spring 20 is compressed, and simultaneously the first transmission rod 19 is driven to move rightwards (as shown in figure 6); thereby moving to the right (as shown in fig. 13) against the second motion bar, and thereby bringing the outer contour of the linkage block 38 to be inserted deeper to the right into the slot 39-1 of the moving frame 39; because the movable frame 39 is slidably disposed on the mounting base plate 14, the outer contour of the linkage block 38 forces the movable frame 39 to move upward, so as to force the second reversing gear 40 to move counterclockwise (as shown in fig. 10), so that the split rods 42 on both sides move toward different directions, respectively, so as to force the two half nuts of the transmission nut 41 to separate from the threaded connection of the threaded column; so that the cleaning shell 6 stops moving relative to the threaded rod 9. Meanwhile, the second limit baffle 24 on the left side of the second transmission rod 22 forces the first wedge 25 to move downward until the first wedge 25 is engaged with the second limit block. At this time, the third motor 29 will be started (the clamping surface of the first wedge-shaped block 25 and the clamping surface of the second limit baffle 24 are provided with contact electric pieces), so that the cleaning brush 15 supported by the cleaning push rod set 44 (in fact, a telescopic structure formed by hinging a plurality of rotating rods, similar to a sliding door of a building body, and having a major advantage that the size ratio is large when the cleaning brush is retracted and extended) moves forward, the limit flange 17 moves downward along the cleaning chute 12 to clean the photovoltaic panel 3, until the limit position is reached, the limit flange 17 presses the bump at the lower end of the limit column 10 to the lower end (as shown in fig. 2), so as to force the upper end of the limit column 10 to retract into the mounting frame 4, at this time, the first limit baffle 18 rapidly pops up to press the limit column 10 into the mounting frame 4 under the action of the second spring 20 (note that the second limit baffle 24 of the second transmission rod 22 is still clamped with the first wedge-shaped block 25, the second transmission rod 22 is not ejected (see fig. 7)), then the third motor 29 is reversed (in fact, since the number of forward and reverse rotation turns of the third motor 29 is theoretically the same, only the number of rotation turns of the third motor 29 needs to be controlled, which is simple and reliable), the sweeping push rod set 44 is retracted, and then the first wedge block 25 and the second limit baffle 24 are released from being clamped (see the first embodiment); under the action of the fifth spring 47, the linkage block 38 will make a return movement, so that the pin 43 is forced to rotate by the moving frame 39, so that the driving nut 41 is screwed with the threaded rod 9 again, and the limit column 10 loses the limit on the cleaning shell 6 at this time, so that the limit shell continues to move until the next limit column 10, and the above-mentioned movement is repeated. So that each photovoltaic panel 3 can be cleaned in place.
After cleaning last photovoltaic board 3 has been accomplished to clean shell 6, second motor 8 rotates certain angle to force clean shell 6 to rotate certain angle for threaded rod 9 through revolving fragment 7 (as long as during the return stroke, spacing post 10 can not block clean shell 6), first motor 5 reversal, thereby clean shell 6 moves behind the starting point, and the second motor 8 reversal is got back to initial position and can be accomplished whole clean process.
It should be noted that the connection between the installation base 14 and the component is clearly described in the present invention, and in fact, the installation base 14 is not manufactured with creative labor as long as the connection between the installation base 14 and the component is determined, and therefore, the invention is not limited thereto.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
