The method further comprises the following steps: recording the name, the position and the direction information of the route key node to the destination in the route information; and automatically playing voice reminding information when the position of the first terminal equipment or the second terminal equipment deviates from the preset distance threshold of the path key node.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention provides the routing graph including the route key nodes, and performs guidance and voice prompt during route deviation according to the routing graph, thereby facilitating further realization of accurate guidance.
In the application of the railway passenger station, the indoor guiding method based on voice recognition provided by the embodiment of the invention can automatically navigate to a fixed position in the station or search other passengers in a voice inquiry mode, so that the passengers can conveniently go out. Compared with the prior art, the method can quickly find a fixed place and move the passenger, effectively realize quick navigation of the target place and the target person in the station under the background of large passenger flow, and improve the convenience of travel of the passenger.
It should be noted that the embodiment of the present invention may be used for indoor guidance in any indoor place, and is not limited to a certain place.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an indoor guidance system based on speech recognition according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the system includes a server 1 and a first terminal device 2; wherein: the first terminal device 2 is used for collecting user inquiry voice information and sending the user inquiry voice information to the server; the server 1 is configured to: receiving user query voice information sent by a first terminal device 2, performing voice recognition according to the user query voice information, acquiring a voice recognition result list ordered from high to low according to a matching value through query matching, and sending the preset number of voice recognition results in the voice recognition result list to the first terminal device 2; the first terminal device 2 is further configured to: acquiring voice recognition result confirmation information according to the voice recognition result list, and sending the voice recognition result confirmation information to the server 1; the server 1 is further configured to: receiving voice recognition result confirmation information sent by the first terminal device 2, wherein the voice recognition result confirmation information includes information of one voice recognition result in the voice recognition result list; and according to the voice recognition result, confirming information to obtain destination information, planning path information from the position of the first terminal device 2 to the position of the destination according to the destination information, and sending the path information to the first terminal device 2.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the voice recognition is carried out according to the voice information inquired by the user, the voice recognition result list ordered from high to low according to the matching value is obtained through inquiry matching, the voice recognition result confirmation information sent by the first terminal equipment is received, the destination information is obtained according to the voice recognition result confirmation information, and the path information is planned and sent, so that the accurate obtaining of the destination information of the user is realized, and the effective and convenient indoor guidance is realized.
Further, based on the above embodiment, the user inquiry voice information includes location information; when the server 1 is configured to perform speech recognition according to the user query speech information and obtain a speech recognition result list sorted according to matching values through query matching, the server is specifically configured to: and acquiring place keyword information according to the place information, performing matching query in a place database according to the place keyword information, and performing descending ordering on query results according to matching values to obtain the voice recognition result list.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the embodiment of the present invention provides a method for acquiring a corresponding voice recognition result list when a user inquires that voice information includes location information, which is helpful for implementing destination location guidance.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an indoor guidance system based on speech recognition according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the system further comprises a video capture device 3; when the server 1 is configured to confirm information acquisition destination information according to the voice recognition result, the server is specifically configured to: and if the places corresponding to the voice recognition result confirmation information are multiple, acquiring the personnel queuing information acquired by the video acquisition equipment 3 of the place corresponding to the voice recognition result confirmation information, and taking the place with the least queuing personnel as the destination according to the personnel queuing information.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in the embodiment of the present invention, when there are a plurality of places corresponding to the voice recognition result confirmation information, the person queuing information acquired by the video acquisition device at the place corresponding to the voice recognition result confirmation information is acquired, and the place with the least number of people queued is used as the destination according to the person queuing information, which is favorable for better meeting the guidance requirement of the user.

On the basis of the embodiment, the account name of the target system is acquired according to the voice recognition result confirmation information, the position of the second terminal device where the account name of the target system is logged in is acquired, and the position of the second terminal device is determined to serve as a destination or provide a middle meeting point according to the distance between the position of the first terminal device and the position of the second terminal device, so that more convenient indoor person searching guidance is facilitated.
Further, based on the above embodiment, the preset distance threshold range is a preset proportion of the farthest indoor path.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the embodiment of the invention improves the reasonability of destination determination by setting the preset distance threshold range as the preset proportion of the indoor farthest path.
Further, based on the above embodiment, if the destination is the intermediate meeting point, the server 1 is further configured to: and planning path information from the position of the second terminal equipment 4 to the position of the destination according to the information of the destination, and sending the path information to the second terminal equipment 4.

receiving user query voice information sent by first terminal equipment, performing voice recognition according to the user query voice information, acquiring a voice recognition result list ordered from high to low according to a matching value through query matching, and sending the preset number of voice recognition results in the voice recognition result list to the first terminal equipment;
receiving voice recognition result confirmation information sent by the first terminal device, wherein the voice recognition result confirmation information comprises information of one voice recognition result in the voice recognition result list;
and confirming information according to the voice recognition result to obtain destination information, planning path information from the position of the first terminal device to the position of the destination according to the destination information, and sending the path information to the first terminal device.

The indoor guidance method based on voice recognition according to claim 1, wherein the user inquiry voice information includes location information; the voice recognition according to the user inquiry voice information and the voice recognition result list obtained through inquiry matching and sorted according to the matching value comprises the following steps:
and acquiring place keyword information according to the place information, performing matching query in a place database according to the place keyword information, and performing descending ordering on query results according to matching values to obtain the voice recognition result list.
3. The indoor guidance method based on voice recognition according to claim 2, wherein the confirming information acquisition destination information according to the voice recognition result includes:
if the voice recognition result confirmation information corresponds to a plurality of places, further judging whether the voice inquiry information of the user contains a limiting condition;
if yes, selecting one of the places corresponding to the voice recognition result confirmation information as the destination according to the limiting condition; the limiting condition comprises one of the minimum number of people in queue, the shortest distance and the shortest time; the places with the least queuing number are obtained by analyzing the personnel queuing information collected by the video collecting equipment arranged in each place;
and if not, selecting one of the places corresponding to the voice recognition result confirmation information as the destination according to a preset rule.

The indoor booting method based on voice recognition of claim 1, characterized in that the user inquiry voice message includes a system account name; the voice recognition according to the user inquiry voice information and the voice recognition result list obtained through inquiry matching and sorted according to the matching value comprises the following steps: and performing matching query in a system account database according to the system account name, and performing descending sorting on query results according to matching values to obtain the voice recognition result list.

the first terminal equipment is used for collecting voice information inquired by a user and sending the voice information to the server;
the server is configured to: receiving user query voice information sent by first terminal equipment, performing voice recognition according to the user query voice information, acquiring a voice recognition result list ordered from high to low according to a matching value through query matching, and sending the preset number of voice recognition results in the voice recognition result list to the first terminal equipment;
