Acquiring information of a destination according to the voice recognition result confirmation information, planning path information from the position of the first terminal equipment to the position of the destination according to the information of the destination, and sending the path information to the first terminal equipment;
the path information comprises a path planning chart formed by path key nodes on the path information; the method further comprises the steps of: recording the name, the position and the direction information of the route key node to the destination in the route information; generating and storing voice reminding information of the path key node, and automatically playing the voice reminding information when the position of the first terminal equipment or the second terminal equipment deviates from the preset distance threshold of the path key node; the second terminal equipment is equipment which is logged in by the name of the target system account of the user to be searched; the path key node comprises an indoor building and a path inflection point;
the step of obtaining the destination information according to the voice recognition result confirmation information includes:
if the voice recognition result confirmation information corresponds to a plurality of places, further judging whether the user inquiry voice information contains limiting conditions or not;
If the voice recognition result confirmation information is included, selecting one of a plurality of voice recognition result confirmation information corresponding places as the destination according to the limiting condition; the limiting conditions comprise one of the minimum number of queuing people, the shortest distance and the shortest time; the method comprises the steps that a place with the least queuing number is obtained through analysis of queuing information of people collected by video collecting equipment arranged at each place;
and if the voice recognition result confirmation information does not contain the voice recognition result confirmation information, selecting one of the corresponding places of the voice recognition result confirmation information as the destination according to a preset rule.
