Description

Ventilation plate for pressing plant leaf specimens and application method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a ventilation board, in particular to a ventilation board for pressing plant cured leaf specimens and an application method thereof.
Background
The plant leaf specimen is an important scientific basis for plant classification, morphological dissection and systematic evolution research, and plays an extremely important role in plant scientific research. Some large plant specimen houses often collect over a million copies of a wax leaf specimen, which allows bothers to check specimens collected from different regions throughout the year. Plant scholars need to collect and make plant wax leaf specimens in the field, and the preparation of the wax leaf specimens needs to collect a section of plant with leaves and branches or the whole fresh plant body of plants with flowers and fruits, and the plant specimens are pressed and dried by using absorbent paper and then are pasted on table paper to obtain the wax leaf specimens. The key link for making the wax leaf specimen is the drying process after the water absorption paper is flattened, and the water in the plant body needs to be absorbed and evaporated by the water absorption paper in a short time, so that the plant specimen can be stored for a long time without mildew and rot. The traditional plant wax leaf specimen pressing method adopts frequent replacement of absorbent paper for drying, needs a large amount of standby absorbent paper, is labor-consuming and time-consuming in replacement of the absorbent paper, and can easily make specimens mildewed if the specimens are subjected to long-term rainy days or paper replacement is not frequent. In addition, the traditional drying method for preparing the plant specimen is complicated, and for most specimens, a few days are needed, so that a great deal of manpower, material resources and time are consumed.
The drying speed has great relation to the quality of the plant cured leaf specimen. The faster the specimen dries, the more natural color of the plant can be maintained; the slower the rate, the more likely it will fade, and even become black or mushy. In order to improve the drying speed, in recent years, some botanicals workers at home and abroad use corrugated boards and absorbent paper clamped with plant specimens at intervals when pressing the specimens, and adopt heating sources such as a fan heater, a constant-temperature drying oven, an infrared radiation dryer and the like to enable heated hot air to pass through corrugated paper holes, so that moisture in the plant specimens is rapidly taken away, and the plant specimens are rapidly dried. To date, all improvements have focused on heating sources and methods of heating, and no exception has been the use of corrugated paper for through-air drying. The corrugated board is formed by bonding single-layer or multi-layer wavy corrugated paper and flat paper. However, because corrugated container board's facial tissue permeability is poor, corrugated container board inside corrugated container board is stupefied high little, therefore the ventilation aperture is little, and the corrugated container board is coarse in addition, and the resistance is big during the circulation of air, is pressed the deformation easily again, and actual ventilation effect is poor, causes the sample drying inhomogeneous easily at the stoving sample in-process, ventilates not smoothly also to cause local accumulated heat too high to make the sample scorch even burn, has the conflagration hidden danger. The key of the preparation of drying the wax leaf specimen by using a heating method is to make the water absorbed by the absorbent paper from the plant material quickly enter flowing hot air, so as to realize the quick drying of the specimen. The materials and structure of the existing corrugated board can not meet the requirement. Therefore, designing a ventilation board specially used for pressing plant wax leaf specimens is a key technical problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above situation, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a ventilation board for pressing plant wax leaf specimens and an application method thereof, which can effectively solve the problems of poor ventilation board effect, uneven drying, long drying time and potential safety hazard existing in the existing pressed plant wax leaf specimens.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme includes that the ventilating board for pressing the plant wax leaf specimens comprises a ventilating body, the ventilating body is a cube with six hollowed-out surfaces, the length, the width and the height of the ventilating body are 6-15mm, the width and the thickness of each edge of the ventilating body are 1-2.5mm, a plurality of ventilating bodies with the same structure are adjacently tiled and fixed together to form a three-dimensional net-shaped frame structure, the ventilating board is formed, and the size of the ventilating board is 250-350 x 280-450 x 6-15 mm.
An application method of a ventilation board for pressing plant wax leaf specimens in pressing the plant wax leaf specimens comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the lower layer splint of the specimen folder on the ground, and laying 2-5 layers of absorbent paper;
(2) spreading and paving the trimmed plant specimen, placing the plant specimen on absorbent paper, then paving the absorbent paper on the plant specimen, and adding a ventilation board on the absorbent paper;
(3) laying a piece of absorbent paper on the ventilating board, putting the plant specimen on the absorbent paper again, repeating the steps, laying 2-5 layers of absorbent paper on the plant specimen, placing the upper layer clamping plate of the specimen clamp on the absorbent paper, and pressing and binding the upper layer clamping plate and the absorbent paper together;
(4) and drying the bound specimen clips for 4-12 hours by using a heating device under a ventilation condition to obtain the finished product.
The specimen baking device is simple in structure, small in size, good in water and air permeability, not prone to being pressed and deformed, not prone to accumulating heat in the specimen drying process, capable of improving drying efficiency, even in heating, capable of avoiding specimen scorching and even firing caused by accumulated heat, and remarkable in social and economic benefits.
