FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic structural view of the present invention; FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the structure A-A of FIG. 2; FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the structure B-B of FIG. 1; as shown in the figure: the labyrinth type three-stage filtration and purification system for lubricating oil of the engine comprises an oil sump formed by matching the bottoms of a left crankcase body 4 and a right crankcase body 15; the oil pan is provided with an oil inlet and an oil outlet, and a labyrinth type purification structure is arranged between the oil inlet and the oil outlet of the oil pan; an engine oil filter screen 18 for performing coarse filtration on engine oil entering the labyrinth purification structure and an engine oil fine filter II10 for performing fine filtration are arranged in the labyrinth purification structure; the engine oil accumulated at the oil pan sinks into the labyrinth purification structure and is pumped out by the engine oil pump 12, and part of the engine oil is filtered by the engine oil fine filter I17 to lubricate corresponding parts in the engine; the engine is a vertical engine, an oil pan is correspondingly formed at the bottom of the matching part of the left crankcase body 4 and the right crankcase body 15, and the labyrinth purification structure is positioned between an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the oil pan and below an oil accumulation surface of the oil pan; the engine oil a (i.e. lubricating oil, which will not be described further below) accumulated at the oil pan sinks through an oil inlet of the labyrinth purification structure, is purified through the labyrinth purification structure and an engine oil filter 18 and an engine oil fine filter II10 arranged in the labyrinth purification structure, enters a main oil passage, i.e. an engine oil inlet passage f through an oil outlet of the labyrinth purification structure, is pumped out through the engine oil pump 12, a part of the pumped-out engine oil enters a right crankcase cover oil passage j through an engine oil outlet passage y, and then enters an engine oil fine filter I17 for fine filtering to lubricate a large connecting rod head roller pin of an engine crank connecting rod component 3, and the other part of the pumped-out engine oil enters a right box body oil passage h through an engine oil outlet passage y to lubricate components of the engine such as a cylinder head 1, a main and auxiliary shaft 5 and the like (one strand of the part of the engine oil; the labyrinth purification structure can have a stepped oil pool structure, and the labyrinth purification structure (such as the labyrinth purification structure I is provided with the labyrinth rib E, the labyrinth purification structure II is provided with the oil pool rib F for intercepting impurities in engine oil) and the arrangement of the engine oil filter screen 18 and the engine oil fine filter II10 in the labyrinth purification structure are beneficial to intercepting the impurities of the engine oil entering the labyrinth purification structure, are beneficial to purifying the engine oil, are beneficial to effectively purifying the engine oil under the condition of high load of an engine, avoid the problem of oil duct blockage caused by the fact that more impurities directly enter an oil inlet channel of the engine oil pump, avoid poor lubrication, and avoid the problems of locking of a crank connecting rod, cylinder pulling, valve clamping and the like, and are beneficial to prolonging the service life of the engine; the engine oil fine filter II10 is preferably arranged at a position close to the oil outlet of the labyrinth purification structure, so that the engine oil is ensured to be subjected to fine filtration before entering a main oil gallery, namely an oil inlet passage f of the engine oil pump; the engine oil fine filter I17 is arranged on the right crankcase body 15 side, belongs to the prior art and is not described herein again; the engine oil fine filter I17 and the engine oil fine filter II10 are centrifugal fine filters, and the selection of the engine oil fine filter I17 and the engine oil fine filter II10 belongs to the prior art and is not described again; the present embodiment gives the flow direction of the lubricating oil by means of arrows.
In the present embodiment, the labyrinth purification structure includes a labyrinth purification structure I corresponding to the left crankcase body 4 side and a labyrinth purification structure II corresponding to the right crankcase body 15 side; the labyrinth purification structure I is provided with an oil inlet Ib, a stepped oil pool Ic and an oil outlet Id, and the labyrinth purification structure II is provided with an oil inlet II, a stepped oil pool IIe and an oil outlet IIi which are communicated with the oil outlet Id; the oil outlet IIi is communicated with an oil inlet channel f of the oil pump; an oil inlet of the labyrinth purification structure is an oil inlet Ib, and an oil outlet of the labyrinth purification structure is an oil outlet IIi; the engine oil accumulated at the oil pan is sunk into a stepped oil pool Ic of a labyrinth purification structure I through an oil inlet Ib of the labyrinth purification structure I, and enters a stepped oil pool IIe of the labyrinth purification structure II through an oil outlet Id (namely an oil inlet II), so that the engine oil is subjected to coarse filtration of the stepped oil pool Ic and the stepped oil pool IIe (for example, impurities in the engine oil are intercepted by arranging a labyrinth rib E in the labyrinth purification structure I and arranging an oil pool rib F in the labyrinth purification structure II), coarse filtration of an engine oil filter screen 18 and fine filtration of an engine oil fine filter II10, then enters a main oil duct (namely an engine oil pump oil inlet duct F) through the oil outlet IIi, and finally is pumped out through an engine oil pump 12; do benefit to the filtration to getting into among the labyrinth purification structure machine oil to effectively detach the impurity in the machine oil, guarantee that the engine also can effectively purify machine oil under the high load condition, and the structure sets up rationally.
In this embodiment, the engine oil fine filter II10 is disposed at a position close to the oil outlet IIi of the stepped oil pool IIe; before the engine oil is finely filtered by the engine oil fine filter II10, the engine oil can be coarsely filtered by the labyrinth purification structure, so that larger granular impurities in the engine oil can be intercepted, the filtering effect can be improved, and the service life of the engine oil fine filter II10 can be prolonged; meanwhile, the fine filtration of the engine oil before entering the main oil duct, namely before entering the oil inlet duct f of the engine oil pump, is facilitated, the fine filtration of the engine oil before entering the main oil duct f can be ensured when the engine is greatly inclined forwards so that the engine oil accumulated in the oil pan enters the stepped oil pool IIe through the auxiliary oil inlet duct k, the oil duct blockage problem caused by the fact that more impurities directly enter the oil inlet duct f of the engine oil pump is avoided, the problems of poor lubrication, locking of a crank connecting rod, cylinder pulling, clamping of an air valve and the like are avoided, and the service life of the engine is prolonged; one end of the fine engine oil filter II10, which is far away from the oil outlet IIi, is provided with an elastic element 9 such as a spring, and one end of the fine engine oil filter II10, which is close to the oil outlet IIi, is sealed by a sealing ring 11, so that the stable and sealed installation of the fine engine oil filter II10 is facilitated, and the situation that engine oil which is not finely filtered by the fine engine oil filter II10 directly enters a main oil duct (namely an oil inlet duct f of an.

In this embodiment, an oil pool rib F for intercepting engine oil impurities is provided in the stepped oil pool IIe, and a plurality of oil storage chambers are formed; the arrangement of the oil pool rib F is beneficial to intercepting impurities of the engine oil entering the stepped oil pool IIe, and the intercepted impurities can be accumulated in the oil storage cavity under the action of gravity, so that the blockage of an oil duct is avoided, and the impurity removal and purification effect of the engine oil is ensured; a convex structure 20 which extends towards the oil storage cavity side of the labyrinth purification structure II and enables an oil outlet channel at the oil outlet IIi to contract is arranged at the oil outlet IIi (namely the oil outlet of the oil pan); corresponding to fig. 4, two sides of the oil outlet IIi (where the two sides are only two sides corresponding to the oil storage cavity in the figure) are both provided with tongues extending towards the oil storage cavity side, so that an oil outlet channel with a reduced cross section relative to the oil storage cavity is formed at the oil outlet IIi, further filtration and impurity removal of engine oil entering the oil inlet channel of the engine oil pump are facilitated, impurities entering the main oil channel, namely the oil inlet channel of the engine oil pump are reduced, and the impurity removal and purification effects of the lubricating oil are further improved.
In the embodiment, an auxiliary oil inlet channel k for ensuring effective oil inlet in the stepped oil pool IIe when the engine is greatly inclined forwards is further arranged at the stepped oil pool IIe; an oil pool rib G for intercepting engine oil impurities is arranged at the position of the auxiliary oil inlet channel k, and an auxiliary oil cavity m is formed; do benefit to and avoid the engine to lean forward by a wide margin and make the oil that gathers in the oil pan directly get into labyrinth purification structure II through the setting of supplementary oil feed way k when entering into labyrinth purification structure by oil inlet Ib that the engine can't be smooth, do benefit to the oil that makes gathering in the oil pan through supplementary oil feed way k to the edulcoration under the interception effect of oil pool muscle G does benefit to the assurance and still can effectually lubricate corresponding part in the engine when the engine leans forward by a wide margin.
In this embodiment, the top of the labyrinth purification structure II corresponding to the oil pump is provided with an air vent n for preventing the oil pump from pumping air; the problem that the oil pump 12 is empty due to the fact that air entering the oil duct cannot be discharged in time is avoided, the service life of the oil pump 12 is guaranteed, and the lubricating effect in an engine is guaranteed.
In the embodiment, after the engine oil entering the oil inlet channel f of the engine oil pump is pumped out by the engine oil pump 12, a part of the engine oil enters the engine oil fine filter I17 through the oil passage j of the right crankcase cover and lubricates corresponding parts of the engine after fine filtration, and the other part of the engine oil lubricates corresponding parts in the engine through the oil passage h of the right crankcase body; the lubricating device is beneficial to lubricating the connecting rod large-head roller pin of the engine crank connecting rod component 3 after the engine oil is further finely filtered by the engine oil fine filter I17 and the engine oil filtered by the engine oil filter screen 18 and the engine oil fine filter II10 arranged in the labyrinth purifying structure, and the other part of the lubricating device enters the right box oil passage h through the engine oil pump oil outlet passage y to directly lubricate the components of the engine, such as the cylinder head 1, the main and auxiliary shafts 5 and the like (and one of the engine oil in the part can independently cool the piston and smoothly lubricate the piston cylinder body); the lubricating oil purification device is beneficial to ensuring the engine oil purification effect of the large-end roller pin of the connecting rod of the crank connecting rod component 3 of the lubricating engine and meeting the requirements of fully lubricating the cylinder head 1, the main and auxiliary shafts 5 and other components of the engine and cooling the piston.
In this embodiment, a baffle plate D for guiding the engine oil returned from the corresponding component in the engine to the oil pan is provided in the crankcase body (formed by the left crankcase body 4 and the right crankcase body 15 in cooperation); the arrangement of the guide plate D is favorable for guiding the engine oil which lubricates the parts such as the cylinder head part 1, the cylinder body part 2, the piston cylinder body (not marked in the figure), the crank connecting rod part 3, the main and auxiliary shaft parts 5, the speed change mechanism assembly 6, the gear shift arm part 7 and the like to the oil pan through the return flow of the guide plate D; the other part of the engine oil which flows back to the oil pan is the engine oil which flows back through the clutch assembly 14, the foot starting shaft 16, the engine oil fine filter I17 and the like, so that the engine oil which lubricates corresponding parts in the engine can be filtered through the labyrinth purification structure and the engine oil filter screen 18 and the engine oil fine filter II10 which are arranged in the labyrinth purification structure, and then the engine oil is pumped out by the engine oil pump 12 to realize continuous lubrication of the corresponding parts in the engine, thereby being beneficial to ensuring the purification effect of the engine oil, avoiding the problems of locking of a crank connecting rod, cylinder pulling, valve blocking and the like, and prolonging the service life of the engine.
The embodiment also provides an engine, wherein the engine is provided with the labyrinth type three-stage filtration and purification system for lubricating oil.

The labyrinth lubricant three-stage filtration and purification system of claim 1, wherein: the labyrinth type purification structure comprises a labyrinth type purification structure I corresponding to the side of the left crankcase body and a labyrinth type purification structure II corresponding to the side of the right crankcase body; the labyrinth purification structure I is provided with an oil inlet I, a stepped oil pool I and an oil outlet I, and the labyrinth purification structure II is provided with an oil inlet II communicated with the oil outlet I, a stepped oil pool II and an oil outlet II; the oil outlet II is communicated with an oil inlet channel of the oil pump.
3. The labyrinth lubricant three-stage filtration and purification system according to claim 2, wherein: and the engine oil fine filter II is arranged at the position, close to the oil outlet II, of the stepped oil pool II.
4. The labyrinth lubricant three-stage filtration and purification system according to claim 2, wherein: the engine oil filter screen is arranged on the side, close to the oil outlet I, of the stepped oil pool I.

The labyrinth lubricant three-stage filtration and purification system according to claim 2, wherein: an oil pool rib for intercepting engine oil impurities is arranged in the stepped oil pool II, and a plurality of oil storage cavities are formed; and the oil outlet II is provided with a convex structure which extends towards the side of the oil storage cavity and enables an oil outlet channel at the oil outlet II to contract.

The labyrinth lubricant three-stage filtration and purification system according to claim 2, wherein: an auxiliary oil inlet channel for ensuring effective oil inlet in the stepped oil pool II when the engine is greatly inclined forwards is further arranged at the stepped oil pool II; and an oil pool rib for intercepting engine oil impurities is arranged at the auxiliary oil inlet channel and forms an auxiliary oil cavity.
7. The labyrinth lubricant three-stage filtration and purification system according to claim 2, wherein: and the top of the corresponding part of the labyrinth type purification structure II is provided with an air-elimination hole for avoiding the air suction of the engine oil pump.

The labyrinth lubricant three-stage filtration and purification system of claim 1, wherein: after the engine oil entering the oil inlet channel of the engine oil pump is pumped out by the engine oil pump, a part of the engine oil enters the engine oil fine filter I through the oil channel of the right crankcase cover and lubricates corresponding parts of the engine after fine filtration, and the other part of the engine oil lubricates corresponding parts in the engine through the oil channel of the right box body.
9. The labyrinth lubricant three-stage filtration and purification system of claim 1, wherein: and a guide plate for guiding engine oil reflowing from corresponding parts in the engine to an oil pan is arranged in the crankcase body.
