The invention discloses an engine dry type lubricating device which comprises an engine body, an elbow, an oil tank, an oil pump, an oil collecting disc, an oil cake, a pressure stabilizing valve, a high-pressure oil pipe, a U-shaped joint, an engine oil cooler, an oil filter and a red-blue joint, wherein the oil collecting disc is arranged at the front end below the engine body; an engine oil pump is arranged on the left side below the engine body; the oil collecting disc is connected with the oil pump through an elbow, a U-shaped connector, a red-blue connector and a high-pressure oil pipe; the left side of the oil pump is provided with an oil tank and an oil cooler; the oil pump is connected with the upper end of the oil cooler through a high-pressure oil pipe; the lower end of the oil cooler is connected with the upper end of the oil tank through a high-pressure oil pipe; the lower end of the oil tank is connected with an oil pump through a high-pressure oil pipe; an engine oil filter is arranged at the rear end below the engine body; and an oil cake is arranged at the lower right of the oil filter. The invention has the beneficial effect of improving the lubricating performance of the engine.

Background
At present, wet lubrication is generally adopted for an engine, namely an oil pump sucks out engine oil from the bottom of an oil pan and pumps the engine oil to parts of the engine which need to be lubricated, and lubricating oil drops naturally flow back into the oil pan at the lowest end of the engine.
When a vehicle runs under severe road conditions such as steep slopes and the like, because the engine is inclined, lubricating oil in the oil pan gathers towards the lower side, the lubricating oil can not be pumped by an engine oil pump, and the friction pair lacks oil, so that the engine is damaged or even scrapped. Therefore, the lubrication device capable of effectively improving the lubrication performance of the engine is one of the problems which are urgently researched and solved by the person skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the dry type lubricating device for the engine, which sucks lubricating oil in an oil collecting disc through an oil pump, cools and filters the sucked lubricating oil through an oil cooler and an oil tank, pressurizes the lubricating oil through the oil pump and then feeds the lubricating oil into a main oil duct of the engine to lubricate the engine.

The middle part of the oil cake is provided with a main oil duct mounting opening, the left side of the lower end is provided with an oil cake oil inlet, and the right side of the lower end is provided with an organic oil pressure sensor mounting opening.
The pressure stabilizing valve is characterized in that the upper end of the pressure stabilizing valve is a pressure stabilizing valve mounting connector, and the lower end of the pressure stabilizing valve is a pressure relief opening of the pressure stabilizing valve.

The upper end of the oil pump is provided with 2 oil outlets of the oil pump, the lower end of the oil pump is provided with 3 oil inlets of the oil pump, and the right side of the oil pump is provided with an oil pump rotor.

The upper end of the oil collecting disc 4 is provided with an oil collecting disc oil outlet 41, the middle part is provided with a pressure stabilizing valve support 42, and the lower end is provided with an oil collecting disc oil duct 43; the pressure stabilizing valve 6 is arranged on the upper part of the pressure stabilizing valve support 42.

The lubrication system changes the wet lubrication of the original engine into dry lubrication, and improves the lubrication capacity of the engine by reducing the shaking amount of lubricating oil, oil-gas separation and double engine oil filtration and purification; the oil collecting disc 4 only needs to collect lubricating oil, so that the height of the oil collecting disc 4 can be greatly reduced, the gravity center of the engine is lowered, and the stability of the whole vehicle is improved; the engine oil pump 3 can improve the vacuum degree in the crankcase of the engine under the condition of normal operation, and reduce the motion resistance of the crankshaft of the engine, thereby improving the power of the engine; the oil cake 5 can monitor the engine oil inlet pressure and the lubricating oil temperature of the engine in real time through the oil loading temperature and the oil pressure sensor to ensure the normal lubrication system of the engine. The design of the oil tank 2 is that the internal filter screen filtering structure 24 is soaked in lubricating oil, so that the impurities of the lubricating oil can be reduced while oil-gas separation is carried out, and the engine can work normally.
