Abstract
The fireproof wallboard comprises a decorative layer, a cement fiberboard and a balance layer, wherein the upper surface of the cement fiberboard is provided with a device layer, and the lower surface of the cement fiberboard is provided with the balance layer. The cement cellulose board prepared by the novel technical product which is prepared by adopting imported raw wood pulp fibers, silicate cement, fine quartz sand, additives, water and other substances and carrying out special technical treatment of precise batching, paving and forming, hydraulic press compaction and high-temperature high-pressure autoclaved curing has excellent high-temperature resistance, waterproof and fireproof performance, and the cement cellulose board with excellent performances of waterproof, sound insulation and heat insulation, which is prepared by the invention, is directly attached to the impregnated paper decorative layer and the impregnated balance layer by using special single-component polyurethane adhesive, so that the obtained fireproof floor is not easy to deform, has excellent fireproof, waterproof, sound insulation and heat insulation performances, and the cost of the fireproof wallboard prepared by the invention is lower than that of a fireproof board, thereby being convenient for wide popularization and use of the fireproof wallboard prepared by the invention.

step five: sending the paved mixed material into a cold press, pressurizing to the maximum pressure, pressing the mixed material into the thickness of the thickness gauge at a constant speed, and stopping pressurizing to obtain a primary cement fiberboard;
step six: and (5) performing autoclaved curing on the initial cement fiberboard obtained in the step five at high temperature and high pressure for 48 hours, and after pressure relief, standing at room temperature for 28 days to obtain a finished cement fiberboard.
Preparation method of fireproof wallboard
The method comprises the following steps: putting the paper decorative layer and the balance layer into melamine resin for dipping treatment;
step two: drying the impregnated paper decorative layer and balance layer for later use;
step three: the upper surface and the lower surface of the cement fiberboard are subjected to surface treatment by using fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, so that the bonding strength of the upper surface and the lower surface of the cement fiberboard is improved;
step four: uniformly coating single-component polyurethane adhesives on the upper surface and the lower surface of the cement fiberboard, bonding the paper decorative layer with the upper surface of the cement fiberboard, and bonding the paper balance layer with the lower surface of the cement fiberboard;
step five: conveying the cement fiberboard bonded with the paper decorative layer and the balance layer into a hot press, and pressing the cement fiberboard at the temperature of 2130 ℃ and under the pressure of 8Mpa for 180 s; then heating to 3170 deg.C, pressing under 10Mpa for 180s, and cooling to room temperature.
The performance of the fire wall board prepared in example 1 is compared with the existing ice and fire board, and the results are shown in table one:
