Generally, the tray 2109 is circular and, therefore, as shown in figure 21, the slot 2108 is preferably U-shaped, although in other embodiments the slot 2108 may have other shapes that match the shape of the tray 2109.
When the opening needs to be sealed, the medicine box tray 2109 is placed in the opening groove 2108, the sealing mechanism 2106 moves towards the sealing seat 2107 (i.e. moves downwards as shown in fig. 21) until the film passing between the sealing seat 2107 and the sealing mechanism 2106 is pressed onto the opening of the medicine box, and then the sealing mechanism 2106 completes heating and cutting operations of the film in sequence, so that the film seals the opening of the medicine box 400; after the seal is completed, the sealing mechanism 2106 is moved away from the sealing seat 2107 (i.e., upward as shown in fig. 21).
In order to make the film more flat before contacting the medicine box 400, the sealing mechanism 2106 of the present embodiment is provided with the buffer mechanism 2110, the buffer mechanism 2110 is disposed outside the sealing mechanism 2106, and the bottom end of the buffer mechanism 2110 at the initial position exceeds the bottom end of the sealing mechanism 2106, so that when the film is sealed, the buffer mechanism 2110 contacts the film before the sealing mechanism 2106. The initial position is a position where the sealing mechanism 2106 is located before film sealing. Specifically, as shown in fig. 22, the buffer mechanism 2110 includes a pressure plate 2111, the pressure plate 2111 has a cylindrical structure and is fitted to the outside of the sealing mechanism 2106, a groove 2112 is provided in a lower surface of the pressure plate 2111, and an elastic body 2113 is provided in the groove 2112. The pressing plate 2111 and the elastic body 2113 are both hollow, and the sealing mechanism 2106 is located in the space between the pressing plate 2111 and the elastic body 2113. The elastic body 2113 has elasticity, and can increase friction force with the film when contacting the film, and prevent the film from moving. The elastic body 2113 may be an elastic body such as a silicone strip or a rubber strip.
In order to enhance the connection between the buffer mechanism 2110 and the sealing mechanism 2106, the buffer mechanism 2106 further includes a first connection post 2114, the pressing plate 2111 is fixed at the lower end of the first connection post 2114, the first connection post 2114 is sleeved with a first elastic component 2115, and the first elastic component 2115 enables the pressing plate 2111 to move relative to the sealing mechanism 2106. Specifically, in the downward movement process of the sealing mechanism 2106, the elastic body 2113 contacts the film before the sealing mechanism 2106, the sealing mechanism 2106 further presses the first elastic component 2115, the first elastic component 2115 applies pressure to the elastic body 2113 through the pressure plate 2111, so that the elastic body 2113 presses the film against the edge of the medicine tray 2109, and finally the sealing mechanism 2106 continues to press the first elastic component 2115, so that the heating and cutting actions on the film are completed, and the film sealing is completed.
The sealing mechanism 2106 comprises a base 2116, a heating part 2117 and a cutting part 2118, wherein the heating part 2117 is connected with the base 2116 through a second elastic part 2118, so that the heating part 2117 can move relative to the base 2116; the cutting member 2118 is fixed to the base 2116 and located outside the heating member 2117, and the bottom end of the heating member 2117 at the initial position is beyond the bottom end of the cutting member 2118, so that the heating member 2117 contacts the film before the cutting member 2118 contacts the film at the time of sealing the film. When the sealing mechanism 2106 moves downward, after the elastic body 2113 presses the film, the base 2116 moves downward to the tray 2109, the heating part 2117 contacts the film at the box opening of the medicine boxes 400 in the tray 2109 to heat the film, then the base 2116 continues to press the second elastic part 2119 downward, so that the base 2116 moves relative to the second elastic part 2119, and finally the bottom end of the cutting part 2118 exceeds the heating part 2117 to cut off the film.
Similarly, in order to enhance the connection between the heating element 2117 and the base 2116, the sealing mechanism 2106 further includes a second connecting post 2120, the heating element 2117 is fixed on the lower end of the second connecting post 2120, and the second elastic element 2119 is sleeved on the second connecting post 2120.
The sealing device of this embodiment can cooperate with medicine box control mechanism 2014 on the medicine-dispensing machine wall unit, as shown in fig. 21 and 22, medicine box control mechanism 2014 includes running gear 2087 and rotary mechanism 2088, running gear 2087 is used for driving rotary mechanism 2088 to remove along predetermined orbit, be equipped with a plurality of medicine box dishes 2109 that are the circumference and distribute on rotary mechanism 2088, the upper end of medicine box dish 2109 is equipped with boss 2121 to outside extension, when medicine box dish 2109 places in open slot 2108, boss 2121 bears in the edge of open slot 2108.
In order to prevent the medicine box tray 2109 from being not level in the film sealing position and causing the film sealing to be untight, in the embodiment, the medicine box tray 2109 is connected with the rotating mechanism 2088 through the third elastic member 2122, so that the medicine box tray 2109 can move relative to the rotating mechanism 2088. In a specific application, the boss 2121 is supported by the third elastic member 2122 and spaced from the edge of the opening slot 2108. If the cartridge tray 2109 itself is not horizontally positioned, the cartridge tray 2109 can be horizontally positioned by the elastic force of the third elastic member 2122 when the buffer mechanism 2110 presses the cartridge tray 2109.
In order to enhance the connection between the medicine box tray 2109 and the rotating mechanism 2088, the medicine box control mechanism 2014 is further provided with a second connecting column 2123, the medicine box tray 2109 is fixed at the upper end of the second connecting column 2123, the third elastic component 2122 is sleeved on the second connecting column 2123, and the lower end of the second connecting column 2123 penetrates through the rotating mechanism 2088.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first elastic member 2115, the second elastic member 2119 and the third elastic member 2122 are each a spring.

the wall surface system (200) further comprises a storage battery wall surface unit (204), wherein the storage battery wall surface unit (204) comprises a wall body, a storage battery pack (2032), an inverter (2033), an inverter switch (2034), a leakage protection switch (2035), a power output interface (2036) and a monitoring device (2037); the storage battery pack (2032), the inverter (2033), the inverter switch (2034), the earth leakage protection switch (2035) and the power output interface (2036) are all embedded on a wall; the storage battery pack (2032) is connected with the inverter (2033), the inverter (2033) converts direct current of the storage battery pack (2032) into alternating current, and the inverter switch (2034) controls the on and off of the inverter; the alternating current converted by the inverter (2033) is transmitted to a power output interface (2036) through a leakage protection switch (2035); the monitoring device (2037) is connected with the storage battery pack (2032) and is used for monitoring the state of the storage battery pack (2032);
the wall surface system (200) further comprises a medicine taking cabinet wall surface unit (205), the medicine taking cabinet wall surface unit (205) comprises a wall body, a medicine taking cabinet (2049) and a control cabinet (2050), and the medicine taking cabinet (2049) and the control cabinet (2050) are both installed on the wall body in an embedded mode and penetrate through the wall body; the medicine taking cabinet (2049) comprises a frame body (2051), a plurality of storage lattices (2052) which penetrate through the frame body (2051), doors (2053) are arranged at the front and the rear of the storage lattices (2052), an electric control lock is arranged on each door (2053), the electric control lock is connected with a control cabinet (2050), and the control cabinet (2050) controls the opening of the electric control lock; the control cabinet (2050) comprises input and output equipment (2054) and scanning equipment (2055), wherein the input and output equipment (2054) is arranged on the outer side of the wall body, the scanning equipment (2055) is arranged on the inner side of the wall body, the scanning equipment (2055) scans label information of the medicine boxes (400) which are packaged on the wall surface unit (201) of the dispensing machine, the label information is bound with a certain storage lattice, and the control cabinet (2050) controls the door of the storage lattice (2052) to be opened; the input and output device (2054) is used for inputting patient information and displaying the input information, and the control cabinet (2050) finds the storage compartment (2052) for storing the medicine box corresponding to the information according to the information input by the input and output device (2054) and opens the door of the storage compartment.

The mobile traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of claim 1, wherein: the storage battery wall unit (204) further comprises a change-over switch (2038) and a mains supply interface, the mains supply interface is arranged on the outer side of the wall body, and the mains supply interface is connected in series with the change-over switch (2038), the leakage protection switch (2035) and the power output interface (2036) through connecting wires to form a mains supply path.
