本发明公开的一种薄片电子标签回收装置,包括壳体,所述壳体内开有开口向上的工作腔,所述工作腔上侧内壁固连设有投入筒,所述投入筒下端固连设有压缩箱,所述压缩箱内开有开口向上的压缩室,所述压缩室内左右滑动的设有压缩铁块,所述压缩箱下端左侧铰接有开关板,所述压缩箱下方左右滑动的设有两根伸缩杆,两根所述伸缩杆前后对称,所述伸缩杆之间固连设有连杆,所述伸缩杆右端固连设有伸出板,本发明设有加热腔,能够在初次回收阶段即可对标签内的金属材料进行分离,简化后续回收步骤,并且还设有清洁片,能够对粘在投入孔内壁上的标签进行清理,附带有清洁功能,还设有压缩铁块,能够一次对大量的电子标签进行压缩,提高了工作效率。

背景技术
随着工业4.0概念的发展,现有物流中运用到的电子标签技术运用也逐渐广泛起来,各式各样的电子标签层出不穷,电子标签运用到的射频识别技术使其能隔着其他物体而被精确识别是其能快速运用的关键,大多数的电子标签使用寿命长,然而运用于自动售货机内的一次性薄片电子标签的回收常常别人所忽略,而随着无人售货机的推广,薄片式电子标签的回收已经不能被忽视了,本发明阐述的一种薄片电子标签回收装置,能够解决上述问题。
发明内容
本例设计了一种薄片电子标签回收装置,包括壳体,所述壳体内开有开口向上的工作腔,所述工作腔上侧内壁固连设有投入筒,所述投入筒下端固连设有压缩箱,所述压缩箱内开有开口向上的压缩室,所述压缩室内左右滑动的设有压缩铁块,所述压缩箱下端左侧铰接有开关板,所述压缩箱下方左右滑动的设有两根伸缩杆,两根所述伸缩杆前后对称,所述伸缩杆之间固连设有连杆,所述伸缩杆右端固连设有伸出板,所述工作腔右侧内壁固连设有主电机,所述主电机左下端动力连接设有伸缩动力轴,所述伸缩动力轴与所述伸出板螺纹滑动连接,所述主电机左上端动力连接设有压缩动力轴,所述压缩动力轴左端与所述压缩铁块固连;所述工作腔内设有台架,所述台架中部开有开口向右的卡紧槽,所述伸缩杆伸入所述卡紧槽内与所述台架滑动连接,所述台架左右两端与所述壳体固连,所述台架中部开有上下贯穿的散热孔,所述散热孔内设有陶瓷筒,并且所述散热孔内两个设有隔热杆,以所述陶瓷筒为对称中心,两个所述隔热杆左右对称,所述陶瓷筒内开有上下贯通的加热腔,所述陶瓷筒外套有加热丝,所述台架左下侧固连设有输送电机,所述输送电机下端动力连接设有传动轴,所述传动轴下端固连设有运输杆,所述运输杆右端固连设有震动滑块,所述运输杆右侧设有震动盘,所述震动盘左端设有开口向左的震动滑槽,所述震动滑块与所述震动滑槽滑动连接,所述运输杆右下端固连设有固定短杆,所述固定短杆右端固连设有震动电机,所述震动电机右端动力连接设动力杆,所述动力杆右端固连设有凸轮,所述凸轮上端与所述震动盘左下端相接触;将废弃的薄片电子标签从所述投入孔上方扔入所述投入孔当中,电子标签掉入所述压缩室当中,启动所述主电机,所述主电机以所述压缩动力轴为输出轴,所述主电机转动带动所述压缩动力轴转动,进而带动所述压缩铁块向左移动,对废弃电子标签进行压缩,压缩完成后,所述主电机切换到以所述伸缩动力轴为输出轴,所述主电机转动带动所述伸缩动力轴转动,进而带动所述伸出板向右移动,进而带动所述伸缩杆向右移动,进而推动所述开关板左端向上摆动,直到所述伸缩杆伸入所述卡紧槽内与所述台架卡紧,所述开关板处于水平状态;电子标签掉入所述加热腔中,对所述加热丝通电,进而加热电子标签,融化电子标签上的塑料片,启动所述震动电机,所述震动电机带动所述动力杆转动,进而带动所述凸轮转动,进而带动所述震动盘上下震动,所述震动滑块在所述震动滑槽内上下滑动,所述震动盘震动,所述震动盘中部固连设有漏网,所述漏网下方固连设有收集箱,所述震动盘震动带动融化的塑料片通过所述漏网,流入所述收集箱当中,所述壳体左下侧内壁设有左右贯通的运输孔,启动所述输送电机,所述输送电机带动所述传动轴转动,进而带动所述运输杆转动,进而带动所述震动盘转动,将所述震动盘通过所述运输孔运出。
可优选的,所述工作腔左上内壁开有上下贯通的滑孔,所述滑孔内上下滑动的设有按压杆,所述按压杆上端固连设有按钮,所述按压杆左端固连设有齿条,所述滑孔下方设有回弹箱,所述回弹箱上端与所述壳体固连,所述回弹箱内开有开口向下的回弹腔,所述回弹腔下侧内壁固连设有回复弹簧,所述回复弹簧上端与所述按压杆固连,所述回弹箱右侧设有转换杆,所述转换杆上端与所述壳体固连,所述转换杆下端转动设有固传杆,所述固传杆前端固连设有齿轮,所述齿轮左端与所述齿条啮合,所述固传杆后端固连设有传动绞盘,所述传动绞盘外缠绕有上传动绳,所述转换杆右侧设有转向杆,所述转向杆上端与所述壳体固连,所述转向杆下端转动设有短杆,所述短杆前端固连设有提升轮,所述投入筒内设有上下贯穿的投入孔,所述投入孔内上下滑动的设有清洁片,所述上传动绳右端向右上延伸绕过所述提升轮转向右下方,所述上传动绳下端与所述清洁片远离所述投入孔轴心一端固连,所述投入筒右侧设有回复悬杆,所述回复悬杆上端与所述壳体固连,所述回复悬杆下端前侧固连设有回复杆,所述回复杆外固连套有扭簧,所述扭簧前端固连设有绞盘轮,所述绞盘轮后端与所述扭簧转动连接,所述绞盘轮外缠绕设有下传动绳,所述下传动绳左端固连与所述清洁片右端;当废弃电子标签粘在所述投入孔内壁上时,向下压所述按钮,所述按钮向下移动带动所述按压杆向下移动,进而压缩所述回复弹簧,同时带动所述齿条向下移动,进而带动所述齿轮转动,进而带动所述固传杆转动,进而带动所述传动绞盘逆时针转动,进而收缩所述上传动绳,进而带动所述上传动绳右端向上移动,进而带动所述提升轮转动,同时带动所述清洁片向上移动,进而带动所述下传动绳左端向上移动,进而带动所述绞盘轮转动,进而压缩所述扭簧;松开所述按钮,进而所述回复弹簧向上推动所述按压杆向上移动,进而推动所述按钮向上移动,同时所述按压杆带动所述齿条向上移动,进而带动所述传动绞盘顺时针转动,进而带动所述固传杆转动,进而带动所述传动绞盘转动,松开上传动绳,同时所述绞盘轮收到所述扭簧的拉力转动,进而收缩所述下传动绳,进而带动所述下传动绳左端向下移动,进而带动所述清洁片向下移动。
可优选的,所述投入孔左右两侧内壁开有两个左右贯通的竖直滑槽,两个所述竖直滑槽以所述投入孔轴心为对称中心左右对称,所述清洁片与所述竖直滑槽滑动连接,所述上传动绳、所述下传动绳穿过所述竖直滑槽与所述清洁片固连,所述上传动绳、所述下传动绳上下移动进而带动所述清洁片上下移动,进而所述上传动绳、所述下传动绳在所述竖直滑槽内上下滑动。

有益的,所述压缩箱21右下端设有开口向下的限位滑槽69,所述限位滑槽69内滑动的设有限位滑块67,所述限位滑块67下端固连设有限位短杆68,所述限位短杆68下端与所述连杆50固连,所述伸缩杆51左右滑动带动所述连杆50左右滑动,进而带动所述限位短杆68左右滑动,进而带动所述限位滑块67在所述限位滑槽69内滑动。
以下结合图1至图8对本文中的一种薄片电子标签回收装置的使用步骤进行详细说明:
初始时,回复弹簧37处于舒张状态,清洁片19处于最下方极限位置,伸缩杆51处于最左端极限位置,限位滑块67处于最左端极限位置,震动滑块58处于最上方极限位置,压缩铁块24处于最左端极限位置,扭簧44处于压缩状态;
使用时,将废弃的薄片电子标签从投入孔16上方扔入投入孔16当中,电子标签掉入压缩室45当中,启动主电机22,主电机22以压缩动力轴23为输出轴,主电机22转动带动压缩动力轴23转动,进而带动压缩铁块24向左移动,对废弃电子标签进行压缩,压缩完成后,主电机22停止输出压缩动力轴23,启动伸缩动力轴25,主电机22转动带动伸缩动力轴25转动,进而带动伸出板52向右移动,进而带动伸缩杆51向右移动,进而推动开关板46左端向下摆动至竖直状态,停止主电机22,伸缩杆51向右滑动带动连杆50向右滑动,进而带动限位短杆68向右滑动,进而带动限位滑块67在限位滑槽69内向右滑动;当开关板46摆动至竖直状态后,压缩好的电子标签掉入加热腔54中,对加热丝53通电,进而加热电子标签,融化电子标签上的塑料片,启动震动电机60,震动电机60带动动力杆61转动,进而带动凸轮62转动,进而带动震动盘64上下震动,震动滑块58在震动滑槽63内上下滑动,震动盘64中部固连设有漏网65,漏网65下方固连设有收集箱66,震动盘64震动带动融化的塑料片通过漏网65,流入收集箱66当中,壳体34左下侧内壁设有左右贯通的运输孔28,启动输送电机30,输送电机30带动传动轴29转动,进而带动运输杆27转动,进而带动震动盘64转动,将震动盘64通过运输孔28运出;
回收完成后,启动主电机22,以伸缩动力轴25为输出轴,伸缩动力轴25转动带动伸缩杆51向左移动,进而带动连杆50向左移动,进而带动限位短杆68向左移动,进而带动限位滑块67向左移动,伸缩杆51向左移动同时推动开关板46下端向左移动,直到开关板46回复到水平位置,伸缩杆51向左移动伸入卡紧槽49当中卡紧;
当有废弃薄片电子标签粘在投入孔16内壁上时,向下压按钮11,按钮11向下移动带动按压杆38向下移动,进而压缩回复弹簧37,同时带动齿条33向下移动,进而带动齿轮32转动,进而带动固传杆39转动,进而带动传动绞盘31逆时针转动,进而收缩上传动绳35,进而带动上传动绳35右端向上移动,进而带动提升轮15转动,同时带动清洁片19向上移动,进而带动下传动绳48左端向上移动,进而带动绞盘轮20转动,进而压缩扭簧44;松开按钮11,按压杆38受到回复弹簧37的弹力向上移动,进而推动按钮11向上移动,同时按压杆38带动齿条33向上移动,进而带动传动绞盘31顺时针转动,进而带动固传杆39转动,进而带动传动绞盘31转动,松开上传动绳35,同时绞盘轮20收到扭簧44的拉力转动,进而收缩下传动绳48,进而带动下传动绳48左端向下移动,进而带动清洁片19向下移动,进而清理粘在投入孔16内壁上的电子标签。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设有加热腔,能够在初次回收阶段即可对标签内的金属材料进行分离,简化后续回收步骤,并且还设有清洁片,能够对粘在投入孔内壁上的标签进行清理,附带有清洁功能,还设有压缩铁块,能够一次对大量的电子标签进行压缩,提高了工作效率。
通过以上方式,本领域的技术人员可以在本发明的范围内根据工作模式做出各种改变。
Claims (2)
1.一种薄片电子标签回收装置,包括壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体内开有开口向上的工作腔,所述工作腔上侧内壁固连设有投入筒,所述投入筒下端固连设有压缩箱,所述压缩箱内开有开口向上的压缩室,所述压缩室内左右滑动的设有压缩铁块,所述压缩箱下端左侧铰接有开关板,所述压缩箱下方左右滑动的设有两根伸缩杆,以竖直滑槽为对称中心,两根所述伸缩杆前后对称,所述伸缩杆之间固连设有连杆,所述伸缩杆右端固连设有伸出板,所述工作腔右侧内壁固连设有主电机,所述主电机左下端动力连接设有伸缩动力轴,所述伸缩动力轴与所述伸出板螺纹滑动连接,所述主电机左上端动力连接设有压缩动力轴,所述压缩动力轴左端与所述压缩铁块固连;所述工作腔内设有台架,所述台架中部开有开口向右的卡紧槽,所述伸缩杆伸入所述卡紧槽内与所述台架滑动连接,所述台架左右两端与所述壳体固连,所述台架中部开有上下贯穿的散热孔,所述散热孔内设有陶瓷筒,并且所述散热孔内两个设有隔热杆,以所述陶瓷筒为对称中心,两个所述隔热杆左右对称,所述陶瓷筒内开有上下贯通的加热腔,所述陶瓷筒外套有加热丝,所述台架左下侧固连设有输送电机,所述输送电机下端动力连接设有传动轴,所述传动轴下端固连设有运输杆,所述运输杆右端固连设有震动滑块,所述运输杆右侧设有震动盘,所述震动盘左端设有开口向左的震动滑槽,所述震动滑块与所述震动滑槽滑动连接,所述运输杆右下端固连设有固定短杆,所述固定短杆右端固连设有震动电机,所述震动电机右端动力连接设动力杆,所述动力杆右端固连设有凸轮,所述凸轮上端与所述震动盘左下端相接触;所述工作腔左上内壁开有上下贯通的滑孔,所述滑孔内上下滑动的设有按压杆,所述按压杆上端固连设有按钮,所述按压杆左端固连设有齿条,所述滑孔下方设有回弹箱,所述回弹箱上端与所述壳体固连,所述回弹箱内开有开口向下的回弹腔,所述回弹腔下侧内壁固连设有回复弹簧,所述回复弹簧上端与所述按压杆固连,所述回弹箱右侧设有转换杆,所述转换杆上端与所述壳体固连,所述转换杆下端转动设有固传杆,所述固传杆前端固连设有齿轮,所述齿轮左端与所述齿条啮合,所述固传杆后端固连设有传动绞盘,所述传动绞盘外缠绕有上传动绳,所述转换杆右侧设有转向杆,所述转向杆上端与所述壳体固连,所述转向杆下端转动设有短杆,所述短杆前端固连设有提升轮,所述投入筒内设有上下贯穿的投入孔,所述投入孔内上下滑动的设有清洁片,所述上传动绳右端向右上延伸绕过所述提升轮转向右下方,所述上传动绳下端与所述清洁片远离所述投入孔轴心一端固连,所述投入筒右侧设有回复悬杆,所述回复悬杆上端与所述壳体固连,所述回复悬杆下端前侧固连设有回复杆,所述回复杆外固连套有扭簧,所述扭簧前端固连设有绞盘轮,所述绞盘轮后端与所述扭簧转动连接,所述绞盘轮外缠绕设有下传动绳,所述下传动绳左端固连与所述清洁片右端;所述投入孔左右两侧内壁开有两个左右贯通的竖直滑槽,两个所述竖直滑槽以所述投入孔轴心为对称中心左右对称,所述清洁片与所述竖直滑槽滑动连接,所述上传动绳、所述下传动绳穿过所述竖直滑槽与所述清洁片固连。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种薄片电子标签回收装置,其特征在于:所述压缩箱右下端设有开口向下的限位滑槽,所述限位滑槽内滑动的设有限位滑块,所述限位滑块下端固连设有限位短杆,所述限位短杆下端与所述连杆固连。
