The partition plate 402 is used for receiving wet garbage falling from the channel body III 104, holes are formed in the partition plate 402 and used for enabling liquid to fall to the bottom end inside the treatment box body II 401, harmful garbage liquid is concentrated in the lower ends of the treatment box body I201 and the treatment box body II 401 and the storage through box 6, and the harmful garbage liquid is conveniently subjected to centralized treatment or conducted to other equipment for treatment.
