Abstract
The invention discloses a household garbage classification method and a recycling treatment system thereof, which are mainly used for classifying kitchen wastes, glass, book paper sawdust, metal, plastic, fiber fabrics and the like according to a six-division method. The recycling treatment system comprises a recycling station, a collecting and transporting vehicle and a treatment center, wherein the recycling station is fixedly provided with a hollow upright post on a cement floor, the waist part of the recycling station is provided with a rotating disc rack, the top part of the recycling station is provided with a rain shelter, the collecting and transporting vehicle is provided with a rectangular carriage frame above an automobile beam, L-shaped flying wing box boards are symmetrically arranged above the carriage frame, the inside of the carriage frame is divided into a plurality of small storage rooms, the treatment center is arranged below six garbage introducing ports and is respectively connected with a crushing unit or a compression bundling unit through pipelines to form a closed classified garbage treatment channel, and filling barrels or loading forklifts are arranged outside discharge ports of the units.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of urban and rural garbage classification and recovery treatment, in particular to a household garbage classification method and a specific structure of a recovery treatment system thereof.
Background
At present, the common urban and rural garbage treatment method mainly adopts mixed recovery landfill or incineration treatment, and has obvious sequelae which are difficult to continue. According to the method, a large amount of data in a national patent library is consulted, and the fact that most of unexploited patents are difficult to implement or poor in effect although intelligent sparks and creatives are not lacked is found, so that the two links of garbage classification recycling and regeneration conversion are mainly grasped according to the composition characteristics of urban and rural domestic garbage in China by using the mature experience of the prior garbage recycling treatment, and a recycling treatment system which is simple in structure, simple and convenient to operate, attractive and practical is provided according to actual needs so as to guarantee scientific and reasonable classification and timely recycling and conversion of the urban and rural domestic garbage into renewable resources.

The invention aims to realize the method for classifying the household garbage, and the method has the following innovative main characteristics and implementation steps:
firstly, a domestic garbage recycling station is established in urban and rural communities. In the appropriate position of urban and rural communities, the domestic garbage classification and recycling station is centrally and uniformly established, which is a necessary condition for implementing domestic garbage classification and recycling.
And secondly, carrying out on-site training of household garbage classification knowledge. On the site of the recycling station, the training of the garbage classification meaning, method and operation notice is carried out on residents, so that people can learn to accurately classify household garbage generated by self according to the requirement of the sextant method.
Thirdly, the residents throw garbage in a specified time period; and in a specified time period every day, the sorted garbage is sent to a household garbage recycling station by community residents and is accurately thrown into a classified garbage collecting frame. And fourthly, the garbage is collected and transported away in time by the collecting and transporting vehicle. The garbage collection and transportation vehicle avoids the garbage from being stored for a long time and emitting peculiar smell to pollute the ambient air, collects and transports the classified garbage in the recycle bin in a limited time period, cleans the garbage collection frame in the recycle bin and puts the garbage collection frame back to the original position.
Fifthly, the garbage treatment center performs regeneration and conversion treatment on the classified garbage in a centralized manner. The collection and transportation vehicle conveys the classified garbage to a treatment center, and the classified garbage is respectively dumped into the garbage introducing ports to carry out regeneration and conversion treatment in time:
A. kitchen waste: can be directly supplied to a feedlot after being canned and boiled and then used as livestock and poultry feed;
B. glass type: the glass can be directly supplied to a glass factory for re-melting and reconstructing glass after being crushed and canned;
C. metals: the product can be directly sold to metal recovery enterprises after being compressed and bundled;
D. plastic cement: the product can be directly sold to plastic recycling enterprises after being compressed and bundled;
E. book paper and wood chips: can be directly sold to waste paper recovery enterprises after being compressed and bundled;
F. fiber fabrics: the product can be directly sold to building material enterprises to be used as filling material after being compressed and bundled.
In order to implement the method, the invention provides a specific structure of a household garbage recycling system, which mainly comprises a recycling station, a collection and transportation vehicle and a processing center. The recycling station is mushroom-shaped in appearance, a hollow upright post is fixedly arranged on a cement floor, an annular rotary plate rack is arranged at the waist part of the hollow upright post, and a mushroom-cover-shaped rain shelter is arranged at the top part of the hollow upright post; the collecting and transporting vehicle is characterized in that a rectangular carriage frame is arranged above an automobile beam, L-shaped flying wing box plates are symmetrically arranged above the carriage frame, and the inside of the carriage frame is divided into a plurality of small storage rooms; the treatment center is characterized in that a crusher set or a compression bundling set is respectively connected below the six garbage introducing ports through pipelines to form a closed classified garbage treatment channel, and filling barrels or loading forklifts are arranged outside discharge ports of the sets.
Compared with the background technology, the invention has the following advantages: firstly, garbage is classified by adopting a sextant method, so that a foundation is laid for subsequent regeneration and transformation; and secondly, the recovery processing system is customized according to the use requirement of a sextant method, so that the method is simple and practical and is reliable in operation. Thirdly, the domestic garbage is intensively treated by adopting a sextant method, the utilization rate of equipment is high, no pollution is discharged, and classified garbage is directly and completely converted into cheap raw materials for regeneration.

The cleaning room 27 is divided into an upper storage room 27 and a lower storage room 27 at a section from the cab, and the openings of the storage rooms face to two sides respectively to provide a passage for the garbage collection frame 14 to enter and exit.
The winged box plate 23 shields the environment from the sun and rain when being opened, and covers the outer side of the carriage frame 22 when being closed, so as to seal and lock the opening of the storage small room 26 and prevent the secondary pollution to the environment caused by the escape of the garbage in the collection frame 11, thereby realizing the efficient classified recovery and safe collection and transportation of the domestic garbage.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the processing center of the present invention. In the figure, 30 denotes a processing center, a crusher unit 33 or a compression-binding unit 34 is connected to the lower part of six garbage inlets 31 via pipes 32, and a filling can 36 or a loading forklift 11 is provided outside each unit discharge port 35. The crusher set 33, the compression strapping set 34 or the loading forklift 11 belong to conventional mechanical equipment, and ordinary engineering technicians can purchase the equipment from the market, so the specific structure of the equipment is not described in detail herein.
Based on the treatment of construction waste, medical waste and industrial waste in China, different regulations are regulated, and the classification method and the treatment process technical flow are not suitable for the technology, so that the description is provided.
The invention is elaborated in detail, and provides a domestic garbage classification method and a recycling treatment system thereof, which provide a unique solution for the effective treatment of domestic garbage in urban and rural communities in China, and directly convert classified garbage into recycled cheap raw materials for use.

A. the kitchen wastes can be directly supplied to a feedlot for boiling after canning and then can be used as livestock and poultry feed;
B. the glass can be directly supplied to a glass factory for re-melting and reconstructing glass after being crushed and canned;
C. the metals can be directly sold to metal recovery enterprises after being compressed and bundled;
D. the plastic cement can be directly sold to plastic recycling enterprises after being compressed and bundled;
E. the book paper and wood chips can be directly sold to waste paper recovery enterprises after being compressed and bundled;
F. the fiber fabrics can be directly sold to building material enterprises to be used as filling materials after being compressed and bundled.
