Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical treatment, in particular to a solid-liquid medicine dual-purpose multifunctional xerophthalmia atomization therapeutic apparatus and an atomization method thereof.
Background
Dry eye is a common global condition that causes sustained damage to the ocular surface and even blindness, severely affecting quality of life and causing social harm.
Dry eye refers to a general term for a group of diseases characterized by abnormal tear content or quality due to various causes, thereby causing instability of tear film and pathological changes of ocular surface tissues, often accompanied by ocular discomfort symptoms. The incidence of dry eye is between 5.5 and 35.0 percent in the global scope, and the epidemiological data of China shows that the incidence of dry eye is between 21 and 30 percent. In recent years, with the development of science and technology and the change of human living habits, the contact time of human eyes with various electronic equipment display screens is continuously prolonged, so that the number of dry eye patients is remarkably increased, and the incidence rate is increased year by year.
Dry eye has become a common global condition that seriously affects the quality of life and work of patients and presents a social hazard. At present, dry eye treatment modes are many, and the following are mainly applied to clinic:
(1) artificial tears: the use is convenient, the preservative with low concentration is commonly used, the iatrogenic damage to the epithelial cells on the ocular surface can be caused after long-term use, the artificial tears packaged in a small dosage form contain no preservative, but the price is not very high after long-term use, the maintenance time of the effect is short, and the curative effect is stopped after the medicine is stopped;
(2) hot compress: wide application, but poor patient compliance;
(3) and (3) surgical treatment: mainly aims at dry eye patients with conjunctival laxity, cannot be used for all patients, and has the possibility of relapse after operation;
(4) carrying out atomization treatment: nebulisation has an important role in the treatment of dry eye, which is principally the reconstitution of a tear film of sufficient quality and quantity, lubrication and protection of the ocular surface, promotion of healing of the ocular surface epithelium and functional recovery. Earlier studies show that the atomization treatment can obviously relieve the symptoms and signs of the dry eye, and is safe and effective. Possible mechanisms include: (a) the atomized steam generates a heat effect to melt secretion of a patient with meibomian gland dysfunction, so that an ocular surface lipid layer is formed; (b) the water vapor generated by atomization can effectively supplement water components lost on the ocular surface and relieve the symptoms of the ocular surface water loss; (c) the atomized and moist environment relieves the tension of the patient, and relieves blepharospasm and other factors; (d) different atomized medicines play the role of medicines, can relieve inflammatory pain and neurogenic pain, promote nerve repair, relieve the congestion symptom of eyes and improve clinical symptoms.
Nebulization therapy is becoming a potentially new method of nebulization for dry eye.
Currently, the nebulization treatment of dry eye is widely developed clinically, and becomes a novel effective therapy for dry eye. However, the existing atomization dry eye therapeutic apparatus applied to clinical treatment mainly aims at the atomization treatment of liquid medicines, and the existing equipment is difficult to meet the requirements for the traditional Chinese medicine atomization method of Chinese traditional medicine. The current methods of treating dry eye by nebulization suffer from the following problems: there is no complex therapeutic apparatus combining solid and liquid drugs; a method for perfectly combining the curative effect, the compliance, the material benefit, the convenience and the like is lacked. Therefore, more effective and multifunctional dry eye atomization therapeutic apparatus needs to be developed in clinic.
