本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,特别是涉及一种补水保湿的面膜精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视皮肤护理,希望通过使用化妆品达到肌肤保湿、延缓衰老的效果。面膜是广大女性常用的一种护肤品,随着社会的发展,环境的破坏,紫外线、空调、风沙、过度洗浴等都会造成皮肤干燥;另外自身的年龄增加、皮脂分泌不足、压力大、疲劳等也会造成皮肤干燥。现有的营养面膜、中药面膜多种多样,功能各异,但是这些面膜或是添加有各种化学药品,虽然见效快,但是依赖性强,停用后皮肤变得比以前更糟,皮肤自我修复功能下降;或是各种祛斑、美白、抗衰老等功能性面膜,基础的补水保湿中药面膜不多,而且效果不佳。

本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种补水保湿的面膜精华液及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种补水保湿的面膜精华液,包括以下百分比的原料:甲酯0.1-1%、丙二醇8-12%、透明质酸钠5-10%、卡波姆5-10%、水50-70%、丁二醇5-10%、富勒烯4-6%、海藻糖3-5%、烟酰胺1-4%、辛酰羟肟酸0.05-1%、三乙醇胺0.05-0.2%、甘油辛酸酯0.05-1%、积雪草提取物0.05-1%、马齿笕提取物0.05-1%、燕麦仁提取物0.05-1%、小麦麸提取物0.05-1%、光果甘草根提取物0.05-1%、金黄洋甘菊提取物0.05-1%、甘草提取物0.05-1%、虎杖根提取物0.05-1%、黄岑根提取物0.05-1%。

本发明还提供一种制备上述补水保湿的面膜精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,按照预先设置好的重量百分比称取各原料,然后将生产用的搅拌锅清洗、消毒后晾干;
步骤二,将水、丁二醇、富勒烯、海藻糖依次加入搅拌锅内,开始搅拌加热,待其溶解完全,得到溶液一;
步骤三,将透明质酸钠、卡波姆加入步骤二得到的溶液一中,待其溶解完全,得到溶液二;
步骤四,将甲酯、丙二醇在30-35℃下混合搅拌均匀,得到溶液三;
步骤五,将步骤三得到的溶液二加热,在其温度为58-60℃时将步骤四得到的溶液三加入其中,持续升温并进行搅拌,当升温到80-85℃后开始保持恒温,30分钟后开始降温,得到溶液四;
步骤六,当溶液四温度降低到43-47℃时,将烟酰胺、辛酰羟肟酸、三乙醇胺、甘油辛酸酯、积雪草提取物、马齿笕提取物、燕麦仁提取物、小麦麸提取物、光果甘草根提取物、金黄洋甘菊提取物、甘草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄岑根提取物加入其中,搅拌均匀,得到溶液五;
步骤七,溶液五继续降温,当温度降低到38℃时过滤出料;
步骤八,对物料进行抽样检测,检测合格后管装入洁净、无菌的储存罐中密封;
步骤九,将盛放物料的储存罐转入静置室内静置,然后进行微生物检测;
步骤十,微生物检测合格后进行无菌灌装、包装、入库。
进一步的,所述步骤六中,搅拌时间不小于30分钟。
进一步的,所述步骤九中,静置时间2-6h。
其中,本发明所采用的原料组份阐述如下:
甲酯:甲酯又称脂肪酸甲酯,是用途广泛的表面活性剂(SAA)的原料;
丙二醇:丙二醇与水、乙醇及多种有机溶剂混溶。丙二醇可用作不饱和聚酯树脂的原料,在化妆品、牙膏和香皂中可与甘油或山梨醇配合用作润湿剂,在染发剂中用作调湿、匀发剂,也用作防冻剂,还用于玻璃纸、增塑剂和制药工业,牙膏中也有添加丙二醇的;
透明质酸钠:透明质酸钠为从鸡冠中提取的物质,也可通过乳酸球菌发酵制得,为白色或类白色颗粒或粉末,无臭味,干燥时,氮含量为2.8%-4.0%,葡糖醛酸含量为37.0%-51.0%,在化妆品领域中使用较多,能起到独特的保护皮肤作用,可保持皮肤滋润光滑,细腻柔嫩,富有弹性,具有防皱、抗皱、美容保健和恢复皮肤生理功能的作用;
卡波姆:卡波姆也称卡波,是以季戊四醇等与丙烯酸交联得到的丙烯酸交联树脂,是一类非常重要的流变调节剂,中和后的卡波是优秀的凝胶基质,有增稠悬浮等重要用途,工艺简单,稳定性好,广泛应用于乳液、膏霜、凝胶中;
丁二醇:在化妆品中常做保湿剂和溶剂使用,在保湿方面,由于丁二醇是小分子保湿成份,所以抓水比例很小,同时也有一定的抑菌作用;
富勒烯:富勒烯能够亲和自由基,具有极强的抗氧化能力,能够起到活化皮肤细胞,预防肌肤衰亡的作用;
海藻糖:海藻糖分子量小,易于被皮肤吸收,进入细胞内发挥其独特的水替代应激因子作用和保护细胞膜的功能,提高细胞的抗干燥、抗冷冻能力,从而提高皮肤适应环境能力;降低水相的凝固点,提高产品低温稳定性;防止蛋白质变性、保持各种蛋白质及多肽类活性成分的功效,对于一些无法常温与长时间保持活性的生化物质的活性有良好的保持作用;优异的保水性、吸湿性,在严重脱水时,可代替细胞中水分的作用;
烟酰胺:烟酰胺是维生素B3的一种衍生物,除了传统的美白效果之外,也被用于减少已经生成、沉淀的黑色素,阻隔其向表层细胞的转移,加速细胞新陈代谢、加快黑色素角质细胞脱落等;烟酰胺能够维持肌肤含水量,促进真皮层微循环;烟酰胺还能极大减少或消除皮肤老化现象,比如皱纹、起皮、毛孔粗大等,减少自由基对皮肤的伤害,起到预防老化、修复皮肤和减少面部暗沉的作用;
辛酰羟肟酸:辛酰羟肟酸是一种理想的有机酸,在中性pH值下具有优异的抗菌、抑菌性能,可用于不含化学防腐剂配方体系,辛酰羟肟酸是酸性到中性全程都保持没电离状态的有机酸,是最佳抑菌有机酸,有高效螯合作用,抑制霉菌需要的活性元素,限制了微生物生长所需的环境,辛酰羟肟酸和绝多数原料都有兼溶性,不受体系中表面活性剂、蛋白质等原料的影响,可以和醇类,二醇类等防腐剂复配,可以在常温和高温环境下添加,广泛用于凝胶、精华素、乳液、膏霜、洗发水、淋浴露等护肤护发品中;
三乙醇胺:三乙醇胺在化妆品配方中用于与脂肪酸中和成皂,与硫酸化脂肪酸中和成胺盐,三乙醇胺是乳膏制剂中常用乳化剂,用三乙醇胺乳化的乳膏产品具有膏体细腻,膏体亮白的特点,另外,三乙醇胺与高级脂肪酸或高级脂肪醇形成的胶体相稳定性好,产品质量稳定,可容外加成分比重高,三乙醇胺是含有卡波姆等酸性高分子凝胶的最常用中和剂,三乙醇胺通过与卡波姆等羧基中和,形成稳定的高分子结构,达到增稠和保湿的应用效果;
甘油辛酸酯:甘油辛酸酯是可用于乳液、表面活性剂产品、水醇体系的产品,有抗菌、保湿、加脂等功效,甘油辛酸酯在化妆品中作皮肤柔润剂和乳化剂使用;
积雪草提取物:积雪草提取物中含有多种三萜类,其中包含α-香树脂醇结构,主要成分为积雪草甙,羟基积雪草甙,积雪草可以紧致表皮与真皮连接部分,能使皮肤变柔软,有助于解决皮肤松弛现象,使皮肤光滑有弹性;帮助促进真皮层中胶原蛋白形成,使纤维蛋白再生,重新连接起来,从根本上消除妈妈纹,使肌肤达到紧致光滑的效果;还可帮助受损的组织愈合及紧实肌肤,既能促进表皮与真皮之间的密切连接,又能抑制脂肪细胞的增加,防止皮肤水肿、出现肥胖;
马齿笕提取物:马齿笕提取物具有在冬季防干燥老化、增加皮肤舒适度以及清除自由基,改善皮肤舒适感等的综合性能;含有植物多糖和维生素,可以营养润滑皮肤和促进上皮细胞的生理功能趋于正常,减少干燥引起的死皮和角质层的生成;含有氨基酸,可以收缩血管平滑肌,收缩作用兼有的中枢及末梢性,可以舒缓皮肤和抑制干燥引起的皮肤搔痒;含有黄酮和皂甙,可以去自由基和抗氧化、延缓皮肤衰老;含有生物碱和黄酮,可以抗菌及抑制常见致病性皮肤真菌;
燕麦仁提取物:燕麦中的燕麦酰基邻氨苯甲酸可为皮肤提供临时性的保护,并缓解由毒叶藤、槲叶毒葛、毒漆树以及蚊虫叮咬所引起的微小疼痛及瘙痒,也可缓解干燥皮肤引起的瘙痒;
小麦麸提取物:小麦麸提取物是从小麦麸皮中提取的纯天然产物,对纤维芽细胞增殖作用较好,显示有较好的活肤抗衰作用;对胶原蛋白酶的抑制和对DPPH的消除作用,含的营养成分有增强人体新陈代谢、调整神经系统功能,起到皮肤细嫩光滑,抑制、延缓皱纹产生;对B-16细胞活性有抑制,同时具有美白功效;
光果甘草根提取物:光果甘草提取物能深入皮肤内部并保持高活性,有效抑制黑色素生成过程中多种酶(如抑制酪氨酸酶)的活性,是一种快速、高效、安全、绿色的美白祛斑化妆品添加剂;
金黄洋甘菊提取物:金黄洋甘菊提取物具有抗菌抗炎作用,尤其适用于敏感皮肤;
甘草提取物:甘草为豆科植物甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的干燥根和根茎。甘草主要化学成分有三类:皂苷类、黄酮类及多糖类;甘草皂苷类成分主要是一系列以齐墩果烷为结构母核的化合物,如甘草酸、甘草次酸等;甘草黄酮类成分主要包括甘草苷、甘草素、异甘草苷、异甘草素等化合物,这些化合物分别属于黄酮、黄酮醇、二氢黄酮、二氢黄酮醇、查尔酮、异黄酮、二氢异黄酮、异黄烷等衍生物;甘草皂苷具有解毒、止咳平喘作用、抗炎及抗过敏作用、抗肝损伤以及降低胆固醇作用;甘草黄酮具有抑菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗心律失常等作用,主要用于制药,化妆品等;甘草多糖具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等作用,主要用于制药和食品如糖果等;
虎杖根提取物:虎杖在中国和日本传统医药中被用于治疗多种病痛,其中包括霉菌感染,多种皮肤炎症,心血管疾病和肝脏疾病等,白藜芦醇和大黄素是虎杖中的主要功能成分,研究显示白藜芦醇和大黄素表现出广泛的抗氧化特性,白藜芦醇同时显示出有助于心血管健康和活血,减轻疼痛,清热去湿,去毒去痰,是一种很好的调理剂;
黄岑根提取物:既可用于医药,也可用于化妆品,是一种很好的功能性美容化妆品原料;
本发明的有益效果在于:精华液内的营养成分渗透肌肤后,被肌肤吸收,可以重现水润肌肤,配合保湿补水成分,为肌肤补充水份,舒润、修护、保湿呵护肌肤,改善肌肤缺水干燥现象,长期使用可以令肌肤玉润清透,舒缓补水,抗皱嫩肤,控油祛痘,亮泽水润。

实施例四:
一种补水保湿的面膜精华液,包括以下百分比的原料:甲酯0.2%、丙二醇9%、透明质酸钠6.34%、卡波姆7.22%、水60%、丁二醇5.4%、富勒烯4.23%、海藻糖3.0%、烟酰胺1.2%、辛酰羟肟酸0.2%、三乙醇胺0.18%、甘油辛酸酯0.33%、积雪草提取物0.3%、马齿笕提取物0.3%、燕麦仁提取物0.3%、小麦麸提取物0.3%、光果甘草根提取物0.3%、金黄洋甘菊提取物0.3%、甘草提取物0.3%、虎杖根提取物0.3%、黄岑根提取物0.3%。
一种用于生产上述补水保湿的面膜精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,按照预先设置好的重量百分比称取各原料,然后将生产用的搅拌锅清洗、消毒后晾干;
步骤二,将水、丁二醇、富勒烯、海藻糖依次加入搅拌锅内,开始搅拌加热,待其溶解完全,得到溶液一;
步骤三,将透明质酸钠、卡波姆加入步骤二得到的溶液一中,待其溶解完全,得到溶液二;
步骤四,将甲酯、丙二醇在30-35℃下混合搅拌均匀,得到溶液三;
步骤五,将步骤三得到的溶液二加热,在其温度为58-60℃时将步骤四得到的溶液三加入其中,持续升温并进行搅拌,当升温到80-85℃后开始保持恒温,30分钟后开始降温,得到溶液四;
步骤六,当溶液四温度降低到43-47℃时,将烟酰胺、辛酰羟肟酸、三乙醇胺、甘油辛酸酯、积雪草提取物、马齿笕提取物、燕麦仁提取物、小麦麸提取物、光果甘草根提取物、金黄洋甘菊提取物、甘草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄岑根提取物加入其中,搅拌均匀,得到溶液五;
步骤七,溶液五继续降温,当温度降低到38℃时过滤出料;
步骤八,对物料进行抽样检测,检测合格后管装入洁净、无菌的储存罐中密封;
步骤九,将盛放物料的储存罐转入静置室内静置,然后进行微生物检测;
步骤十,微生物检测合格后进行无菌灌装、包装、入库。
优选的,所述步骤六中,搅拌时间不小于30分钟。
优选的,所述步骤九中,静置时间2-6h。

1.一种补水保湿的面膜精华液,其特征在于:包括以下百分比的原料:甲酯0.1-1%、丙二醇8-12%、透明质酸钠5-10%、卡波姆5-10%、水50-70%、丁二醇5-10%、富勒烯4-6%、海藻糖3-5%、烟酰胺1-4%、辛酰羟肟酸0.05-1%、三乙醇胺0.05-0.2%、甘油辛酸酯0.05-1%、积雪草提取物0.05-1%、马齿笕提取物0.05-1%、燕麦仁提取物0.05-1%、小麦麸提取物0.05-1%、光果甘草根提取物0.05-1%、金黄洋甘菊提取物0.05-1%、甘草提取物0.05-1%、虎杖根提取物0.05-1%、黄岑根提取物0.05-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种补水保湿的面膜精华液,其特征在于:包括以下百分比的原料:甲酯0.1%、丙二醇10%、透明质酸钠7.62%、卡波姆6.5%、水55%、丁二醇7%、富勒烯5%、海藻糖3.8%、烟酰胺2.9%、辛酰羟肟酸0.1%、三乙醇胺0.08%、甘油辛酸酯0.1%、积雪草提取物0.2%、马齿笕提取物0.2%、燕麦仁提取物0.2%、小麦麸提取物0.2%、光果甘草根提取物0.2%、金黄洋甘菊提取物0.2%、甘草提取物0.2%、虎杖根提取物0.2%、黄岑根提取物0.2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种补水保湿的面膜精华液,其特征在于:包括以下百分比的原料:甲酯0.56%、丙二醇8%、透明质酸钠8.12%、卡波姆8%、水50%、丁二醇6.5%、富勒烯5.67%、海藻糖4.6%、烟酰胺3.24%、辛酰羟肟酸0.5%、三乙醇胺0.05%、甘油辛酸酯0.26%、积雪草提取物0.5%、马齿笕提取物0.5%、燕麦仁提取物0.5%、小麦麸提取物0.5%、光果甘草根提取物0.5%、金黄洋甘菊提取物0.5%、甘草提取物0.5%、虎杖根提取物0.5%、黄岑根提取物0.5%。

6.一种制备权利要求1-5任意一项所述的补水保湿的面膜精华液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一,按照预先设置好的重量百分比称取各原料,然后将生产用的搅拌锅清洗、消毒后晾干;
步骤二,将水、丁二醇、富勒烯、海藻糖依次加入搅拌锅内,开始搅拌加热,待其溶解完全,得到溶液一;
步骤三,将透明质酸钠、卡波姆加入步骤二得到的溶液一中,待其溶解完全,得到溶液二;
步骤四,将甲酯、丙二醇在30-35℃下混合搅拌均匀,得到溶液三;
步骤五,将步骤三得到的溶液二加热,在其温度为58-60℃时将步骤四得到的溶液三加入其中,持续升温并进行搅拌,当升温到80-85℃后开始保持恒温,30分钟后开始降温,得到溶液四;
