技术领域
本发明涉及日化产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有防晒修复功效的护肤组合物及其应用和制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤的主要功能是保护机体免受外界有害环境因素的伤害。因此成为最容易受到伤害的器官。皮肤的老化,主要表现为皮肤光泽、润性、弹性、滑性的减退,水分的减少。
究其原因一方面是因防紫外线造成的损伤。由于紫外光线的波长很短,能量颇高,破坏力很强,长时间的照射不但会引起皮肤损伤和皮肤疾病,还会加速皮肤的老化。为了防止皮肤损伤和皮肤疾病,防晒产品的应用越来越广泛。早期的用作化妆品紫外防护剂的主要是有机物,多为二苯甲酮类、邻氨基苯甲酮类、水杨酸酯类、对氨基苯甲酸类、肉桂酸酯类等有机化合物,虽然可以在一定程度上屏蔽紫外线的伤害,但是由于不稳定、寿命短,并且副作用较大,添加过量甚至可能导致皮肤疾病。
另一方面是角质层的破损。角质层是皮肤表皮的四层组织(基底层、棘层、颗粒层、角质层)的最外层,由约30μm宽,0.8μm厚的扁平六角形的角质细胞组成,一般为10-20层细胞,厚度为10-15μm。表皮的最上层还有双层脂质形成皮脂膜,它是由汗液和皮脂混合而形成的一层保护膜。从生理意义上来讲,角质层为防止皮肤细胞内部水分丢失、外界微生物和化学物质的侵蚀提供极为有效的屏障作用。根据调查,60%以上的亚洲女性和50%的欧洲女性都自我感觉是“敏感性皮肤”。这类人群的皮肤特征是:容易过敏,脸上的红血丝明显皮肤容易泛红,容易受坏境因素、季节变化及面部保养品刺激等等。
因此,防晒和恢复自我修复功能是防止皮肤老化的重要措施。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种护肤品,不仅能够增强细胞自我修护功能,促进皮肤细胞的分裂和生长,抵御紫外线伤害,修护皮肤屏障功能,还能够刺激细胞外一些大分子(如透明质酸和胶原白等)的合成与分泌,并且能够深层润养皮肤,使得皮肤重回健康与活力。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的。一种用于护肤的组合物,包括如下重量份的组分:

润肤剂选自乳木果油、霍霍巴油、亚麻籽油、辛基硅油、植物角鲨烷、植物甾醇酯中的一种或几种;更优选包括上述全部组分。
优选地,润肤剂的组分含量乳木果油0.1-10.0重量份、霍霍巴油0.1-1.0重量份、亚麻籽油0.1-1.0重量份、辛基硅油1.0-10.0重量份、植物角鲨烷0.1-10.0重量份、植物甾醇酯中0.1-1.0重量份的一种或几种。
优选地,抗氧剂VE;所述VE为0.1-1.0重量份。
其中,尿囊素,别名5-尿基乙内酰胺。广泛存在于烟草种子、甜菜、小麦芽、尿膜液等动植物界。在医药方面,尿囊素是皮肤创伤的良好愈合剂和抗溃疡药剂。在化妆品方面,尿囊素能够促进组织生长,细胞新陈代谢,软化角质层蛋白。在农业上:尿囊素是优良的植物生长调节剂。
乳木果油的提取源自乳油木,乳油木大多生长在非洲塞内加尔与尼日利亚之间的热带雨林区,是一种硬木,成年树高达15至20米,树龄往往可达数百年。
乳木果广泛分布于非洲几内亚等地,其果实可供食用,果仁则用来生产乳木果油。乳木果油适用于抗衰老产品,晚霜、敏感性肌肤和干性肌肤的护理产品、冬季用产品、护手霜、护足霜、体用乳液婴儿产品、剃须用舒滑液等产品;适用于防晒产品及晒后修护产品;医疗方面,适用于关节软组织润滑、关节软骨组织修复、滑膜修复,有效缓解及治愈关节软组织病变引起的各种不适病症;防晒方面,适用于防晒产品及晒后修护产品;彩妆产品方面,适用于唇膏和粉底蜜;发用产品:适用于干性头发的营养香波和护发素,染发后护理产品。

亚麻籽油由亚麻(LINUM USITATISSIMUM)籽制取而成,亚麻籽是亚麻的籽实,属亚麻科,别称胡麻,改善皮肤脂肪含量,使肌肤更幼滑、滋润、柔软有弹性,同时令皮肤呼吸及排汗正常,减轻种种皮肤问题。
角鲨烷是从深海鲨鱼肝脏中提取的角鲨烯经氢化制得一种烃类油脂,故又名深海鲨鱼肝油。科学研究发现,角鲨烷是少有的化学稳定性高,使用感极佳的动物油脂,对皮肤有较好的亲和性,具有较低的极性和中等的铺展性。
植物甾醇酯一般由植物甾醇与脂肪酸通过酯化反应或转酯化反应制得。由于可以用于制造植物甾醇酯的甾醇和脂肪酸种类都较多,因此可以得到多种不同理化性质的植物甾醇酯,三种主要植物甾醇酯为β-谷甾醇酯,豆甾醇酯,菜油甾醇酯。甾醇酯能够在人体内转化成甾醇和脂肪酸,所以其生理功能包括植物甾醇和脂肪酸两部分所具有的生理功能,具有与游离植物甾醇同等的减低血浆总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的效果,在某些方面甚至效果更好。
金缕梅提取物为金缕梅花的醇提物或水提物,内含单宁质多种如Ellagtannin和Hamamlitannin可以调节皮脂分泌、具保湿及嫩白作用。促进淋巴血液循环,可克服早晨眼脬和黑眼圈。具有镇静、安抚的效果,对龟裂、晒伤、粉刺有改善效果。可有效帮助肌肤夜间的再生能力。去除眼袋、放松以及缓和对於油性肌肤或是过敏的肌肤都有很优异的效果。有舒缓、收敛、抗菌、抗衰老的效果,因有收敛控油、杀菌的显著疗效。
水解酵母蛋白,酵母细胞的水解产物。通过自溶或通过外加酶水解得到。其中含有大量的氨基酸、小肽、丰富的B族维生素、谷胱甘肽及核苷酸类物质。加入化妆品中有抗氧化,降低油脂功效,也能给肌肤补充营养。
绿藻提取物为绿藻的醇提物或水提物。绿藻(CHLOROPHYTA SPP.),为弱碱性,含有丰富均衡的各种营养成份,富含蛋白质、脂质、多糖、膳食纤维、维生素A、B、C、D、E、微量元素、矿物质、叶酸、叶绿素及珍贵的生物活性素。此外,绿藻中还含有一种最重要的成份:绿藻促进生长因子(CGF),它具有诱发干扰素,激发人体防御、免疫组织中的巨噬细胞、T细胞和B细胞的作用,又能促进对以二恶英为代表污染环境的有害物质的解毒、排泄作用。
积雪草提取物为积雪草的醇提物或水提物。积雪草(Centella asiatica(L.)Urban),为伞形科多年生草本,茎匍匐,细长,节上生根。分布于中国多省区。药理学表明,积雪草具有紧致表皮与真皮连接部分,能使皮肤变柔软,有助于解决皮肤松弛现象,使皮肤光滑有弹性;帮助促进真皮层中胶原蛋白形成,使纤维蛋白再生,重新连接起来,从根本上消除妈妈纹,使肌肤达到紧致光滑的效果。还可帮助受损的组织愈合及紧实肌肤。
虎杖根提取物为虎杖根的醇提物或水提物。虎杖,中药名。为蓼科植物虎杖(Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.)的干燥根茎和根。春、秋二季采挖,除去须根,洗净,趁鲜切短段或厚片,晒干。分布于西北、华东、华中、华南及西南等地。虎杖在中国和日本传统医药中被用于治疗多种病痛,具有利湿退黄,清热解毒,散瘀止痛,止咳化痰的功效。用于湿热黄疸,淋浊,带下,风湿痹痛,痈肿疮毒,水火烫伤,经闭,症瘕,趺打损伤,肺热咳嗽。
黄芩根提取物为黄芩根的醇提物或水提物。黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensisGeorgi),别名山茶根、土金茶根,是唇形科黄芩属多年生草本植物;药理学表明,黄芩具有黄芩的根入药,味苦、性寒,有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎等功效。主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。黄芩的临床抗菌性比黄连好,而且不产生抗药性。
茶提取物为茶的醇提物或水提物。茶提取物的成分主要包括茶多酚(儿茶素)、咖啡碱、芳香油、水分、矿物质、色素、碳水化合物、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素等。茶多酚具有抗氧化、清除自由基等作用,明显降低高脂血症的血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,同时具有恢复和保护血管内皮功能的作用。
光果甘草根提取物为光果甘草根的醇提物或水提物。光果甘草(Glycyrrhizaglabra L.)又名洋甘草(北疆)多年生草本,根与根状茎粗壮,直径0.5-3cm,根皮褐色,里面黄色,具甜味。光果甘草提取物能深入皮肤内部并保持高活性,有效抑制黑色素生成过程中多种酶(如抑制酪氨酸酶)的活性,是一种快速、高效、安全、绿色的防晒、美白祛斑化妆品添加剂。同时光果甘草提取物还具有防止皮肤粗糙及抗炎、抗菌的功效。
母菊花提取物为母菊花的醇提物或水提物。母菊(Matricaria recutita L.),是桔梗目、菊科、母菊属一年生草本植物。主要分布于新疆北部和西部,含丰富的甘菊蓝,具有防止皮肤发炎的功效,亦具有清洁、安定肌肤的效果。在化妆品中作皮肤调理剂使用。
迷迭香提取物为迷迭香醇提物或水提物。迷迭香(Rosmarinus officinalis),是双子叶植物纲、唇形科、迷迭香属植物灌木。药理学表明,迷迭香具有抑菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗过敏、抗氧化、抗血栓抗血小板聚集、防辐射和免疫抑制作用,迷迭香酸对神经系统有抗焦虑作用,对细胞损伤有保护作用,加之产品的延缓食品变质;安全、无毒;抑菌;耐高温;色素护色等特点,在各种烘焙食品、卤制食品、水产制品、调味品、高级糖果、药品、保健品各类化妆洗涤用品和生物农药等产品中都有应用。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,提供一种组合物,由以下组分组成:
植物舒敏剂0.1-3重量份、依可多因0.01-1.0重量份、水解酵母蛋白0.1-1.0重量份、绿藻提取物0.01-0.5重量份、金缕梅提取液0.01-0.1重量份、银耳多糖0.01-0.1重量份、燕麦葡聚糖0.1-1.0重量份、尿囊素0.1-1.0重量份、复合神经酰胺0.01-1.0重量份、向日葵不皂化物0.01-1.0重量份、甘油1.0-10.0重量份、甲基丙二醇1.0-10.0重量份、透明质酸钠0.01-1.0重量份、甜菜碱0.1-10.0重量份、泛醇0.1-1.0重量份、乳木果油0.1-10.0重量份、霍霍巴油0.1-1.0重量份、亚麻籽油0.1-1.0重量份、辛基硅油1.0-10.0重量份、植物角鲨烷0.1-10.0重量份、植物甾醇酯中0.1-1.0重量份、VE为0.1-1.0重量份。
本发明所提供的上述任一项技术方案所述的组合物皆具有显著地有保湿及抵抗自由基的功效。
本发明意外地发现,在组合物中添加上述原料中的全部可显著提高组合物的功效。
本发明还提供上述任一一项技术方案所述的组合物在制备增强细胞自我修护功能,促进皮肤细胞的分裂和生长,抵御紫外线伤害,修护皮肤屏障功能的护肤品中的应用。其中,所述护肤品包括面膜、面霜、精华素、爽肤水、乳液、凝胶、凝露等。
所述的护肤品以上述任意一项技术方案所得组合物作为活性组分。
具体地,本发明提供一种面霜,包括如下重量份的组分:

本发明所提供的面霜,能够显著增强细胞自我修护功能,促进皮肤细胞的分裂和生长,抵御紫外线伤害,修护皮肤屏障功能。
本发明还提供一种上述面霜的制备方法,包括:将上述活性组分(组合物)混合,制得面霜。
所述面霜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A、将原料增稠剂撒入盛放原料溶剂和螯合剂的配置锅中,待完全润湿下30Hz搅拌并加热;将预分散的甲基丙二醇、小核菌胶、透明质酸钠加入配置锅继续搅拌至均匀,加热至80℃;
B、将原料甘油、甜菜碱、尿囊素、对羟基苯乙酮依次加入配置锅中30Hz搅拌至均匀等待均质;
C、将原料M68、燕麦乳化剂、氢化卵磷脂、鲸蜡硬脂醇、乳木果油、霍霍巴油、亚麻籽油、植物角鲨烷、棕榈酸乙基己酯、植物甾醇酯、复合神经酰胺加到油相锅加热至80℃,临均质前将原料VE、辛基硅油加到油相锅搅拌均匀等待均质;
D、待两相均一后将主锅开启真空-0.04mpa,然后将油相抽入主锅均质,边抽边均质,均质3mins,然后30Hz搅拌开始降温;
E、降温至65℃将原料氢氧化钠稀释成10%溶液加入配置锅,30Hz搅拌继续降温;
F、降温至45℃将原料无添加防腐剂、泛醇、依可多因依次加到配置锅中30Hz搅拌至均匀,然后将原料燕麦葡聚糖、银耳多糖、金缕梅提取液、植物舒敏剂加到配置锅中30Hz搅拌至均匀;
G、降温至40℃后将原料无添加防腐剂、绿藻提取物、向日葵不皂化物加入到配置锅30Hz搅拌至均匀;取料检测,合格后直接出料。
本发明所述技术方案具有如下有益效果:
本发明利用各成分不同的药用机理,充分发挥各成分间的协同增效作用,使得所得的组合物能够增强细胞自我修护功能,促进皮肤细胞的分裂和生长,抵御紫外线伤害,修护皮肤屏障功能。刺激细胞外一些大分子(如透明质酸和胶原白等)的合成与分泌、深层润养皮肤,使得皮肤重回健康与活力,本发明组合物也可以作为特异性皮炎和湿疹患者的辅疗产品。

下面给出的实施例拟对本发明内容作进一步详细说明。
实施例1-3及对比例1-3分别提供一种组合物,按重量份计,其配方如下

实施例1-3组合物的制备方法均为如下步骤:
A、将原料增稠剂撒入盛放原料溶剂和螯合剂的配置锅中,待完全润湿下30Hz搅拌并加热;将预分散的甲基丙二醇、小核菌胶、透明质酸钠加入配置锅继续搅拌至均匀,加热至80℃;
B、将原料甘油、甜菜碱、尿囊素、对羟基苯乙酮依次加入配置锅中30Hz搅拌至均匀等待均质;
C、将原料M68、燕麦乳化剂、氢化卵磷脂、鲸蜡硬脂醇、乳木果油、霍霍巴油、亚麻籽油、植物角鲨烷、棕榈酸乙基己酯、植物甾醇酯、复合神经酰胺加到油相锅加热至80℃,临均质前将原料VE、辛基硅油加到油相锅搅拌均匀等待均质;
D、待两相均一后将主锅开启真空-0.04mpa,然后将油相抽入主锅均质,边抽边均质,均质3mins,然后30Hz搅拌开始降温;
E、降温至65℃将原料氢氧化钠稀释成10%溶液加入配置锅,30Hz搅拌继续降温;

G、降温至40℃后将原料无添加防腐剂、水解酵母蛋白、绿藻提取物、向日葵不皂化物加入到配置锅30Hz搅拌至均匀;取料检测,合格后直接出料。
对比例1组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将原料增稠剂撒入盛放原料溶剂和螯合剂的配置锅中,待完全润湿下30Hz搅拌并加热;将预分散的甲基丙二醇、小核菌胶、透明质酸钠加入配置锅继续搅拌至均匀,加热至80℃;

B、将原料尿囊素、对羟基苯乙酮依次加入配置锅中30Hz搅拌至均匀等待均质;
C、将原料M68、燕麦乳化剂、氢化卵磷脂、鲸蜡硬脂醇、乳木果油、霍霍巴油、亚麻籽油、植物角鲨烷、棕榈酸乙基己酯、植物甾醇酯、复合神经酰胺加到油相锅加热至80℃,临均质前将原料VE、辛基硅油加到油相锅搅拌均匀等待均质;
D、待两相均一后将主锅开启真空-0.04mpa,然后将油相抽入主锅均质,边抽边均质,均质3mins,然后30Hz搅拌开始降温;
E、降温至65℃将原料氢氧化钠稀释成10%溶液加入配置锅,30Hz搅拌继续降温;

对比例3组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将原料增稠剂撒入盛放原料溶剂和螯合剂的配置锅中,待完全润湿下30Hz搅拌并加热;将预分散的甲基丙二醇、小核菌胶、透明质酸钠加入配置锅继续搅拌至均匀,加热至80℃;
B、将原料甘油、甜菜碱、尿囊素、对羟基苯乙酮依次加入配置锅中30Hz搅拌至均匀等待均质;

D、待两相均一后将主锅开启真空-0.04mpa,然后将油相抽入主锅均质,边抽边均质,均质3mins,然后30Hz搅拌开始降温;
E、降温至65℃将原料氢氧化钠稀释成10%溶液加入配置锅,30Hz搅拌继续降温;
F、降温至45℃将原料无添加防腐剂、泛醇、依可多因依次加到配置锅中30Hz搅拌至均匀,然后将原料燕麦葡聚糖、银耳多糖、金缕梅提取液、植物舒敏剂加到配置锅中30Hz搅拌至均匀;
G、降温至40℃后将原料无添加防腐剂、水解酵母蛋白、绿藻提取物、向日葵不皂化物加入到配置锅30Hz搅拌至均匀;取料检测,合格后直接出料。
防晒效果测试:根据QB/T 2410-1998规定的防晒化妆品防晒效果的评价方法进行操作。取实施例1-3和对比例1-3中的面霜样品各1克。均匀涂敷在3M医用透气胶带上,然后放置30min后贴在比色皿透光面一侧进行数据测定。在紫外分光光度计上测其在280~320nm波长范围的吸光度A值,通过吸光度A值的大小,判断乳液在紫外线下的防晒效果。

通过表2可见实施1-3具有高效防护紫外光效果,紫外吸光度A值明显高于对比例1-3。
保湿测试:采用水分测试仪Corneometer(CM825,C+K公司,德国)测试水分含量。其度量所用单位A.C.U.测定范围从0到120A.C.U.。采用皮肤水分流失(TEWL)测试仪Tewameter(TM300,C+K公司,德国)测试水分流失率,皮肤保护层越完好,水分的含量就会越高,皮肤水分流失TEWL的数值就越低。
共选取180名志愿者,在湿度相同的环境中,分为六组,分别采用实施例1-3,对比例1-3。每天以1.75μl/cm2涂敷密度均匀涂敷两次,使用前测试初始值,45天后测试结果,见表3.

如表3所示,可见采用本发明实施例1-3的保湿效果明显高于是对比例1-3。
皮肤修复及改善测试:
共选取180名试用者,分为6组,每组30人,分别采用实施例1-3和对比例1-3中的乳液产品,结果如表4所示

总结:从表4的检测值可以看出,实施例1-3的各项指标效果明显好于对比例1-3的各项指标,而实施例1-3的结果来看,实施例2较好于实施例1和实施例2。

所述抗氧剂选自VE。
