Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型含艾叶的舒缓修护原液组合物,按重量百分比,其包含:抗敏舒缓剂0.1‑5.0%,皮肤修复剂0.1‑5.0%,防腐剂0.1%‑1.0%,保湿剂1‑15.0%,增稠剂4%‑10%。水:余量。本发明皮肤修护组合物可制成霜剂和水剂,直接涂于患处,对人体皮肤无毒无害。其中的皮肤舒缓修复复合成分具有很强的抗敏修复、消炎收敛等功效;其他辅佐添加组分均选用能使皮肤柔嫩、光滑、滋润且对皮肤温和无刺激的保湿剂、防腐剂等,使用方便,消炎止痒、修复受损皮肤的目的,适合敏感性皮肤以及化妆品使用不当引起的皮肤过敏、瘙痒、脱屑、红肿、等现象。

四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸是利用生物发酵技术从天然微生物中获得的一种小分子氨基酸衍生物。会束缚周围水分子形成复合体,包裹在细胞、酶、蛋白质和其他有机分子周围,形成具有保护滋养和稳定水合作用的保护壳,从而防止细胞损伤。
泛醇即维生素原B5,是应用较广泛的维生素B类营养补充剂,广泛应用在医药、食品、饲料、化妆品等领域,皮肤药剂类、护肤、毛发类化妆品较广泛应用。泛醇的分子量较小,能够有效渗透角质层,浸润肌肤表面的角质层,具有强效的保湿效果,有效改善肌肤粗糙,使肌肤柔软,能够刺激上皮细胞生长,加速表皮伤口愈合时间,修复组织创伤。

本发明优选采用的皮肤舒缓组合物包括艾叶提取物、假八角叶提取物、玫瑰红景天提取物、银耳提取物、扭刺仙人掌提取物、燕麦提取物。
艾叶有艾以叶入药,性温、味苦、无毒、纯阳之性、通十二经、具回阳、理气血、逐湿寒、止血安胎等功效,亦常用于针灸。故又被称为“医草”,中国台湾地区正流行的“药草浴”,大多就是选用艾草。关于艾叶的性能,《本草》载:“艾叶能灸百病。”
假八角叶源自澳洲东南部地区的珍稀植物胡椒莓,生长在塔斯马尼亚山海拔1400米以上严寒地带。俗称阿尔派尼胡椒、高山胡椒、黑紫色小浆果。强效抗炎剂,迅速缓解并镇静敏感性皮肤的刺痛感和灼热感。主要含有组分:水蓼二醛、花青苷、芸香苷、必需矿物质镁、必需矿物质锌。其中水蓼二醛是一种多功能天然活性成分,具有抗炎功效,能够舒缓皮肤不适感,花青苷具有对抗自由基,强大的抗氧化功效;芸香苷能够帮助反应性肌肤镇静;必需矿物质镁刺激细胞更新,增强能量再生,锌减少红肿并缓解痤疮引起的炎症反应。

所述的艾叶舒缓修复原液的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将甘油、丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇和透明质酸钠预先混合均匀备用;
(2)将去离子水加入搅拌锅中,搅拌下开始升温,把步骤(1)所得物料加入搅拌锅中,搅拌升温至85℃,保温30分钟,开始降温,加入对羟基苯乙酮搅拌均匀。
(3)降温到45℃下,搅拌下依次加入各种舒缓修复剂以及1,2-己二醇,甜菜碱搅拌均匀;
(4)降至室温,静置,检验;
(5)检验合格,200目过滤出料。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的有益效果是通过添加有效的修复镇静剂快速褪红止痒,同时辅以多种植物提取物持久调理,由内而外,彻底解决肌肤敏感受损状态。同时添加的多种物质均是天然安全来源,对肌肤没有副作用。

1、皮肤修复组合物的制备:取10克去离子水升温至85℃杀菌,降温到45℃后加入1克皮肤修复剂、1克抗敏舒缓剂、防腐剂,搅拌均匀,即得本发明皮肤抗敏修复组合物。
2、含1.0%皮肤修复剂的皮肤修复原液的制备方法
该舒缓修复原液的制备工艺如下:
(1)首先按上述表格中的原料名称和原料重量秤取各原料;
(2)将A相四种原料加热至85℃,搅拌至完全溶解;
(3)搅拌降温至70℃,将B相加入,搅拌均匀。
(4)搅拌降温至45℃,将C相加入,搅拌均匀。
(5)分装后即为成品。
实施例2
含2%皮肤修复剂的皮肤修复原液的制备方法
1、皮肤修复组合物的制备:取10克去离子水升温至85℃杀菌,降温到45℃后加入1克皮肤修复剂、1克抗敏舒缓剂、防腐剂,搅拌均匀,即得本发明皮肤抗敏修复组合物。
2、含2%皮肤抗敏修复组合物的舒缓修复原液的制备方法
该舒缓修复原液的制备工艺如下:
(1)首先按上述表格中的原料名称和原料重量秤取各原料;
(2)将A相四种原料加热至85℃,搅拌至完全溶解;
(3)搅拌降温至70℃,将B相加入,搅拌均匀。
(4)搅拌降温至45℃,将C相加入,搅拌均匀。
(5)分装后即为成品。
实施例3
含3%皮肤修复剂的皮肤修复原液的制备方法
1、皮肤修复组合物的制备:取10克去离子水升温至85℃杀菌,降温到45℃后加入1克皮肤修复剂、1克抗敏舒缓剂、防腐剂,搅拌均匀,即得本发明皮肤抗敏修复组合物。
2、含3%皮肤抗敏修复组合物的舒缓修复原液的制备方法
该皮肤修复霜的制备工艺如下:
(1)首先按上述表格中的原料名称和原料重量秤取各原料;
(2)将A相四种原料加热至85℃,搅拌至完全溶解;
(3)搅拌降温至70℃,将B相加入,搅拌均匀。
(4)搅拌降温至45℃,将C相加入,搅拌均匀。
(5)分装后即为成品。
实施例4
为表明本发明缓解皮肤过敏症状或过敏炎症的效果,本发明经过135名试用人员的观察和记录,其数据如下:
(1)135名试用人员年龄在20~35岁之间,按其皮肤敏感程度由弱到强的顺序分别把她们分为三种皮肤类型,其中54名试用者在日常皮肤护理过程中会偶尔出现面部轻微潮红、灼热、瘙痒等现象,为A型皮肤;36名试用者在日常使用护肤品时会经常出现面部潮红、瘙痒、灼热、干燥、脱屑现象,为B型皮肤;45名试用者为已经出现严重面部潮红、瘙痒、疼痛、干燥脱屑等症状,为C型皮肤。将上述每一种敏感皮肤类型平均分为3组,Ⅰ组使用添加0.5%的皮肤抗敏修组合物复剂产品,即按照实施例1所制备的产品;Ⅱ组使用添加1%的皮肤抗敏修组合物复剂的产品,即按照实施例2 所制备的产品;Ⅲ组使用添加2.0%的皮肤修抗敏复组合物复剂的产品,即按照实施例3所制备的产品。
(2)使用方法:取本发明成品,清洁患部,早晚各一次,持续使用一个月。
(3)效果判断标准:
痊愈或效果明显:自觉症状全部消失或大部分消失;
有效:自觉症状减轻或部分症状消失;
无效:自觉症状无改变,或改变不明显。

说明:显效率为试用人员中痊愈或效果显著的人数,占该种皮肤类型人数总数的百分比。
从上表所示可以看出,表1中添加1.0%皮肤抗敏修复组合物的产品对 A、B型皮肤的显效率都超过70%。对C型皮肤的显效率为53.3%,从以上结果可以看出,本发明对预防因护肤品使用引发的皮肤潮红、瘙痒、脱屑、干燥等现象效果明显,对中度过敏也有一定效果。
表2中使用添加2.0%的皮肤抗敏修复组合物对C型皮肤的显效率为 73.3%,对A、B型皮肤的显效率分别为88.9%、88.3%,对比表1中数据可以看出,使用添加1.0%的皮肤抗敏修复剂对A、B、C三种类型皮肤的显效率都有显著提升,对预防和缓解皮肤潮红、瘙痒、脱屑、干燥等现象效果显著。
表3中使用添加3.0%的皮肤抗敏修复组合剂对C型皮肤的显效率为 93.3%,对A、B型皮肤的显效率分别为94.4%、91.7%,对比表1、表2中数据可以看出,使用添加2.0%的皮肤抗敏修复组合剂产品对A、B、C三种类型皮肤的显效率都有显著提升,对预防和缓解皮肤潮红、瘙痒、脱屑、干燥等现象效果显著。
结论1:本发明皮肤修复剂对预防和缓解皮肤过敏引起的红肿、瘙痒、脱屑、干燥等现象效果显著。
结论2:含3.0%的皮肤修复组合物的皮肤抗敏修护霜的显效率远远高含1.0%的皮肤修复组合物。
滤得到粗滤液,去除可分辨大颗粒物质至半透明状液体,将粗滤液在 50℃条件下进行真空浓缩,浓缩至无乙醇,将浓缩液利用微孔膜进行精滤得到精滤液,在精滤液中加入精滤液质量10%的丙二醇,最后进行高温灭菌,得金盏花提取液;丙二醇一方面作为乙醇的替换溶剂,另一方面是为了稳定水溶液体系,纯水溶液易浑;
所述的控油祛痘的植物原液的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将甘油、黄原胶和透明质酸钠预先混合均匀备用;
(2)将1,3-丙二醇和乙基己基甘油预先混合均匀备用;
(3)将去离子水加入搅拌锅中,搅拌下开始升温,把步骤(1)所得物料加入搅拌锅中,搅拌升温至85℃,保温30分钟,开始降温,降温到45℃下,搅拌下依次加入步骤(2)制得的物料以及金盏花提取物、绣线菊提取物、莲籽提取物、苯氧乙醇搅拌均匀;
(4)降至室温,静置,检验;
(5)检验合格,200目过滤出料。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的有益效果是通过添加植物提取物获得的。绣线菊提取物能够有效抑制5α-还原酶活性,抑制皮肤腺体的分泌活性,防止脂溢和粉刺,同时抑菌成分,能够抑制形成粉刺的细菌。莲籽提取物能够有效分解暗疮、粉刺、调节油脂分泌;金盏花提取物具有超强的愈和能力,镇定肌肤,达到褪红、舒缓、修复之功效。三者配合使用能够有效地控制皮脂腺的分泌,分解暗疮并具有一定的皮肤修复功效。实验结果表明,三种提取物配合使用,能够获得最佳的使用效果。

本发明是基于中医辩证学原理,针对敏感或受损皮肤多发皮炎施以抗敏消炎中药组合提取物,同时辅以其他组分原料,使制剂具有清热解毒,消炎杀菌,收敛修复、增强肌肤抵抗力,提高皮肤的弹性和光泽等作用。其中母菊花清热解毒,疏风平肝,菊花水剂可抑制金葡菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌等一般致病菌,具有很好的杀菌消炎的作用。欧锦葵含丰富的黏质液,具有祛痰、止咳、镇痛、消炎的功能。芍药根是我国传统中药,其根鲜脆多汁,具有镇痉、镇痛、通经作用。忍冬花又名金银花,金银花自古被誉为清热解毒的良药。它性甘寒气芳香,甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达又可祛邪。金银花既能宣散风热,还善清解血毒,用于各种热性病,如身热、发疹、发斑、热毒疮痈、咽喉肿痛等症,均效果显著。欧蒲公英,甘,微苦,寒,具有改善湿疹、舒缓皮肤炎的功效。紫花地丁具有清热解毒,凉血消肿,清热利湿的作用,主治疔疮,痈肿,库拉索芦荟含芦荟多糖和维生素对人体的皮肤有良好的营养,不仅有解毒、消炎、再生新细胞的作用,还能增加因放射治疗而减少的白血球。丰富的本草营养,促进受损血管神经细胞的生长和修复,恢复皮下毛细血管细胞活力,起到美容护肤的作用。
本发明优选采用的皮肤修复剂是神经酰胺3,神经酰胺6II、神经酰胺 1、胆甾醇、植物鞘氨醇、月桂酰乳酰乳酸钠、卡波姆、黄原胶。
神经酰胺又称神经鞘脂类,是存在于人体皮肤最外侧的角质层细胞间类脂体的主要构成成分(>50%)起着防止水分散发及对外部刺激有防护功能的重要作用,承担着保护皮肤和滋润、保湿功能。也有许多研究报告指出,可以通过使用含神经酰胺的外用膏类产品,达到防止过敏性皮肤病的目的和抑制黑色素褐斑的效果。
胆甾醇又名胆固醇,胆固醇是动物组织细胞所不可缺少的重要物质,它不仅参与形成细胞膜,而且是合成胆汁酸,维生素D以及甾体激素的原料。胆固醇经代谢还能转化为胆汁酸、类固醇激素、7-脱氢胆固醇,并且7-脱氢胆固醇经紫外线照射就会转变为维生素D3。
植物鞘氨醇(PHYTOSPHINGOSINE)属于皮肤自身成分,是组成皮肤角质层锁水屏障的脂质来源,是维持皮肤天然防御功能的关键物质。该物质天然无刺激,为广谱的皮肤病学活性微粒及天然炎症调节剂,可缓和各种炎性因子对皮肤的刺激。
本发明的防腐剂优选是苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮中的一种或几种。
本发明的保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、1,3丙二醇、甜菜碱、透明质酸钠中的一种或几种。
上述所有组分配伍后具有清热、解毒、凉血的协同的作用,能消除皮肤炎症,收敛滋润,光泽皮肤,修复受损部位,恢复肌肤的弹性和光泽。既能清散痈肿、洁肤增色,又能滋养保护皮肤,适合化妆品使用不当所引起的皮肤过敏、瘙痒、脱屑、红肿等皮肤类型。
本发明上述的原料组分中,植物提取物的药性特点及功效如下:
母菊花清热解毒,疏风平肝,降血压。菊花含多种有挥发油、黄酮类、胆碱、氨基酸、菊甙、绿原酸、维生素A和B族维生素、腺嘌呤、微量元素硒、镍、锰等,具有明显的抗病毒作用。菊花水剂可抑制金葡菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌等一般致病菌,且对异淤肼、链霉素和氨基水杨酸钠耐药或敏感的结核杆菌以及卡介苗也均有明显的抑菌作用。
欧锦葵含丰富的黏质液,具有祛痰、止咳、镇痛、消炎的功能,对喉痛声哑、支气管炎、呼吸道过敏待疾病颇有疗效,因此又别名"舒胸的花"。外敷则能减轻蜂叮、烫伤等造成的疼痛。
芍药的根仍称为“芍药”,是著名的中药材。早在一千多年前的医药著作《本草纲目》里,已有芍药的名称记载。芍药根的主要化学成分是芍药甙,此外还含有牡丹酚、安息香酸、挥发油、树脂、鞣质、糖类、淀粉、三萜类成分等。芍药甙对中枢神经有抑制作用,并有较好的解痉、镇痛、镇静、解热、抗惊厥、抗炎、抗溃疡、扩张冠状动脉及后肢血管、降血压等药理作用。
忍冬花,又名金银花。"金银花"一名出自《本草纲目》。金银花自古以来就以它的药用价值广泛而著名。《神农本草经》载:“金银花性寒味甘,具有清热解毒、凉血化淤之功效,主治外感风热、瘟病初起、疮疡疔毒、红肿热痛、便脓血”等。《本草纲目》中详细论述了金银花具有“久服轻身、延年益寿”的功效。二十世纪八十年代,国家卫生部对金银花先后进行了化学分析,结果表明:金银花含有多种人体必须的微量元素和化学成分,同时含有多种对人体有利的活性酶物质,具有抗衰老,防癌变,轻身健体的良好功效。金银花含环己六醇、黄酮类、肌醇、皂甙及鞣质等,具有广谱的抗菌作用,对金黄色萄球菌、痢疾杆菌等多种致病菌均有较强的抑制作用,对钩端螺旋体、流感病毒以及致病霉菌等多种病原微生物亦有抑制作用。
蒲公英属菊科属多年生草本植物。据《本草纲目》记载,它性平味甘微苦,有清热解毒、消肿散结作用。无论煎汁口服,还是捣泥外敷,皆有效验。此外,蒲公英还有利尿、缓泻、退黄疸、利胆等功效,被广泛应用于临床。《本草纲目》有云:“蒲公英嫩苗可食,生食治感染性疾病尤佳。”《神农本草经》、《唐本草》、《中药大辞典》等历代医学专著均给以高度评价。公英植物体中含有蒲公英醇、蒲公英素、胆碱、有机酸、菊糖等多种健康营养成分,有利尿、缓泻、退黄疸、利胆等功效。蒲公英同时含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、微量元素及维生素等,有丰富的营养价值。其中含有的胡萝卜素和C及矿物质,对消化不良、便秘都有改善的作用。另外叶子还有改善湿疹、舒缓皮肤炎的功效,根则具有消炎作用,花朵煎成药汁可以去除雀斑。
紫花地丁味苦、辛、寒。全草含甙类、黄酮类、蜡、蜡酸Cerotic acid 及不饱和酸等的酯类。能抑制结核杆菌,此外尚有清热,清肿,消炎等作用。
库拉索芦荟俗称药用芦荟,味苦、性寒。芦荟因其苦寒清热具有抑制过度的免疫反应增强吞噬细胞吞噬功能的作用故能清除体内代谢废物。芦荟中的aloetinalomicin等成分具有促进肝脏分解体内有害物质的作用,还能消除生物体外部侵入的毒素。放射线或核放射能治疗癌症过程中会引起的烧伤性皮肤溃疡,有芦荟治疗不仅有解毒、消炎、再生新细胞的作用,还能增加因放射治疗而减少的白血球。芦荟的缓激肽酶与血管紧张来联合可抵抗炎症。尤其是芦荟的多糖类可增强人体对疾病的抵抗力,治愈皮肤炎、慢性肾炎、膀胱炎、支气管炎等慢性病症。

本发明皮肤抗敏修护组合物可制成霜剂和水剂,直接涂抹于患处,对人体皮肤无毒无害。其中的皮肤修复复合成分具有很强的清热解毒、抗敏修复、消炎收敛等功效;其他辅佐添加组分均选用能使皮肤柔嫩、光滑、滋润且对皮肤温的保湿剂、防腐剂、增稠剂等,使用简单方便,达到保湿滋润、消炎止痒、修复受损皮肤的目的。本发明皮肤抗敏修护组合物适合敏感性皮肤以及化妆品使用不当引起的皮肤过敏、瘙痒、脱屑、红肿等现象。

(1)135名试用人员年龄在20~35岁之间,按其皮肤敏感程度由弱到强的顺序分别把她们分为三种皮肤类型,其中54名试用者在日常皮肤护理过程中会偶尔出现面部轻微潮红、灼热、瘙痒等现象,为A型皮肤;36名试用者在日常使用护肤品时会经常出现面部潮红、瘙痒、灼热、干燥、脱屑现象,为B型皮肤;45名试用者为已经出现严重面部潮红、瘙痒、疼痛、干燥脱屑等症状,为C型皮肤。将上述每一种敏感皮肤类型平均分为3组,Ⅰ组使用添加0.5%的皮肤抗敏修组合物复剂产品,即按照实施例1所制备的产品;Ⅱ组使用添加1%的皮肤抗敏修组合物复剂的产品,即按照实施例2 所制备的产品;Ⅲ组使用添加2.0%的皮肤修抗敏复组合物复剂的产品,即按照实施例3所制备的产品。
(2)使用方法:取本发明成品,清洁患部,早晚各一次,持续使用一个月。
(3)效果判断标准:
痊愈或效果明显:自觉症状全部消失或大部分消失;
有效:自觉症状减轻或部分症状消失;
无效:自觉症状无改变,或改变不明显。

说明:显效率为试用人员中痊愈或效果显著的人数,占该种皮肤类型人数总数的
百分比。
从上表所示可以看出,表1中添加0.5%皮肤抗敏修复组合物的产品对 A、B型皮肤的显效率都超过70%。对C型皮肤的显效率为53.3%,从以上结果可以看出,本发明对预防因护肤品使用引发的皮肤潮红、瘙痒、脱屑、干燥等现象效果明显,对中度过敏也有一定效果。
表2中使用添加1.0%的皮肤抗敏修复组合物对C型皮肤的显效率为 73.3%,对A、B型皮肤的显效率分别为88.9%、88.3%,对比表1中数据可以看出,使用添加1.0%的皮肤抗敏修复剂对A、B、C三种类型皮肤的显效率都有显著提升,对预防和缓解皮肤潮红、瘙痒、脱屑、干燥等现象效果显著。
表3中使用添加2.0%的皮肤抗敏修复组合剂对C型皮肤的显效率为 93.3%,对A、B型皮肤的显效率分别为94.4%、91.7%,对比表1、表2中数据可以看出,使用添加2.0%的皮肤抗敏修复组合剂产品对A、B、C三种类型皮肤的显效率都有显著提升,对预防和缓解皮肤潮红、瘙痒、脱屑、干燥等现象效果显著。
结论1:本发明皮肤修复剂对预防和缓解皮肤过敏引起的红肿、瘙痒、脱屑、干燥等现象效果显著。
结论2:含2.0%的皮肤修复组合物的皮肤抗敏修护霜的显效率远远高含0.5%的皮肤修复组合物。

1.一种新型含艾叶的舒缓修护原液组合物,其特征在于:按重量百分比,其包含:
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型含艾叶的舒缓修护原液组合物,其特征在于:所述皮肤修复剂为:四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、泛醇、棕榈酰四肽-7、三肽-1、六肽-9、棕榈酰五肽-4、棕榈酰三肽-1、棕榈酰三肽-5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型含艾叶的舒缓修护原液组合物,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为:苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型含艾叶的舒缓修护原液组合物,其特征在于:所述皮肤舒缓剂是艾叶提取物、假八角叶提取物、玫瑰红景天提取物、银耳提取物、扭刺仙人掌提取物、燕麦提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型含艾叶的舒缓修护原液组合物,其特征在于:保湿剂为甘油、丁二醇、1,3丙二醇、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、生物糖胶-1中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型含艾叶的舒缓修护原液组合物,其特征在于:增稠剂为甘油、甘油聚丙烯酸酯。
