本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别涉及一种祛红血丝乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
红血丝是面部毛细血管扩张性能差、角质层受损或一部分毛细血管位置表浅引起的面部现象,一丝丝纵横交错,如蜘蛛网般,分散性分布,严重者会连成片状,变成红脸,这种皮肤薄而敏感,过冷、过热、情绪激动、温度突然变化时脸色更红。面部红血丝患者面部看上去比一般正常肤色红,有的仅仅是两侧颧部发红,边界呈圆形。这种皮肤薄而敏感,过冷、过热、情绪激动时脸色更红。严重者还会形成沉积性色斑,难以治愈,不仅影响外表的美丽,还会给心理造成阴影,给正常生活带来极大的不便。红血丝主要是因为面部毛细血管扩张或一部分毛细血管位置表浅引起的面部现象,皮肤薄而敏感,一冷、一热、情绪激动时脸色更红。引起红血丝的原因大致分两大类型:遗传型和诱发型。诱发型最为多见,血液循环受阻,血管壁淤滞使面部呈现一条条红血丝,本身是敏感皮肤,对外界刺激敏感,呈现反复淤血状态,造成血管迂回扩张,形成红血丝都是诱发型红血丝的主要成因。
市场上的乳液大都只有保湿补水或滋养皮肤的效果,少数祛红血丝的化妆品多以舒缓皮肤为主,一些化妆品以保湿功效来替代祛除面部红血丝作用,实际上对诱发型面部红血丝无法起到有针对性的治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明对现有技术进行改进,提供一种祛红血丝乳液及其制备方法,该乳液弥补了现有产品的不足,配方温和无刺激,可有效改善面部血液循环,舒敏生肌,滋养保湿,在养护面部肌肤的同时,有效改善面部红血丝症状,治疗缓解诱发型红血丝。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种祛红血丝乳液,组成所述乳液的组分配方及其质量百分比为:凡士林12%~15%,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.7%~1.3%,中药提取物6%~10%,米糠油0.5%~1.5%,洋甘菊精油0.3%~0.6%,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵1.2%~1.6%,透明质酸5%~8%,余量为去离子水;制成所述中药提取物的原料药组成及重量份数为:永春佛手茶6-8份,天仙藤8-10份,凌霄花鲜根5-10份,金荞麦8-12份,马齿苋10-15份,芦荟12-15份,马鞭草6-8份,珍珠12-16份,生黄芪8-12份,空心花4-6份,苏木6-8份,白芨8-12份,没药6-8份,羽衣甘蓝10-15份,根甜菜12-16份。

本发明还公开了所述的祛红血丝乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)永春佛手茶、天仙藤、金荞麦、马鞭草、生黄芪、苏木、白芨、没药粉碎得50目混合粉末;
(2)步骤(1)所得混合粉末加入总质量倍数6倍的水浸泡1小时,文火煎煮2小时,煎煮后过1000目过滤网得滤液,所得滤液冷却至室温备用;
(3)凌霄花鲜根、马齿苋、芦荟、空心花、羽衣甘蓝、根甜菜洗净,加入步骤(2)所得滤液混合榨汁后静置1小时,过500目过滤网过滤,所得滤液备用;
(4)步骤(3)所得滤液加入低温真空浓缩机中,低温浓缩(40℃以下)至相对密度为1.35±0.02(30℃)的稠膏,珍珠超微粉碎至1500目珍珠粉,将珍珠粉与稠膏充分混合搅拌均匀,即为中药提取物;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的中药提取物与凡士林、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、米糠油、洋甘菊精油、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、透明质酸、去离子水混合搅匀,即得祛红血丝乳液。
本发明的祛红血丝乳液含有中药提取物、米糠油、洋甘菊精油、透明质酸等有效成分,采用中医治疗手段,配方温和无刺激,以活血化瘀、舒敏生肌、滋养保湿的方法,改善患处皮肤、疏通面部微血管、加快角质层修复、预防缓解过敏症状,安全有效治疗缓解诱发型面部红血丝。制成中药提取物的原料药,配伍相宜,配方温和有效,其中:
永春佛手茶:又名香橼种、雪梨,因其形似佛手、名贵胜金,又称“金佛手”,系乌龙茶中的名贵品种之一,产于福建省永春县,研究证明了永春佛手茶对结肠炎有显著的治疗作用,常饮佛手茶,可减肥,止渴消食,除痰,利水道,明目益思,除火去腻,永春佛手茶富含单宁,它不仅对人类的血管有保护作用,并能保护动脉管壁,防止动脉硬化,还能控制胆固醇,可抑制血液中低密度胆固醇(LDL)氧化改变,而酒精又可提高血液中高密度胆固醇(HDL)的作用,并抑制血小板凝结,可预防血栓的产生,单宁具有清除自由基和抑制弹性蛋白酶活力的作用,某些单宁还可以促进细胞新陈代谢、培养皮肤活力使其保持健康、有光泽、有弹性;
天仙藤:苦,温,行气活血,利水消肿,用于脘腹刺痛,关节痹痛,妊娠水肿;
凌霄花鲜根:苦,凉,活血散瘀,解毒消肿,用于风湿痹痛,跌打损伤,骨折,脱臼,急性胃肠炎;
金荞麦:微辛、涩,凉,清热解毒,活血消痈,祛风除湿疮毒,蛇虫咬伤,主肺痈,肺热咳喘,咽喉肿痛,痢疾,风湿痹证,跌打损伤,痈肿癌;
马齿苋:性寒,味甘酸,入心、肝、脾、大肠经,具有收湿止痒、清热消肿、清热解毒,利水去湿,散血消肿,除尘杀菌,消炎止痛,止血凉血的作用。马齿苋对痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌和大肠杆菌有较强的抑制作用,可用于各种炎症的辅助治疗,素有“天然抗生素”之称,同时马齿苋还富含维生素C,维生素C具有很好的抗氧化作用可以美白滋养皮肤,现代医学发现,马齿苋有较高的营养价值和药用价值,除了含有常规的蛋白质、维生素和矿物质等营养元素外,马齿苋还含有独特的生物活性成分,能够增强人体上皮细胞的活性,有助于促进溃疡而的愈合;

空心花:苦,性平,接骨消肿,去腐生肌,主跌打骨折,刀伤,疔疮肿疡;
苏木:甘,咸,辛凉,活血祛瘀,消肿定痛,如妇人血滞经闭,痛经,产后瘀阻心腹痛,产后血晕,痈肿,跌打损伤,破伤风;
白芨:苦、甘、凉,补肺,止血,消肿,生肌,敛疮,治肺伤咳血,衄血,金疮出血,痈疽肿毒,溃疡疼痛,汤火灼伤,手足皲裂;
没药:味辛、苦,性平,散瘀定痛,消肿生肌,用于胸痹心痛,胃脘疼痛,痛经经闭.产后瘀阻,癥瘕腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌打损伤,痈肿疮疡等病症的治疗;
羽衣甘蓝:营养丰富,含有大量的维生素A、C、B2、E及多种矿物质,特别是钙、铁、钾含量很高,其中维生素C含量非常高,每100克嫩叶中维生素C含量达到153.6~220毫克;
根甜菜:藜科甜菜属甜菜种的一个变种,能形成肥大肉质根的二年生草本植物,别名红菜头,肉质根富含糖分和矿物质,并有花青素甙,呈鲜艳颜色,花青素甙是一种强有力的抗氧化剂,它能够保护人体免受自由基的损伤,花青素甙还能够增强血管弹性,改善血液循环系统和增进皮肤的光滑度,抑制炎症和过敏,根甜菜中的维生素C是抗氧化维生素之一,可有效清除自由基,防止皮肤衰老;

透明质酸:具有特殊的保水作用,是目前发现的自然界中保湿性最好的物质,被称为理想的天然保湿因子,它可以改善皮肤营养代谢,使皮肤柔嫩、光滑、去皱、增加弹性、防止衰老,在保湿的同时又是良好的透皮吸收促进剂,与其他营养成分配合使用,可以起到促进营养吸收的更理想效果。

实施例1
一种祛红血丝乳液,组成所述乳液的组分配方及其质量百分比为:凡士林12%,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.7%,中药提取物6%,米糠油0.5%,洋甘菊精油0.3%,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵1.2%,透明质酸5%,余量为去离子水;制成所述中药提取物的原料药组成及重量份数为:永春佛手茶6份,天仙藤8份,凌霄花鲜根5份,金荞麦8份,马齿苋10份,芦荟12份,马鞭草6份,珍珠12份,生黄芪8份,空心花4份,苏木6份,白芨8份,没药6份,羽衣甘蓝10份,根甜菜12份。
该祛红血丝乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)永春佛手茶、天仙藤、金荞麦、马鞭草、生黄芪、苏木、白芨、没药粉碎得50目混合粉末;
(2)步骤(1)所得混合粉末加入总质量倍数6倍的水浸泡1小时,文火煎煮2小时,煎煮后过1000目过滤网得滤液,所得滤液冷却至室温备用;
(3)凌霄花鲜根、马齿苋、芦荟、空心花、羽衣甘蓝、根甜菜洗净,加入步骤(2)所得滤液混合榨汁后静置1小时,过500目过滤网过滤,所得滤液备用;
(4)步骤(3)所得滤液加入低温真空浓缩机中,低温浓缩(40℃以下)至相对密度为1.35±0.02(30℃)的稠膏,珍珠超微粉碎至1500目珍珠粉,将珍珠粉与稠膏充分混合搅拌均匀,即为中药提取物;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的中药提取物与凡士林、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、米糠油、洋甘菊精油、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、透明质酸、去离子水混合搅匀,即得祛红血丝乳液。
实施例2
一种祛红血丝乳液,组成所述乳液的组分配方及其质量百分比为:凡士林15%,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1.3%,中药提取物10%,米糠油1.5%,洋甘菊精油0.6%,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵1.6%,透明质酸8%,余量为去离子水;制成所述中药提取物的原料药组成及重量份数为:永春佛手茶8份,天仙藤10份,凌霄花鲜根10份,金荞麦12份,马齿苋15份,芦荟15份,马鞭草8份,珍珠16份,生黄芪12份,空心花6份,苏木8份,白芨12份,没药8份,羽衣甘蓝15份,根甜菜16份。
实施例2的乳液的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种祛红血丝乳液,组成所述乳液的组分配方及其质量百分比为:凡士林14%,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1%,中药提取物8%,米糠油1%,洋甘菊精油0.4%,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵1.4%,透明质酸6%,余量为去离子水;制成所述中药提取物的原料药组成及重量份数为:永春佛手茶7份,天仙藤9份,凌霄花鲜根7份,金荞麦10份,马齿苋12份,芦荟13份,马鞭草7份,珍珠14份,生黄芪10份,空心花5份,苏木7份,白芨10份,没药7份,羽衣甘蓝12份,根甜菜14份。
实施例3的乳液的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例4过敏试验
取健康白色豚鼠18只,体重250-300g,雌雄兼用,试验前剔除两侧背毛,每侧3×3cm,随机分为试验组、空白对照组和阳性对照组阳性对照组用2,4-二硝基氯苯,致敏用1%浓度,激发用0.1%浓度;试验组用本发明实施例1的乳液。取本发明实施例1的乳液涂于背部去毛区,隔日1次,共3次。于末次接触后14天,在背部同一区域涂抹该乳液,6h后去除药品后即刻观察,并于24、48、72h观察有无过敏反应。空白对照组和阳性对照组用同法激发接触和观察。试验结果:阳性对照组动物皮肤在致敏1小时后即出现局限性红斑和轻微水肿,24小时过敏反应症状加重,致敏率为100%,试验组和空白对照组动物皮肤均未出现任何过敏反应症状,致敏率为0%。实验结果表明本发明的乳液配方温和无刺激。
实施例5应用实施例
本发明实施例1至3的乳液经150名诱发型面部红血丝患者试用,年龄15-26岁。150名受试者随机均分为三组,分别试用实施例1至3的乳液。使用方法为:受试者在清洁完皮肤后直接使用受试产品,每日早晚各使用一次,坚持使用3个月,检验该乳液治疗诱发型红血丝的效果。疗效的评价标准为:
痊愈:面部红血丝完全消失;
好转:面部红血丝减少;
无效:面部红血丝症状无变化或加重。
统计结果如下:

由上述数据可知,本发明的乳液缓解治疗诱发型面部红血丝有效率可达86%以上,疗效显著,且所有受试者均无不良反应和症状加重的情况产生。

1.一种祛红血丝乳液,其特征在于:组成所述乳液的组分配方及其质量百分比为:凡士林12%~15%,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.7%~1.3%,中药提取物6%~10%,米糠油0.5%~1.5%,洋甘菊精油0.3%~0.6%,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵1.2%~1.6%,透明质酸5%~8%,余量为去离子水;制成所述中药提取物的原料药组成及重量份数为:永春佛手茶6-8份,天仙藤8-10份,凌霄花鲜根5-10份,金荞麦8-12份,马齿苋10-15份,芦荟12-15份,马鞭草6-8份,珍珠12-16份,生黄芪8-12份,空心花4-6份,苏木6-8份,白芨8-12份,没药6-8份,羽衣甘蓝10-15份,根甜菜12-16份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种祛红血丝乳液,其特征在于:组成所述乳液的组分配方及其质量百分比为:凡士林12%,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.7%,中药提取物6%,米糠油0.5%,洋甘菊精油0.3%,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵1.2%,透明质酸5%,余量为去离子水;制成所述中药提取物的原料药组成及重量份数为:永春佛手茶6份,天仙藤8份,凌霄花鲜根5份,金荞麦8份,马齿苋10份,芦荟12份,马鞭草6份,珍珠12份,生黄芪8份,空心花4份,苏木6份,白芨8份,没药6份,羽衣甘蓝10份,根甜菜12份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种祛红血丝乳液,其特征在于:组成所述乳液的组分配方及其质量百分比为:凡士林15%,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1.3%,中药提取物10%,米糠油1.5%,洋甘菊精油0.6%,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵1.6%,透明质酸8%,余量为去离子水;制成所述中药提取物的原料药组成及重量份数为:永春佛手茶8份,天仙藤10份,凌霄花鲜根10份,金荞麦12份,马齿苋15份,芦荟15份,马鞭草8份,珍珠16份,生黄芪12份,空心花6份,苏木8份,白芨12份,没药8份,羽衣甘蓝15份,根甜菜16份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种祛红血丝乳液,其特征在于:组成所述乳液的组分配方及其质量百分比为:凡士林14%,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1%,中药提取物8%,米糠油1%,洋甘菊精油0.4%,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵1.4%,透明质酸6%,余量为去离子水;制成所述中药提取物的原料药组成及重量份数为:永春佛手茶7份,天仙藤9份,凌霄花鲜根7份,金荞麦10份,马齿苋12份,芦荟13份,马鞭草7份,珍珠14份,生黄芪10份,空心花5份,苏木7份,白芨10份,没药7份,羽衣甘蓝12份,根甜菜14份。
5.如权利要求1至4所述的一种祛红血丝乳液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)永春佛手茶、天仙藤、金荞麦、马鞭草、生黄芪、苏木、白芨、没药粉碎得50目混合粉末;
(2)步骤(1)所得混合粉末加入总质量倍数6倍的水浸泡1小时,文火煎煮2小时,煎煮后过1000目过滤网得滤液,所得滤液冷却至室温备用;
(3)凌霄花鲜根、马齿苋、芦荟、空心花、羽衣甘蓝、根甜菜洗净,加入步骤(2)所得滤液混合榨汁后静置1小时,过500目过滤网过滤,所得滤液备用;
(4)步骤(3)所得滤液加入低温真空浓缩机中,低温浓缩(40℃以下)至相对密度为1.35±0.02(30℃)的稠膏,珍珠超微粉碎至1500目珍珠粉,将珍珠粉与稠膏充分混合搅拌均匀,即为中药提取物;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的中药提取物与凡士林、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、米糠油、洋甘菊精油、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、透明质酸、去离子水混合搅匀,即得祛红血丝乳液。
