The invention provides moisturizing cream suitable for diabetic patients through improvement, which is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises the following steps:
s1, material dissolution: firstly, respectively putting a mixed phase A material, a mixed phase B material and a mixed phase C material into a water bath kettle for heating, wherein the heating temperature of the phase A material and the phase B material is 80 ℃, and the heating temperature of the phase C material is 55 ℃, so that the phase A material, the phase B material and the phase C material are dissolved, and simultaneously, fully stirring the solution of the phase A material, the phase B material and the phase C material after dissolving by using stirring equipment by a worker until all the components are uniformly dispersed;
s2, primary mixing: pouring the A-phase material mixed in the previous step into a water bath pot by a worker, adding the B-phase material into the A-phase material, uniformly stirring by stirring equipment to fully mix the B-phase material with the A-phase material, and cooling the mixed solution to 55 ℃ after the mixing is finished;
s3, secondary mixing: the worker slowly adds the C-phase material dissolved in the S1 into the solution of the A-phase material and the B-phase material mixed in the previous step, and uniformly stirs the mixture by using stirring equipment, and the worker cools the mixed solution and simultaneously stirs the mixture by using the stirring equipment;
s4, secondary dissolution: when the solution in the S3 is cooled, workers respectively pour the mixed D-phase material, E-phase material and F-phase material into a water bath, then heat the materials to enable the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material to start to be dissolved, and simultaneously fully stir the solution in which the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material are dissolved by using stirring equipment until all components in the solution are uniformly dispersed;
s5, mixing for three times: when the temperature of the mixed solution in the S3 is reduced to 40 ℃, workers respectively pour the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material solution which are dissolved and mixed in the S4 into the mixed solution in the S3 and stir the mixed solution by stirring equipment;
s6, filling: and cooling the mixed solution in the last step, and filling the solution in the water bath when the mixed solution is cooled to room temperature.
Further, the phase A material is composed of mixture of sucrose polystearate and cetyl palmitate, cetearyl glucoside and cetearyl alcohol, propylene glycol and cetearyl alcohol, and the addition ratio of the sucrose polystearate and the cetyl palmitate, the cetearyl glucoside and the cetearyl alcohol, the propylene glycol and the cetearyl alcohol is as follows: 1:2.5:3:2.
Further, the phase B material is formed by mixing triglyceride, coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, polydimethylsiloxane, shea butter, myristyl myristate and tocopherol, and the addition ratio of the triglyceride, the coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, the hydrogenated polyisobutene, the polydimethylsiloxane, the shea butter, the myristyl myristate and the tocopherol is as follows: 6:3:2:1:3:1: 0.5.
further, the phase C material is formed by mixing sodium polyacrylate, glycerol, butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol, and the addition ratio of the sodium polyacrylate, the glycerol, the butanediol and the 1, 2-pentanediol is as follows: 0.2:4:3:5.
Further, the phase D material is prepared by mixing water, glycerin, dendrobium stem extract, aloe vera leaf extract, sophora flavescens root extract, lycium barbarum fruit extract, echinacea purpurea extract mixed solution and deionized water, wherein the water, the glycerin, the dendrobium stem extract, the aloe barbarum leaf extract, the sophora flavescens root extract and the echinacea purpurea fruit extract are added in the following proportion: 5:57.6.
Furthermore, the phase E material is formed by mixing carboxymethyl chitosan and deionized water, and the adding ratio of the carboxymethyl chitosan to the deionized water is 0.2: 3.
Furthermore, the F-phase material is formed by mixing isoascorbic acid and deionized water, and the adding ratio of the isoascorbic acid to the deionized water is 0.2: 3.
Furthermore, the heating temperature of the phase A material and the phase B material in S1 is 80 ℃, the phase A material and the phase B material are dissolved to be used as an oil phase, and the heating temperature of the phase C material in S1 is 55 ℃, and the phase C material is dissolved to be used as a water phase.
Further, the stirring speed in S3 was 8000 and the time was 20 min.
Further, the filling method in S6 adopts a filling machine, preferably a filling machine model of QH-G62A, for filling the solution on the bottle, and needs to be vacuumized when the mixed solution is poured into the filling machine.

s2, primary mixing: pouring the A-phase material mixed in the previous step into a water bath pot by a worker, adding the B-phase material into the A-phase material, uniformly stirring by stirring equipment to fully mix the B-phase material with the A-phase material, and cooling the mixed solution to 60 ℃ after the mixing is finished;
s3, secondary mixing: the worker slowly adds the C-phase material dissolved in the S1 into the solution of the A-phase material and the B-phase material mixed in the previous step, and uniformly stirs the mixture by using stirring equipment, and the worker cools the mixed solution and simultaneously stirs the mixture by using the stirring equipment;
s4, secondary dissolution: when the solution in the S3 is cooled, workers respectively pour the mixed D-phase material, E-phase material and F-phase material into a water bath, then heat the materials to enable the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material to start to be dissolved, and simultaneously fully stir the solution in which the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material are dissolved by using stirring equipment until all components in the solution are uniformly dispersed;
s5, mixing for three times: when the temperature of the mixed solution in the S3 is reduced to 45 ℃, workers respectively pour the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material solution which are dissolved and mixed in the S4 into the mixed solution in the S3 and stir the mixed solution by stirring equipment;
s6, filling: and cooling the mixed solution in the last step, and filling the solution in the water bath when the mixed solution is cooled to room temperature.

s4, secondary dissolution: when the solution in the S3 is cooled, workers respectively pour the mixed D-phase material, E-phase material and F-phase material into a water bath, then heat the materials to enable the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material to start to be dissolved, and simultaneously fully stir the solution in which the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material are dissolved by using stirring equipment until all components in the solution are uniformly dispersed;
s5, mixing for three times: when the temperature of the mixed solution in the S3 is reduced to 35 ℃, workers respectively pour the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material solution which are dissolved and mixed in the S4 into the mixed solution in the S3 and stir the mixed solution by stirring equipment;
s6, filling: and cooling the mixed solution in the last step, and filling the solution in the water bath when the mixed solution is cooled to room temperature.

s2, primary mixing: pouring the A-phase material mixed in the previous step into a water bath pot by a worker, adding the B-phase material into the A-phase material, uniformly stirring by stirring equipment to fully mix the B-phase material with the A-phase material, and cooling the mixed solution to 50 ℃ after the mixing is finished;
s3, secondary mixing: the worker slowly adds the C-phase material dissolved in the S1 into the solution of the A-phase material and the B-phase material mixed in the previous step, and uniformly stirs the mixture by using stirring equipment, and the worker cools the mixed solution and simultaneously stirs the mixture by using the stirring equipment;
s4, secondary dissolution: when the solution in the S3 is cooled, workers respectively pour the mixed D-phase material, E-phase material and F-phase material into a water bath, then heat the materials to enable the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material to start to be dissolved, and simultaneously fully stir the solution in which the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material are dissolved by using stirring equipment until all components in the solution are uniformly dispersed;
s5, mixing for three times: when the temperature of the mixed solution in the S3 is reduced to 35 ℃, workers respectively pour the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material solution which are dissolved and mixed in the S4 into the mixed solution in the S3 and stir the mixed solution by stirring equipment;
s6, filling: and cooling the mixed solution in the last step, and filling the solution in the water bath when the mixed solution is cooled to room temperature.
As can be seen from fig. 2 to 3, the moisturizing cream has the best moisturizing performance and the highest permeability in the form of an emulsion, and thus the above measurement results show that the embodiment is the best embodiment of the present invention.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: material dissolution: firstly, respectively putting a mixed phase A material, a mixed phase B material and a mixed phase C material into a water bath pot by a worker for heating, so that the phase A material, the phase B material and the phase C material are dissolved, and simultaneously, fully stirring a solution obtained by dissolving the phase A material, the phase B material and the phase C material by the worker by using stirring equipment so as to uniformly disperse all components of the solution; preliminary mixing: the worker pours the A-phase material mixed in the previous step into a water bath, then adds the B-phase material into the A-phase material, uses a stirring device to stir the mixed solution, so that the A-phase material solution and the B-phase material solution are uniformly mixed, and cools the mixed solution to 50-60 ℃ after the mixing is finished; and (3) secondary mixing: at the moment, slowly adding the C-phase material dissolved in the S1 into the solution of the A-phase material and the B-phase material mixed in the previous step by a worker, stirring by using stirring equipment to uniformly mix the components of the mixed solution, cooling the mixed solution in a water bath by the worker after uniformly stirring, and stirring by using the stirring equipment, wherein the stirring speed is 8000 and the stirring time is 20 min; and (3) secondary dissolution: after the solution in the S3 is cooled, workers respectively pour the mixed D-phase material, E-phase material and F-phase material into a water bath, then heat the materials to dissolve the D-phase material, E-phase material and F-phase material, and fully stir the solution after dissolving the D-phase material, E-phase material and F-phase material by using stirring equipment to uniformly disperse the components in the solution; mixing for the third time: when the temperature of the mixed solution in the S3 is reduced to 35-45 ℃, workers can respectively pour the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material which are dissolved and mixed in the S4 into the mixed solution in the S3 and stir the mixed solution by using stirring equipment to uniformly mix the solution; filling: and cooling the mixed solution in the last step, pouring the solution in the water bath into a filling machine when the mixed solution is cooled to room temperature, vacuumizing the filling machine at the moment, avoiding the solution from containing a large amount of air, and then starting the filling machine to fill the solution.

s3, secondary mixing: the worker slowly adds the C-phase material dissolved in the S1 into the solution of the A-phase material and the B-phase material mixed in the previous step, and uniformly stirs the mixture by using stirring equipment, and the worker cools the mixed solution and simultaneously stirs the mixture by using the stirring equipment;
s4, secondary dissolution: when the solution in the S3 is cooled, workers respectively pour the mixed D-phase material, E-phase material and F-phase material into a water bath, then heat the materials to enable the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material to start to be dissolved, and simultaneously fully stir the solution in which the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material are dissolved by using stirring equipment until all components in the solution are uniformly dispersed;
s5, mixing for three times: when the temperature of the mixed solution in the S3 is reduced to 35-45 ℃, workers respectively pour the D-phase material, the E-phase material and the F-phase material solution which are dissolved and mixed in the S4 into the mixed solution in the S3 and stir the mixed solution by stirring equipment;
s6, filling: and cooling the mixed solution in the last step, and filling the solution in the water bath when the mixed solution is cooled to room temperature.

The moisturizing cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisturizing cream is prepared by mixing the following components: the phase A material is composed of sucrose polystearate and cetyl palmitate, cetearyl glucoside and cetearyl alcohol, propylene glycol and cetearyl alcohol in a mixing mode, and the addition ratio of the sucrose polystearate and the cetyl palmitate, the cetearyl glucoside and the cetearyl alcohol to the propylene glycol and the cetearyl alcohol is as follows: 1:2.5:3:2.

The moisturizing cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisturizing cream is prepared by mixing the following components: the phase B material is formed by mixing triglyceride, coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, polydimethylsiloxane, shea butter, myristyl myristate and tocopherol, and the addition ratio of the triglyceride, the coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, the hydrogenated polyisobutene, the polydimethylsiloxane, the shea butter, the myristyl myristate and the tocopherol is as follows: 6:3:2:1:3:1: 0.5.

The moisturizing cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisturizing cream is prepared by mixing the following components: the heating temperature of the phase A material and the phase B material in the S1 is 70-90 ℃, the phase A material and the phase B material are dissolved to be used as an oil phase, the heating temperature of the phase C material in the S1 is 50-60 ℃, and the phase C material is dissolved to be used as a water phase.
9. The moisturizing cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisturizing cream is prepared by mixing the following components: the stirring speed in S3 is 7000, 9000, and the time is 15-30 min.
10. The moisturizing cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisturizing cream is prepared by mixing the following components: the filling mode in S6 adopts a filling machine, and the filling machine needs to be vacuumized when the mixed solution is poured into the filling machine.
