Background
With the change of the new-generation concept of the young consumer group, the young people pay more and more attention to the personal body care aspect, and the subdivision requirements on the efficacy of the washing and care products are stronger and stronger. Traditional washing and caring products such as shower gel, facial cleanser, shampoo and the like mainly focus on improvement of cleaning effect, and have low attention on other functional aspects.
The young people accumulate excessive substances on hair and sebaceous glands due to the exuberant sebum secretion, and oil and bacteria are more easily attached to block hair follicles to cause the red and swollen reaction of the skin. Meanwhile, a plurality of microorganisms in hair follicles, particularly propionibacterium acnes, are propagated in a large quantity, and lipase generated by the propionibacterium acnes decomposes sebum to generate free fatty acid, so that the skin is in an oily skin state, and the beauty is influenced. In addition, the redundant grease on the skin also provides more nutrient substances for the demodex parasitizing on the human body, so that the mites can rapidly propagate in a large quantity. A large number of mites are easy to breed to bring pathogenic microorganisms on the surface of the skin into hair follicles and sebaceous glands, so that the skin is infected, and the symptoms of folliculitis, sebaceous gland inflammation and the like are presented. Therefore, the efficacy of controlling oil secretion, removing mites, etc. is a demand for the efficacy of washing care products in many young people.

1. Moisture retention efficacy test
33 volunteers (12 men and 21 women) aged 18-30 were selected and randomly divided into 11 groups of 3 persons each. Each volunteer moistens the whole face with a proper amount of warm water, after moistening the face, respectively taking 0.5g of facial cleanser to the palm, slightly kneading the facial cleanser, smearing the facial cleanser on the face, massaging the face for one minute in a looping mode from bottom to top and from inside to outside, and washing the face clean with clear water. The cheeks (junction between midline of the eye and the nasal wings) of the subjects were tested 3 times using a Corneometer before and after the use of the facial cleanser, respectively. Water is the substance with the largest dielectric constant on the skin, and when the moisture content changes, the capacitance value of the skin also changes, so the measured value is a relative value by measuring the capacitance value of the skin and analyzing the moisture content on the surface of the skin. Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
As can be seen from Table 2, after the facial cleanser containing the composition of the invention is used for a period of time, the oil content of the forehead of the volunteer is reduced greatly, the oil content is reduced by about 15%, and particularly, after the composition of the embodiment 5 and the embodiment 6 is added into the facial cleanser, the oil content can be reduced by 21.20% at most, thereby showing that the composition of the invention has good oil control effect.
3. Acaricidal Effect test
The compositions prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were prepared as aqueous solutions having a concentration of 2% as test solutions, respectively. The human demodex is obtained by adopting a transparent adhesive tape pasting method overnight. The method comprises the following steps: screening volunteers with mites on the face, completely cleaning the face of the volunteers before sleeping, respectively sticking transparent adhesive tapes with the length of 6cm and the width of 1.5cm to the forehead, the cheek, the nose, the chin and other parts of the volunteers, taking off the transparent adhesive tapes after the transparent adhesive tapes are peeled off the transparent adhesive tapes, and sticking the transparent adhesive tapes on a glass slide for microscopic examination.
A micropipette is used for sucking 200 mu L of test solution to be dripped on a glass slide, a push sheet is used for uniformly spreading the test solution, and an adhesive tape for detecting the demodex mites is attached to the glass slide (8 demodex mites to be tested in each group) to ensure that the test solution is fully contacted with the worm bodies. The experiment was repeated 3 times for each test solution and the results averaged. Then the glass slide is placed in an artificial climate box (the temperature is 30 ℃, the humidity is 75 percent), and the death condition of the demodex is observed under a microscope after 12 h. Continuously observing under 400 times microscope for 1min, determining the dead mite with the limb or paw being immobile for death, and determining the dead mite with the continuous observation after 30 min. A blank control group without test solution was also set. The results of the mite removing effect test are shown in table 3.
